Lo que más me gustó fue la excelente ubicación, ideal para conocer la ciudad y acceder fácilmente a los principales puntos turísticos. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hizo que me sintiera muy bien acogido. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. En general, una experiencia muy positiva que sin duda recomendaría a otros viajeros. Todo genial

La zona e tranquilla e ben fornita di negozi e ristorazione. La camera è funzionale,non grandissima ma confortevole!ottimo il materasso e la scelta dei cuscini Non c'è il bidet ma al suo posto un pratico doccino il problema è che non si poteva regolare la temperatura dell acqua,esce solo gelida.

• Marco (8/5): - L' host è stato molto disponibile e ci è venuto incontro alle necessità che sono sorte. La camera è accogliente e la posizione vicino alla metro molto comoda. Ci sono stati problemi con dei lavori sul gas (non dipesi dalla struttura) ma l' host è stato molto disponibile nel trovare una soluzione e non ha mai fatto mancare aggiornamenti sullo stato di avanzamento dei lavori.

Хороше місцерозташування, до найближчої станції метро 5 хвилин, район спокійний. Зручно те, що не потрібно було залежати від часу заїзду, так як для поселення та входу до номеру застосовувалась електронна система у смартфоні. - нема холодильника
• Igor Drobinin (8/5): - Nice and clean room with everyday cleaning. Shower gel, shampoo included and updated every day. Very nice balcony and view. AC is working good, comfortable stay. Good location near subway Station. Nice tratorias nearby. Recommend! There were no any plate or disposable kitchen stuff (fork, spoon).
• Zuleykha (9/5): We loved it - Perfect location, right next to metro and bus stops , have supermarkets,cafes around and also close to Colleseum, The area where the hotel is located is very quiet, safe, and pleasant 👍🏽 Beautiful rooms, Clean(which was the main thing for me). I would also like to thank the host and Luca (the doorman). Communication was easy, and we were warmly welcomed. The check-in time was at 3 PM, but since we arrived in the morning, the room was already available and we were kindly allowed to check in earlier. This gave us the chance to rest and then enjoy the whole day exploring the city. As in many Italian hotels, the bathroom was quite small, but this was not an issue for us. There was no fridge in the room, though it wasn’t a problem as we were only staying for two nights

• Kateryna (9/5): - Понравилось расположение, район тихий, при этом легко добраться до центра на метро или пешком. Очень удобная кровать, наличие кондиционера, в общем холле есть чайник и кофемашина. Рядом классные рестораны. Как уже многие писали, не хватает базовой посуды - пару тарелок и чашек, неудобно пить чай в тонких пластиковых стаканах. Было бы отлично иметь хотя бы маленький холодильник.

• Kashmil (2/5): Very poor - Away from main tourist areas and good local eateries close by. Very accessible to the A line metro, making it easy to get around to the other main spots in Rome. Aircon was good, kept the room nicely cool. Access methods were novel, requiring a web app to open and close all doors. Poor replacement of amenities. No new toilet paper provided, had to buy my own. Toilet was a mission to flush, required pushing a button multiple times in order to generate any force to flush, and the cistern was about 2m off the ground. When it re-filled, water entering the cistern would splash on you as it filled. Cleaning was poor, with dirt persisting from day to day in the apartment. Owner was exceptionally insistent and frustrating about their receipt of the Roman “tourist tax” not included in the booking fee, and would contact me multiple times to ensure I handed over this amount to the doorman, before I had even checked into the property.
• Dominik (7/5): Ok but not comfortable - It was clean and location was great The bathroom was so small that you couldn't move around without hitting something. The water was switching from hot to cold without the possibility to regulate if effectively. The walls are so thin we could hear neighbors talking in their beds.

• Dante (7/5): Modern room, fine for a couple nights - Rooms were clean and modern, better than the photos. 30min walk to colosseum. Right next to metro station The walls were thin, you can hear every noise coming from the hallway etc. Also, not the hotels fault but the streets surrounding were dirty. But that’s expected.

• Viviana (4/5): Do not recommend and will not stay there again. - The bathroom was miniscule. Shower was so small we had to shower with the door open. Room was clean, though, and the a/c worked well. However, in comparison with others, place was way overpriced.

• Ana-maria (9/5): A very modern apartment - The location is great for Napoli, not right in the city center but for a fair price, you get to be walking distance from all that can be of interest for a short stay in Napoli. The place itself is amazing and I have to confess we were a bit surprised to see how modern a place can be inside, in a run down building on the outside (specific Napoletan). I sicerely recommend the host and location to anyone looking for a budget and very clean place to stay in Napoli. Everything was OK.
• Roger (7/5): Prime Palace April 2024 - Room was clean with comfortable bed, TV and ensuite. Location was good with only a 25 minute walk to the Coliseum and a Metro station nearby. Apartment felt very secure with Web app needed to open 3 doors before getting to room (although slightly worrying when Mobile Phone battery was running out after day in Rome). The Coffee/Tea making facilities are outside room and shared with the other rooms. We would have preferred a Kettle in the room for that first cup in the morning. Bathroom was very small and as I am 6 feet tall, it was slightly challenging. We could not get any hot water from the Shower, so a few screams in the morning or evening (didn't make any difference). Rooms are not very sound proofed so depends on all guests keeping noise down.
• Delia (9/5): Superb - The place was very clean and close to the city center by metro. I loved this. It was also very clean and we had everything we needed. The beds were also confortable. I also liked the fact that everything is digitablized (entrance for instance). It felt safe. Also, the contact with the reception was perfect, we spoke via whatsapp and I received answers to all my questions very fast. The bathroom is rather small, for grown ups I think its's perfect. If you're traveling with children, it may be a bit tricky.
