- Maciej (1/5): - I do not like being taken advantage of, and that is exactly how I felt here. I demand a 50% refund from the property for a service that was not properly provided. I was given a dirty bed with unchanged, foul-smelling bed linen containing pubic hair.
- Maciej (1/5): - Sleeping in bedding that clearly contained someone else’s hair, including head and pubic hair, and finding hair left in the bathtub was not a pleasant experience at all. It is not my responsibility as a guest to look for temporary or improvised solutions to basic hygiene problems. If a property accepts guests, it should be properly prepared and cleaned to a standard that allows people to comfortably and hygienically function during their stay. What makes the situation even worse is that there was absolutely no response from the property for two days, and nothing was done to resolve the issue during my stay. The property clearly does not take responsibility for the unacceptable level of cleanliness that was left for me as a guest.

- Simone (4/5): - Charakterloses Appartement. Größe gut, Ausstattung zufriedennstellend. Hat zwar seinen Zweck erfüllt, aber nicht um diesen Preis. Auf den ersten Blick sehr sauber gewirkt, könnte allerdings gründlicher sein. Seifenspender in der Dusche kaputt. Keine Chance TV zu schauen. Man findet kein Programm. Außer man hat Netflix oder Amazonprime. Aber das wird wohl die Zukunft sein. Ich werde es nicht mehr buchen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht.
- Pedro (7/5): Apartamento cómodo y moderno y agradable a las afueras de Viena - El apartamento es muy moderno cómodo y acogedor. Tiene una pequeña cocina y está situado cerca de supermercados. Bien comunicado con el centro de Viena Cuando llegamos el baño olía mucho a pis! A pesar de que volvieron a limpiarlo, el olor no se fue. Estabamos en el apartamento 13 y por la noche se oía mucho el ruido de la nevera del apartamento superior, nos costó dormir. Para 4 personas es pequeño, 2 adultos tienen que dormir en el sofá dentro de la misma eatancia donde está la otra cama y la mesa del comedor. El equipamiento de la cocina es muy pobre, sin tostadora, abrelatas, tijeras pocas ollas, los platos y vasos justos para 4 personas. No tiene lavaplatos.
- Lucie (9/5): - Velký apartmán s krásným výhledem, velkou terasou. Možnost využít vířivou vanu a saunu. Pokoj byl čistý (pár drobků na podlaze, ale nic, co by nás uráželo). U vířivé vany byla sice síťka, aby se po napuštění mohl nepořádek oddělat, ale ne všechen nepořádek se dá vydělat síťkou - bylo by ideální mít na vířivé vaně kryt.

- Lucia (9/5): - Este un studio luminos, curat, comod cu toate cele necesare pentru bucătărie. Baia este mare și curată. Dormitorul este foarte comod, însă canapeaua extensibilă, nu. Praful de pe plantele de plastic care nu trebuiesc nimănui, de altfel. Scaune insuficiente pentru 4 persoane, erau doar 2 scaune în locuință.

- Neža (9/5): Udoben apartma - Lokacija je blizu javnega prevoza, prva parkirna hiša je kilometer stran. Apartma ima opremo za osnovno kuhanje. Okna dobro utišajo zvoke iz ceste! Žaluzije so bile delno pokvarjene in jutranje sonce sije direktno v sobo.

