• Nigel (7/5): the location is ideal - you couldnt ask for better place to explore room and you cna walk everywhere - Location was perfect but the " hotel" was basic it was realistically a floor of an old apartment block with very steep staircase up to it because of the size the bedroom opened straight out into reception - not ideal it wasn't loud but if there was anyone in reception everything could be heard from the room as above the size and compactness of the hotel

Hosts not on site most of the time, but always available on whattsap/text Some people make a fuss about the steep stairs. This is not a hotel, it is a guest house style. Steep steps are normal for this old type of building. Not a problem at all unless you have mobility issues or staying for a week with heavy luggage.

• Marta (3/5): Solo sirve para dormir. - La ubicación, llegabas a todos los sitios importantes andando. Sobre todo el baño. Tenía humedades, el retrete tenia suciedad (marron y negra), el plato de ducha perdía agua y estaba mohoso, la cisterna hacía ruido constantemente y habia bichitos (araña, mosquitas, escarabajillo). Ademas, las 3 ventanas de la habitación dan a un patio extraño por lo que no se pueden abrir ventanas. En definitiva, bastante mal. Solo para dormir y llegar rápido a las atracciones turísticas.

• ATHANASIOS (2/5): - The location was great. The bed was comfortable. There is a very narrow stairway that leads to the first floor. The room had visible signs of dirt on the walls. The staff moved our clothes around, even after asking them not to do so. There was mold over the bathtub that was not cleaned even after we mentioned it to the host. The host was answering pretty fast. However, he didn't tend to our requests for the mold or regarding not moving our clothes.

Le pulizie superficiali sembravano fatte (letto e bagno in ordine). Tuttavia, ho riscontrato una mancanza di attenzione nei dettagli: sotto il letto ho trovato sporco,tra cui alcuni oggetti lasciati da precedenti ospiti(bottiglie,carte). Un aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato per garantire una pulizia più accurata.
• Voyageur (9/5): - J'ai dû arriver plus tôt mais je pouvais déposer mes bagages à la réception. Il n'y avait personne à la réception pour présenter ma carte d'identité mais heureusement j'avais déjà reçu les codes. Je pouvais avoir la chambre à 15 h. Je suis revenu à 15h30 pour avoir les clés. Je dois dire que la femme de ménage a été fort sympathique. De plus, elle parle aussi français. Vous pouvez aussi la féliciter de ma part. Je pense qu'il n'y avait personne à l'accueil car je devais arriver plus tard mais un problème m'a fait venir plus tôt. Il y a plusieurs chambres, ce n'est donc pas un gros hôtel avec quelqu'un à la réception. Ruben a été sympathique par WhatsApp. Si je devrais revenir ? Oui, bien sûr. Un bâtiment d'époque et bien placé, j'adore. J'ai bien dormi. Il suffirait juste de remplacer les joints de la douche et un système d'extraction d'air, ce serait parfait.

• Yael (10/5): הכל היה מעולה, רומא מהממת. בהחלט נחזור לכאן שוב! - המקום במיקום מדוייק על הרובע קרוב לבית חב״ד, בית הכנסת הגדול ומסעדות כשרות. המקום ניראה חדש ונקי, בעל המקום חביב מאוד ודובר טיפה עברית. מים חמים למקלחת לאורך כל היום. חשוב לציין- במקום אין מעלית , אבל קצת מדרגות לא הרגו אף אחד וזה שווה את התמורה למחיר והמיקום המעולה!! הכל היה מושלם

