Abbiamo utilizzato la vasca idromassaggio ed era molto comoda e pulita,letto comodissimo e bagno ottimo. Anche lo staff era ottimo,sempre presente e per qualsiasi informazione rispondeva subito.Se cercate una struttura dove soggiornare anche per un giorno con il proprio partner vi consiglio questa. Nulla,tutto top.

Check out "Fiori di Zucca - La Pizza Napoletana" restaurant nearby, awesome pizza. For very cheap pizza for a snack before discovering Rome stop at "Pizzeria Quattro Stagioni", you buy cheap slices, given instantly, tastes great. The app for entry was a tiny bit buggy, once we were stressed and couldn't get in. Thankfully it fixed itself very fast :))

• Alex (8/5): Wonderful apartment and complete Luxury, location does let this down being so far out of the city. - The facilities and the apartment itself is complete Luxury. Very relaxing and comfortable beds, simple extra touches with bottled water in fridge and cleaned every day. The apartment smells beautiful all the time and cleanliness is clearly of high importance. Communications on WhatsApp and email were great, the staff couldn’t help enough. The location is about a 25 minute taxi ride from Rome City Centre and its landmarks and sightseeing. That said, you can walk (30 minutes) to Roma Trastevere train station and there’s a train which only takes a few minutes up to the city near the Vatican (S. Pietro station). If you have no data/ WiFi you may struggle to enter the building but this is listed in WhatsApp communications beforehand, they provide a number to call if you have any issues.

• andrew (6/5): well placed, clean and comfortable bed, let down with a few minor issues - we were given a voucher for the local bakery this gave you a choice of a pastry and a coffee. The choice of pastries were excellent and its under a minute walk . The location of Hey Suite was fabulous for us, you had easy access to bus (170 ) or metro short walk {15 mins } to see sights in the city, Also there are some fabulous places to eat on your doorstep markets ,Bakeries ,restaurants, for foodies this area is a must with the added bonus they are all cheaper than the centre of Rome. Hey suite has a communal kitchen ,which we were unable to use . we had access to the large fridge/ freezer , this was a shame as it would have been nice to cook using some of produce bought locally. The room was okay but we did have problems with lights it just took awhile for us to master them, the large bath was also nice and relaxing after a day walking ,although clear written instructions would be better in a welcome pack . Any issues were quickly dealt with all the staff were welcoming ,helpful . the room was clean and the bed very comfortable which are the two main things, yes we would stay again .

• Andrei (8/5): Cute room for a short stay but I wouldn’t recommend longer ones as you won’t get much sleep. - The room was as advertised, everything worked, it was clean. The building itself was a bit annoying to access, there is a video that s meant to show you how to do it but it didn’t work for some reason so it was very annoying in the beginning, I had to call the host to find out where the apartment was as there were no numbers on the doors. The room is poorly soundproof.

Отличное место для расслабления после насыщенного дня в Риме. • Удачное расположение, рядом с остановкой, что удобно для передвижения по городу. • Романтичный номер, идеально подходящий для празднования особых событий. • Очень дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. Минусы: • По утрам в доме шли ремонтные работы, что немного мешало отдыху. • Нам пришлось долго искать отель – было бы полезно сделать видео-план с подробными инструкциями, как его найти. В целом, место нам очень понравилось, и мы с удовольствием вернулись бы снова!

Avevo preso il pacchetto con palloncini e devo dire molto carina la scenografia. Purtroppo devo dare un giudizio giusto.. in camera ho trovato un capello proprio sopra la testiera del letto e illuminato dal faro led( ecco perché l’ho visto, probabilmente non l’avrei notato se non ci fossero state le luci sopra il letto). Nella descrizione della struttura c’era mi sembrava di aver letto “balcone” purtroppo chiuso e non accessibile; credo che debba essere prontamente scritto se non si può accedere ad una determinata zona dell’appartamento. Sempre nella prenotazione c’era scritto che avrei trovato il coupon per la colazione inclusa nel prezzo sul tavolo della camera.. non ho trovato nulla, siamo stati senza colazione, nessuno che mi spiegasse come funzionava e mandata una mail, non ho ricevuto riposta( magari ho sbagliato mail, non so, ma c’era scritto “ per qualsiasi domanda scrivere una mail al contatto “ Sicuramente da migliorare comunque su alcuni aspetti.
