• Luca (6/5): NON VALE LA PENA, IMPOSSIBILE DORMIRE DAL RUMORE DEL TRAFFICO. - Stanza rinnovata recentemente. Rumore di sottofondo, sempre presente, derivato dal grande traffico del viale sul quale affaccia la stanza. Rumore fastidioso, che disturba il riposo notturno. Anche gli infissi rinnovati non isolano dal rumore delle auto e dalle vibrazioni dovute ai tram continui. La descrizione della stanza non riportava l'affaccio sul viale di Trastevere altrimenti non avremmo mai proceduto alla prenotazione. La porta della stanza non isola dal rumore e dalla luce del corridoio, essendo un comune infisso da interni, ne consegue che tutti i rumori del corridoio si sentono in camera, compreso la signora che arriva la mattina per preparare la colazione. La signora che gestisce la colazione non è nemmeno delle più cordiali. Di sicuro non torneremo una prossima volta. Allo stesso prezzo si trova decisamente di meglio.
• Bob (8/5): - Didn’t like having to carry around the big room key. Also 2 different long codes then a key is not very convenient. The shower splashed all over the floor. They need to figure something out about that. Hooks for towels would be nice. That’s just a few critiques of the room. However it was clean, good location, good ac and no hot water issues. The room was renovated fairly recently and was quite nice. The check in was smooth. He even gave us a few restaurants to check out which was great. We went to Egg for carbonara and it was fantastic. We would recommend this place.

• Ireen (7/5): Cozy Room & conveniently located to Trastevere area. - Liked the bed, sheets, cozy. Location. It was strange to locate. Was unaware this was not Traditional hotel with a front desk. Photos didn’t match What this was. Didn’t like the early morning noise by the staff, cleaning lady.
• Mark (7/5): Very enjoyable. - Clean rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff. The location was great for seeing the wonderful sites in Rome. Many attractions were within walking distance and there were many bars and restaurants nearby.

• Aki (7/5): - Super clean room and great location. Within 500m there are dozens of restaurants or you can take the tram in front of the building and go straight to city centrum in minutes. Breakfast was very basic and was missing something fresh. Room was quite loud due to heavy traffic, other visitors (there is 4 rooms in this appartment) and kitchen activity in the morning. For its price, I had higher expectations.

• GABRIEL (9/5): Indico muito a acomodação - Gostei de tudo: ótima localização, próximo de vários pontos de interesse, próximo de estações de ônibus e trem. Quarto num tamanho ideal, confortável, limpo. Aos sábados tem um pouco de barulho em função da localização mas nada demais. O café da manhã era ok mas não excelente.

• Arnister (7/5): Rzym jest ładny, ale jeśli ktos szuka normalnego śniadania, to nie tu. - Lokalizacja Śniadania były bardzo słabe: tosty, ser, salami i szynka, granola, MINI: masło, miod, dżem, jogurty, jakies paczkowane bułeczki i babeczki. Brak jakichkolwiek warzyw, owoc był ostatniego dnia, brak ciepłego mleka do granoli. Kuchnia to 3 małe stoliki na łącznie 7 osób, gdzie obłożenie obiektu to 12 osób (4pokojex3osoby). Osoby musiały czekać aż zwolni sie miejsce. Jednego poranka obsługa spóźnila sie 45 min, nie zdążyliśmy zjesć śniadania, musielismy wychodzic na pociąg. Od właściciela usluszelismy tylko ‚przepraszam’. Szkoda, bo mogło być *****.
• Rodora (8/5): Worth staying. - Accommodation is very clean. Hospitable staff. Accessible to everything… transportation, the restaurants, shops and church.
• Sofia (10/5): - Le B&B est magnifique rien à dire, très propre, la chambre est très spacieuse. L'emplacement est idéal, il est face au ministère avec sa magnifique architecture, la station de métro est en face de l'immeuble et vous avez 2 lignes à juste quelques minutes du centre ville. Le propriétaire très souriant, nous a recommandé le chemin à suivre sur une carte qu'il nous a partagé et qui nous a beaucoup servi pour un séjour très court à Rome. Et le matin, Livia, qui est une magnifique personne qui nous accueille au petit déjeuner avec son beau sourire. En plus, le parking recommandé par le propriétaire est à 3 min à pieds de l'immeuble et ils sont de confiance avec des caméras... Je recommande vivement ce B&B et merci au personnel.

• Elsa (8/5): - The breakfast included was not at all breakfast. Just coffee and snacks. In addition the AC in our rooms were not working well so the being in the room was unbearable. Informed the owner and he suggested calling customer service which he also said would not answer during Sunday. So not sure what he wanted us to do with that situation. Wish there was some compensation given the situation was not worthy of how pricey the rooms were

• Max (7/5): Clean & spacious but lacking character - Good location, clean & spacious. Enjoyed the old wooden lift. You check yourself in which was also east and useful if you’re running late. Location is amazing for access to Travestere. Shower head had broken, made it a difficult process. You will be woken up by people in the hallway and the staff making breakfast. Rooms lack any character which doesn’t reflect the listing or justify the price.