• Jeffrey (2/5): Très mauvaise gestion des problèmes (eau chaude, pression de l’eau et affaires qui disparaissent) par le gestionnaire Ru - J’ai aimé la localisation de l’établissement Ce que je n’ai pas aimé en revanche c’est que nous avons eu un gros souci avec l’eau dans la chambre que nous partagions avec des amis. Il n’y avait aucune pression dans l’eau et aucune eau chaude. Nous avons initialement remonté l’information au gestionnaire de la chambre, et il devait faire intervenir un plombier pour régler le problème. Cela étant, quand nous sommes rentrés le soir nous nous sommes rendus compte que le problème n’était pas du tout réglé. Le lendemain matin j’ai donc appelé le gestionnaire et il n’avait pas l’air de proposer de solution par lui même. Il a donc fallu que je lui demande de nous trouver une autre chambre. Il a fini par nous trouver un autre appartement dans lequel nous avons pu aller. En définitive, la nouvelle chambre était beaucoup moins qualitative, mais nous avons eu de l’eau chaude. Ils n’avaient pas eu le temps de faire le ménage car nous avons intégré la chambre en fin de matinée, mais je comprends cela. Cependant, je m’étais sèche avec ma serviette personnelle car les autres serviettes étaient sales et celles des anciens occupants, et ma serviette a disparu lors du ménage. Lorsque j’ai confronté le gestionnaire à ce problème il n’a pas voulu entendre mon message et il a simplement dit que son équipe n’y avait pas touché alors qu’aucun de mes amis n’y avait touché. En soi, la serviette ne coûtait pas cher mais l’attitude du gestionnaire est ce qui m’a le plus frustré. La gestion de problème n’est clairement pas la qualité du gestionnaire Ruben et je n’ai littéralement jamais eu de tels problèmes lors d’un séjour dans un établissement. Je déconseille vivement de rester dans son réseau de logements.

Very Disappointing Stay The room was much smaller than advertised and absolutely filthy. There was mold in the shower and even on the bed, and the toilet smelled terrible. Our room was only cleaned once during our three-night stay, and the manager refused to do anything about it. We couldn’t even get a late check-out and had to leave our bags in a dirty, unsupervised area. Definitely not worth the money — we felt uncomfortable the entire time.

There is a common area in front of the rooms, where a grown man was getting undressed. We spoke with the host a got a scary response. Instead that he gives us support regarding that situation (three girls in their 20s), he told us -maybe the man is religious. What does that has to do with anything? A grown man was getting undressed in front of us, in the common area, and somehow religion has to do something with it? Also, the other guests were really entitled. Every night they would make a lot of noise, and the door is really thin, we could hear everything. And also, the guests would leave the lights on in the kitchen, which was in front of our room, so the whole night we would sleep with the light coming through because we would be scared to encounter those people in the middle of the night. The internet connection was awful. The shower was awful.

Pulizia molto scarsa, c’erano delle macchie sui cuscini, parecchia polvere in giro anche sui pulsanti della luce e dentro la doccia. In bagno c’era puzza di fogna che anche con la finestra aperta non se ne andava.

• Joana (5/5): Nichts besonderes! - Gute Lage Für den Preis, zu dem Sie es als „Luxury Apartments” verkaufen, ist es wirklich nichts Besonderes. Es war sehr laut. Jedes Mal, wenn jemand hereinkam, konnte man es hören. Die Steckdosen fallen quasi aus dem Mauerwerk, über Schimmel und Ameisen wollen wir gar nicht reden. Der Kaugummi auf dem Bild ist seit unserer Ankunft dort und wurde sicher bis heute nicht entsorgt. Na ja, das mit der Treppe wussten wir schon, aber es sollte trotzdem erwähnt werden!

• Edoardo (7/5): Comodità e accoglienza nel cuore di Roma - Ho soggiornato recentemente in questa struttura a Roma e sono rimasto soddisfatto. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La camera era carina, esattamente come da foto, pulita e ben accessoriata, con abbondanza di asciugamani morbidi e profumati, macchina del caffè con caffè di qualità “Borbone”, phon e tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno comodo. Ruben dello staff è stata gentilissima e disponibile. La posizione è comoda e facile da trovare. L’unica piccola pecca sono le scale strette, senza ascensore, ma per il resto è stata un’ottima esperienza.

