• Renata (7/5): OK - Fica na avenida principal, para o centro de Nápoles e o bairro espanhol, permitindo fazer a pé o percurso. A limpeza do quarto e das roupas de cama foram agradáveis. A entrada do prédio com a porta de vidro quebrada próximo da maçaneta e não tinha luz no corredor, foi assutador chegar a noite (não falo do quarto locado e sim do prédio). A vizinhança não é muito agradável. E o "café da manhã" estilo continental foi decepcionante, a máquina de café estava quebrada e tinha pouca quantidade e opções de comida, em geral. É servido dentro um quarto com cama, aleatório, não há cadeiras suficientes e nem mesas, não é uma cozinha!
• Nick (2/5): - I wasted money on this. I just wanted a bed and good restroom. The area is shady and the property has broken door glass entering into the building. The door bell for is not working. I spent 15 mins trying to find the right place so I get to knock one of those door residences to ask. As I went up there are garbages along the stairs. There were no communication from the owner on details like when and where. After calling the number posted on the door I was able to enter. The room is clean but the restroom smell was so strong and not sure if it was sewage smell. Whatever that is it so bad that that I left to find another botel. Not worth it.

• Dagmar (10/5): Perfect stay in Napoli - The room was really nice and clean. We appreciated the presence of the washing machine and the big bathroom. There was a simple breakfast included. Our host Susy was super kind. She communicated in English and gave us all the info necessary for self check-in. Everything was just perfect.

• Kole96 (10/5): Exceptional - The location is safe and near the metro station that goes directly to citry centre. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped, it has a balcony with very nice view.
• Radhika (7/5): Ok for a 1 night stay - The room is located near attractions and easy to find. Owner left clear instructions. The room size was comfortable. Facilities and Breakfast not so great.
• Jose (5/5): Passable - The place is nice inside and is 20 minutes from the main museums. There are some convenient stores nearby as well, and the host was responsive. The only issue was that we expected something different, something more private, less noisy, and where we could use all the facilities, but that was not the case. We have to pay extra for using the washing machine and some consumables.

• Darija (10/5): Exceptional - We had a truly wonderful stay at the "Berenice Suites" apartments. The place was extremely clean and provided a very pleasant environment for relaxation. Hearty recommendation!

• Milán (10/5): Good place in a beautiful city with a kind host. - The accomodation is in the middle of the city, and everything is close to it. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the host was really kind and helpful in every situation.
• Donna (9/5): Superb - The room was spacious, clean, had an AC, a little terrace, fridge, all the essentials needed to feel comfortable with our stay The location outside felt a bit sketchy, but that's because we just weren't used to the environment. Regardless the inside was cozy and felt like we were right at home.

Comfortable bed and pillow. Window blinds. Deafening windows! Nice staff. Lack of kitchen supplies- for example cups, bottle opener. Smell of piping in bathroom. The camera could be located only on front door, because if you have external bathroom it doesn’t make you feel comfortable when you’re going to take a shower in towel and there’s a camera watching you.
• Leslie (8/5): - Berenice Suites was very clean and offered a large room that easily sleeps 4 people. The location was an easy walk to the National Archeological Museum and delicious restaurants. We had a nice stay at Berenice Suites.
• Robertson (4/5): Disappointing - Upon arrival, we were contacted via WhatsApp on how to enter the building. We were given a code to access a black box where the keys were kept. The room we stayed in was spacious and included an en-suite. There was another room in the flat for other occupying guests, but while we were there it remained unoccupied. It was clear that the flat had been newly refurbished and made a very comfortable stay indeed. The first night I noticed there was a white stain on the green blanket on the bed, but I didn't complain about this, because in fairness, the flat was immaculate and I know how small things like this can be easily missed. Again, it wasn't an issue as we didn't use the green blanket due to there being an additional white sheet that was used as a cover to sleep at night with. The bed was a very welcoming comfort after long days of exploring the city and Pompeii. The en-suite was also very clean, spacious and beautifully refurbished. However, just beware that if you are travelling with other people and if there are other guests in the building, your chances of a hot shower are very slim! The first morning after we arrived, my partner showered and was very complimentary of the shower. However, once I went for my shower, the water was cold and didn't come back on before we had to leave for the days planned events. Just something to be aware of if you staying here. Another thing to be aware of is tourist tax. I was of the opinion that this was charged along with the booking fee for our stay as there was no mention of this when we first arrived. However, on the morning that we were due to leave (our flight was at 10.15 and had to leave early to miss the rush hour traffic) the hostess messaged asking us to leave 18 euros in the room for tourist tax. By this point, we didn't have any cash left as we were leaving for the airport. Instead I transferred the fees to their bank account and incurred bank charges for this. The day after we got home, the hostess messaged via WhatsApp asking me to transfer 30 euros as a cleaning fee because the green blanket was dirty. I asked her to provide photos because I checked everything and made the bed before I left. The photos sent included the white stain that was on it prior to our arrival and some additional brown stains. Again, I assured her these stains were not left by us because I had checked the room and made the bed before we left, etc. I also explained that no food was consumed in the room and we didn't possess anything that could stain the blanket in such the way it did. However, I was then aggressively threatened that if I didn't send the money the same day, she would take it up with booking.com and I would have to pay 1000 euros for the blanket!! I can assure you, the blanket was not of that value! I advised her I would pay the fee of 30 euros, but felt that it was extremely unfair. Once, I transferred the money, I sent her a screenshot as proof of the transfer. She then had the audacity to ask me to write a positive review! I told her I would write a fair review, but I would also be mentioning how we were unfairly charged. She then proceeded to threaten me again by stating if I did not leave a positive review, she would 'go down the booking.com route' where I would be charged 1000 euros for the blanket! I would not have had a bad word to say if we were not treated in this manner!! I think it's extremely unfair, rude and very unprofessional! I cannot fault the accommodation at all, it is beautifully decorated, newly refurbished and very comfortable. However, the owners are very rude and extremely unfair. I would advise future guests to take pictures on arrival and departure to avoid the kind of experience we did!
• Sydney (10/5): Perfect - What was not to like the room itself was perfect with a beautiful bathroom and balcony. Had everything needed to enjoy your time in Naples. Susy also recommended a pizzeria down the road that made the best pizza I tasted in Napoli. The other people staying stayed up all night and were loud. But that’s not the properties fault. That was only thing I can complain about
