The host was exceptionally warm, caring and welcoming – everything was smooth and pleasant right from the first contact. The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance, and there are plenty of great restaurants, cafés and cozy places to explore nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling, mostly thanks to the host’s kindness, attention and hospitality. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel not just like a guest, but like a truly welcomed friend. Everything was perfect!

The shower could be a little bigger but the room in general was SUPER CLEAN. And the bonus was the Iron. We spent 9 night in 4 different hotels in Rome and other cities and that was the only one that provided iron and even a little iron board. all goo!

Good soaps too, nice smell. Easy access with codes. Can’t think of a negative. It’s a good price for what you get.

Door lock problem should be fixed as soon as possibl - The hotel is very central, the location is very nice, very close to the Colosseum. Our room was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and stylish. It had a cute common area, there were croissants and coffee for breakfast, it was quite enjoyable. The outer door is opened with a password and sometimes the lock does not work. This can be annoying because there is usually no staff in the afternoon and it is a bit unpleasant to enter the password repeatedly in the middle of the street and not be able to open the door. I think it is a bug that can be fixed.

The small but charming lounge at the entrance invited guests to relax and enjoy the coffee, croissants and fresh fruit that were available to us throughout our stay. Very kind and helpful owner Lucyna took care that nothing was missing and gave great advice on visiting the city. If you visit Rome, only with such accommodation! Nothing

The hotel manager was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel. If you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs to help buffer the sound. The street can get a little noisy, especially on the weekends. Overall, a very safe and clean stay. There is a safe for personal belongings. The morning offering of fruits is also helpful on the go. There is also a kettle in the room the for warm water for the am/pm.

• Emma (9/5): Lovely, central spot to stay in Rome. - The property was really lovely. Very centrally located, within touching distance of the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Quite quiet given its on a busy street, you can hear a bit of noise which is to be expected - but we were pleasantly surprised at just how quiet the rooms were. Bed was very comfy, and nice bathroom (the shower was a little small but was still pretty good)! The breakfast was also a lovely touch - the croissants were delicious! Nothing!

Check-in was super easy, even late at night and the rooms were just like in the photos: clean, cozy and well put together. The lady in the mornings was so friendly, and having coffee and a croissant in bed was a great start to the day. Would happily stay here again!

Windows blocked street noise very well Clean space and firm, comfortable bed with pillow options. Our bathroom released sewer gasses. Had to use wet towels to cover drains and it helped. Also able to open window for ventilation. Staff supposedly checked it while we were out but couldn't fix during our short visit. It was easy to communicate/message owner or staff, just not very responsive or informative. Our room was too warm. 50 deg outside so we open window o help cool room, but AC did not seem to cool.

• Kelly (10/5): Perfect. - The hotel was only a 15 minute walk from the main train station and a few minutes from the Colosseum. Even though the road was really busy, the windows were great and blocked out most of the noise. I brought ear plugs with me but didn’t need them. The hotel was very secure and clean, WiFi was great and the fruit, pastries, biscuits and coffee in the lobby was a lovely extra touch. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Everything was great.

• Salam (10/5): Exceptional - The place is very clean and elegant. The white-colored room provided a sense of comfort due to the absence of excessive items and details. The location is excellent, close to all tourist attractions, and it’s possible to walk to them. Upon entering the building, it might feel disappointing as it’s an old structure, but once you step into the hotel, you enter a completely different world. The hotel owner and host is very kind, offering help and ensuring all comfort tools are available for guests, while dealing with a very pleasant attitude.

• Kirsty (9/5): Fabulous location to make your stay one to remember - Had a great time from the initial welcome, the staff and location are fantastic. It's a fabulous building with an old lift and enormous main door - this made it a special and unique stay for us. It's very close to the main train station so a very simple journey from the main airport as well as being easy walking distance from so great places to visit (amazing to spot the colosseum whilst walking there from the train station) and lovely restaurants (remember to head to the small streets to find some great bars and restaurants). The room was lovely - clean, comfortable bed and great shower in the bathroom. Our room had a window that opened onto an area at the back of the building for fresh air and had working shutters. Breakfast is a selection of different croissants, freshly made cappuccino, fruit and juice. This is all left available to eat throughout the day along with a supply of fresh water. So easy to access the property and the electronic access codes were great as no keys to lose! We will definitely be back There was nothing to dislike

This property also offer a public area for all-day coffee and snack for self-service, which is very nice and thoughtful. The room was really clean, modern bathroom, good quality soap. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof. It can get noisy during the night and if there are people having breakfast, you can clearly hear them.