• Catherine (9/5): Great location—comfortable rooms — and a friendly, helpful host - Trastevere 143 has modern, comfortable airy rooms with a great location—about a 20 minute walk to the Piazza Benedetto Cairoli, or many bus and 2 tram lines. Edoardo was very hospitable. The temperatures in Rome were in the high 90s but the rooms were cool and cooling water for showers plentiful.

• Joeana (10/5): - Our stay was very nice! The staff was kind and helpful, especially when directing us to the property. They clean the rooms daily. It’s definitely a modern boutique hotel, so if you’re looking for something more traditional, this might not be the place for you. The elevator was quite small, but we were able to manage. Our room was ready when we arrived, so we didn’t need to store our luggage—but I’m sure they would accommodate it if needed. Thank you!
• Kristin (7/5): Would not stay due to poor customer service - When we arrived we messaged our host for dinner suggestions. They didn’t bother to answer. There are four rooms to the property and we asked for late checkout due to a late plane. They stated they couldn’t since the next guests were to arrive With only four rooms and with two vacant and clean as we were leaving I felt they could have honored an hour or two late checkout. The host was not welcoming or helpful It’s four rooms in an apartment building. No front desk Would not stay again
• Sandra (9/5): Comfy and clean stay in beautiful Trastevere - As shown in pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. Location is amazing. Bed very comfortable. Our room was on the courtyard side so it wasn't noisy at all. Breakfast needs to be better. Fresh pastries are a must in Italy - Just fresh pastry, fresh fruits, and a coffee would be much better than a bunch of processed and packed foods. Since it's a guesthouse, one would expect a kitchen would be available for guests during a stay... Communication about check-in could be better, we were asked a numerous times and days in advance about the exact time of arrival - not helpful especially if you are on a road trip and don't plan everything in a exact minute.

• Alexsis (7/5): The location is perfect, the amenities are great, and the building is charming. - Great location, accessible host upon check in, the cleaning staff let us drop our bags early upon arrival and pick up for the taxi to the airport in the morning was very easy. There's a lift for bags and my mother with mobility issues so that was worth a little extra in the cost of the night in my opinion. Difficulty communicating with cleaning staff at first but translate app will be your friend if you only speak English. We left too early for breakfast so not able to enjoy but the airport FCO was only a 25 minute drive in the morning so it was very convenient location for airport transfer.

Eduardo was quick to respond and gave very clear and thorough directions on how to access his place. It was a beautiful, clean, modern room close to transportation and other landmarks. Will definitely recommend his place to everyone looking to stay in Rome.

• Martina (8/5): - Mkt bra läge, trevlig del av Rom, promenadavstånd till de flesta stora utflyktsmål. Frukosten var dock för enkel och icke påkostad. Hade kunnat ha fler alternativ med tanke på prisbilden på boendet. Trevlig värdinna!

We felt that the room which was quite pricey was not comfortable, and everything was done 'on the cheap', the safe did not work properly, there was very little space to hang clothes, 3 hangers !
• Jessica (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay in Trastevere 143! Highly recommend if you want to stay at a place with amenities but also feel like you are living authentically. Super close to everything and we walked everywhere! There are only 2 things that could have made the stay better: the hot water (or lack thereof) in the shower and once breakfast opened at 8:30 it was super loud. Quick remedy for this would be to shut the door to that area.
• Laura (5/5): A good location,, but not a hotel with services - location this was a 4 room guest house. I thought it was a hotel based on the listed services. All communication was thru email or WhatsApp. We only ever saw a non-English speaking staff. In/outs were 2 sets of key combination lock entries. My questions about an early taxi to the airport were never answered. We figured out to just walk to the close by taxi stand. I typically like the security of having a taxi reserved, so I can sleep the night before flying.

• Caroline (8/5): Great spot and clean rooms, but unreliable breakfast and pricey transfer disappoint. - We spent three days in Rome and at the hotel. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and the location in Trastevere with its restaurants and bars is great! The rooms are also very clean and the breakfast is okay. Otherwise, communication with the accommodation was good. Communication in English is very difficult at the hotel, so it is an advantage if you speak Italian. You should be aware that this is not a hotel with a reception and staff on site, but rather 4 rooms with a breakfast room and a woman who is there for check-in and breakfast. What bothered us a lot was the fact that breakfast is supposed to be from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., but no one was there at 8 a.m. and after calling the agency, the person in charge didn't show up until 8:30 a.m. This is inconvenient and unacceptable, especially when you have booked tours and are on a schedule. Please note: The accommodation offers an airport transfer for €70 from the airport to the accommodation. However, all taxi drivers in Rome have fixed rates, which are €55 to and from the airport.

I wish we got fresh towels daily. They were only changed out once in five days. The walls are VERY thin. You can hear the TV from the room over. Air conditioner did not work.

I gifted my mom a pilgrim to the basilica of St. Cecilia and its just a 9 minute walk going there. The modern minimalist-stylish look of its room. Very clean, complete amenities. Upon entering the building, a very charming hallway will surprise you with a nice courtyard. The view from our room is breath taking across the fascinating architecture of the ministry of education. I wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely stay again here when im back here in rome. I highly recommend. Nothing

The very bad smell of mold in the bathroom. The bathroom fan is covered in mold. Whole bathroom needs a good bleaching. Had to keep bathroom door closed at all times or could not have stayed in the room.