There was a steep staircase right after the entrance, and fortunately the host was there; otherwise, it would have been difficult for me to carry my luggage to the room.
• Leontine (9/5): Super - La chambre était parfaite ! Rien à dire là dessus. Tout était comme sur les photos booking. Nous y avons passé un super séjour La réception m’a un peu déçue. À notre arrivée tout était nickel, nous avons bien été reçu. Mais lors du séjour, nous avons constaté qu’il n’y avait personne à la réception pour nous aider. Ce qui m’a le plus embêté, c’est lors de nôtre départ. Il n’y avait à nouveau personne à la réception pour nous recevoir. Nous avons dû remettre nous même la clef dans le boîtier et nos bagages ont du rester à la réception sans surveillance ni sécurité où n’importe qui de l’hôtel y avait accès. Je ne trouve pas ça très normal. J’ai l’impression qu’il n’y a pas d’endroit ou mettre ses bagages et dans notre cas, personne n’était là pour les surveiller. Il y a enfin eu quelqu’un vers 15h mais avant ça nous étions retournés 2h avant et toujours personne. A l’avenir, ce serait bien que quand il y a des départs, que quelqu’un soit à la réception pour nous accueillir.

• Simon (7/5): Great location, nice room. Just watch for the stairs if you have a mobility issue or heavy luggage. - Comfortable room with a nice bed. Pretty much as described. Rome is expensive so we expected to be paying this much for a smaller room than we had had in Verona or Florence. The location was excellent though. Perfect for our trip and a nice cafe at one end of the street and loads more at the other. You'll find it about 20 mins walk from most of the sights. Ok so lets talk stairs ! If you are older, have any sort of luggage or have any sort of mobility issue then this is probably a no no. I had read the other reviews and was prepared for a staircase or two so it was no drama for us. We were travelling light and only had rucksaks, but boy am I glad we had. When you open the door from the street (thin door as well so don't eat too much on the plane!) you are greeted with a steep set of stairs to the first floor. You get the key from the little reception area using a code on the key pad. Theres another staircase to the 3rd floor to the room. Key collection, communicartion were all fine (could probably do with a better sign on the doors as we tried the wrong ones a few times but on the whole it was ok). Like I said, travel light and you'll be fine but I do fear for someone getting to this with loads of luggage and a dodgy knee. Only other issue we had was the window in our room opened into the centre of the block with other windows which seemed to be kitchens maybe of resteraunts and it was a bit noisy at 7am. Again, not a massive issue we were in Rome so we expected a little street noise etc.
• Jørgen (4/5): Dårlig renhold, og ok minus på servicegrad hos personalet. Dette er ikke et hotell! - Beliggenheten Dårlig lydisolert ut mot «resepsjonen»/venterommet, fikk renhold kun en dag og dermed fikk vi ikke påfyll av toalettpapir. Vi traff på vaskepersonalet på ettermiddagen den dagen de ikke hadde gjort rent rommet, og hun ble veldig frustrert når vi spurte om hun kunne vaske rommet. Hun hadde også lite forståelse for at vi trengte mer dopapir. Det var heller ikke vasket ordentlig når vi kom, fortsatt avtrykk på vask og toalett etter forrige beboer. Det lå gamle sokker under sengen og støv inntil vegger.
• ביניאשוילי (7/5): היה בסדר והייתה תמורה יחסית למחיר. שווה מאוד בגלל המיקום. - נמצא בלב הרובע היהודי וממש מתחת למלון יש מסעדות כשרות. ובכלל קרוב מאוד לכל מקום. המדרגות הצרות שיש בכניסה, הכריות נוי על המיטות מלוכלכות קצת.

• Giulia (1/5): bella zona, hotel pessimo - La posizione era ottima Pulizia carente, nessun comfort, rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato, staff completamente assente. Ho dovuto insistere per giorni per ottenere la ricevuta di pagamento, e questo non è ammissibile. Colazione assente.
• LAURA (7/5): Amazing location! Loved the area. - The bathroom shower has mold that should be addressed. The pull-out bed was not made up with a duvet, only sheets.

• Silvia (8/5): Central location, spacious room, not easy to access - It should be more clear that the rooms are accessible only through very steep and tight flight of stairs. I could reach the room since I had a tiny carry on, with a bigger luggage it would have been very complicated. As security is concerned, keys are accessible by anyone with an entry code The room was spacious and very quiete