- Lukáš (6/5): - It looked modern and recently renovated The apartments look way better in the pictures than in reality, in general the quality of the furniture as well as the cleanliness were very deficient, but I guess it’s okay if you’re staying for one night and don’t want to spend a lot of money. The worst part was the parking, at the reception they told us that you pay “by night”, that means 20€ per night, we stayed one night and arrived at the accommodation at 16:30, the next morning during the check-out we asked if we could extend the parking (so that at least we would be paying 20€ a day and not a night, which was extremely overpriced), they told us that it was not possible because other guests may come and need the parking spot. In the end we had to pay another 20€, which meant 40€ for 24h parking and it was empty!!! Tip for the management: if you know you don’t have more guests arriving it’s always a nice detail to offer your current guests the parking without extra payment, that way I would be writing a much more positive review and you won’t lose future guests.
- Ruttkay (5/5): - Moderner Bau. Die Zimmer groß und geräumig Dienkommunikatio erwies sich als schwierig. Auf meine deutschen Anfragen bekam ich englische antworten die nicht meiner frage entsprachen. Zusätzlich wurden wir leider 2 mal gefragt wann wir nun eigentlich anreisen Wollen, obwohl das schon bekannt gegeben wurde. Da der Parkplatz nur in bar bezahlt werden kann und nur vor ort reserviert werden kann wsr mir das dann zu zippelig und wir haben bei einem p+r geparkt. Dort angekommen wr die Rezeption unbesetzt. Wir haben gewartet, dann haben wir vorne geläutet... nichts geschah obwohl die klingel schon echt laut war. Nach einiger Zeit kam ein Zimmermädchen das gefragt hat was wir wollen. Unsere Antwort war einchecken und ihre Aussage dazu. "Musst du warten". Immerhin hat das Zimmermädchen dann doch die bürotür aufgemacht und der rezeptionist sas die ganze zeit dahinter. Was sind das für schalldichte Türen dass der unsere "hallos" und dadurch klingeln nicht gehört hat? Der Check in ging dann aber auch flüssig voran und wir bekamen die Zimmer Schlüssel. Das Zimmer war unerwartet modern und groß eingerichtet. Der erste Eindruck war wirklich positiv. Doch dann... Fenster total schmutzig (von beiden Seiten) am Boden im Bad Haare (nicht eines das übersehen wurde... Büschel von er Bürste) eine klebrige Teller am Boden (ausgeschüttet Saft?) Und die Zierleiste am Boden total voller Staub. Auf dem Bild im umher war noch der grose Hinweis drauf dass die Schutzfolie entfernt werden muß. Der Fernseher funktioniert sehr langsam.

- Dimitrios Karras (1/5): - Δεν μου άρεσε κάτι Ολόκληρο το διαμέρισμα ειναι σε δύο πατώματα ειναι πάρα πολύ βρόμικο, στο ψυγείο υπήρχε ενα ξεχασμένο γλυκό από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες δεν εχω ιδέα πόσο καιρό θα ήτανε και θα ειναι στο ψυγείο σε προηγούμενα σχόλια από άλλους επισκέπτες του ξενοδοχείου το είχαν αναφέρει ειναι το σύστημα τους. Πλήρωσα για μια νύχτα 217,60 ευρώ για τζακούζι και για σάουνα τα οποία βέβαια τα διαφημίζουν αλλα δεν λένε πως δεν λειτουργούν το ανέφερα γραπτώς στην ρεσεψιόν και δεν έλαβα καμια απάντηση, οι θέσεις στάθμευσης ειναι σε υπογειο αλλα παρα πολυ μικρες δεν συστηνεται καθολου για αυτοκινητα τζιπ. Δεν το συστήνω αλλα και ουτε θα το ξαναεπισκεφτω.

- Sandra (4/5): - Die Unterkunft war in der Nähe eine Veranstaltungsortes. Personal! Wir verstehen das es eine Richtlinie und Vorgabe für das Check-out besteht und sollte auch respektiert werden. Es ist aber dennoch kein Grund wenn diese aus gewissen Gründen wie z.B. verschlafen der Gäste ein Herr an die Tür klopft und mit unfreundlichen/respektlosen Ton nur die Worte „SIE HABEN NOCH 5 MINUTEN UND GEHEN“ ausspricht. Man kann dies Nett und Höflich sagen denn schließlich verschläft niemand mit Absicht vor Allem wenn es um ein Band geht die am Vorabend eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft begleitet hat. Fazit: Gastfreundschaft - SCHLECHT! Nicht zu vergessen, in Wien gibt es genug andere Möglichkeiten zu übernachten, somit raten wir von Ihnen Apartments ab.

- Aleksander (5/5): - The apartment was quite spacious. The furniture was quite modern. The receptionist required to pay for parking for the whole stay, even if I needed only 1 day. This information was not mentioned before. There was plenty of hair on the living room couch bed linen. Some dishes were chipped. There was only 1 key which is the only way to enter the building and the apartment even though the booking was for 4 people.

- Ales (10/5): Odlični apartmaji nedaleč od centra Dunaja - Izredno lepo urejeni apartmaji, na sicer prometni lokaciji. Dobra okna zadušijo zvok prometa. Za doplačilo je na voljo podzemna garaža. Do centra Dunaja je le 15 minut vožnje. Prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje. Edina pripomba je glede samih oken, ki tvorijo celotno zunanjo steno apartmaja. Občutek je, kot da si v izložbi. Sicer so na voljo žaluzije, vendar se spuščajo od zgoraj navzdol, zato ob spuščenih žaluzijah ni dnevne svetlobe. Zasenčenje spodnjega dela oken bi dalo še boljši občutek.
