• Nearhoof (5/5): Passable - Location worked well for our needs & street was quiet. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Building owners downstairs were friendly & gracious after the inconvenience of their property management company not having place ready at check-in. Property management company was not friendly and did not have the apartment ready for our 3:00 check-in. No A/C in bedrooms, hallway A/C between bedrooms did not keep rooms comfortable during the summer. A/C in main living area was cool when working, but kept freezing up and making noises/dripping water requiring to turn off & thaw, needs to be serviced or replaced.
• Nermine (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice location, very clean and tidy, comfortable, spacious. The only thing the air-condition between the 2 bedrooms, we had to leave the doors opened all night, especially in july with this hot weather.

• Stavroula (6/5): Could be better - It was specious The bathtub stained shower curtain very dirty the toilet could use better cleaning. The drawer handles coming apart every time you try to open them and more important there were not nets on the doors we didn’t dare open them the mosquitoes were so invasive .

• Josif (9/5): Superb - Great neighbourhood and lovely hosts living just under our appartment. The flat was very comfortable for us and our baby, close to area with shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
• Ramo (4/5): bad - honestly, the apartment is fine if somebody had cleaned it, but I don t understand how could you not clean it when you know you have guests to arrive?????????????????????? So, when we arrived inside the place; everything inside was dirty. Under the bed it was a lot of dust, pillows had a very bad smell, couch and pillows also, the bathroom was not cleaned at all. The WC was dirty and the bathtub. The locker for clothes was dirty as well.. Everything was dirty . Check the photos I have attached. And it is visible that from the pictures, it was not cleaned since some time, not few days. Under the bed were some lost socks of a child... anyway... Hot water stopped at some point and we had to write to the property for details. They did not mentioned about that or leave a note that we should put up a button for the hot water to work. We cleaned it ourselves and stayed in the apartment for the rest of the days because we were attending a CrossFit competition, with no time to book something else for the rest of the days, and no time to argue. We booked this property for the big grade it has and the pictures that look amazing. But when we saw the dirty inside, we could not believe it.
