• Andreas (8/5): Very good - The location of the appartment is very good and the appartment was comfy. We were a family with 3 kids. The metro station is 5 minutes away on foot and you are 2 stops away from Monastiraki. There is also a super market very near to the appartment and several restaurants and coffee shops We didn't manage to work the washing machine. We wanted to use it cause we stayed there for six days . I don't know if we were doing something wrong or if it was broken. Maybe some instructions would be useful

• Demetre (6/5): not sure about this place - good location. uncomfortable beds, window covers broken on 2 windows, shower curtain found on balcony, 3 chairs outside were ripped and broken, lights burnt out and not working in the living room and the bedroom.
• Dóri (4/5): Be prepared: you will have to do the cleaning, it's disgusting. I would not recommend. - The location was great! The apartman is very big, balcony is great. The place was disgusting. I had to start cleaning as soon we arrived. Bathtub was literally dirty, full with pubic hair. Yes, I had to clean other guests PUBIC HAIR first before I could take a shower.  Everything was icky in the kitchen. I had to clean that as well. Coffee machine was broken, and in the living room only 1 ceiling lamp worked.  In the bathroom water came up from the floor drain EVERY time we used the sink, or bathtub. Dirty smelly water of course.  And just top of all of this, we couldn't reach the owner, they didn't answer any of my messages.  It's a bot that answers you and guide you trough check in and check out but I dont really think thats a caring person behind this apartman. They just dont give a f*ck.  They get the money and never answer if you have a problem. Let's say we accidently shut ourself out or need help with something.. I asked for a vacuum cleaner because we found shattered glass on the bedroom floor, and I got NO ANSWER.  It's a real shame because the flat has real potential, has great location, coul've been really good, but it's uncared-for. It has pretty pictures but its quite different in reality. Oh I almost forgot. On the balkony 6/4 chairs are ripped, you cant use them. I swear to God after 2 days here we just laughed how shit this place was.

• Urszula (5/5): Passable - Description of the apartment was not true because there was not air condition. The staff did not even say sorry. Everything dirty in the kitchen, sticky cupboards. Generally if somebody likes clean place I do not reccomend.

The apartment looked exactly like the photos, and the host was great who provided clear instructions and lots of information. Would stay again. -
