• Marić (10/5): Cosy, comfortable and enjoyable - The room is comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed this stay very much. The location is good, the tram and bus station right in front of the establishment. The metro is little bit further but still at walking distance.

Great location for getting around the city, and the sofa with a table was perfect for working comfortably I liked everything, so it’s more like a recommendation. • Michaela (10/5): Úžasné! - Není co vytknout. Je to z cesty hezká budova, která za sebou skrývá několik ubytovacích jednotek, proto je to dál od cesty a není tam slyšet tolik ruch z dopravy. Ocenili bychom větší vybavení kuchyňky co se týká kávovaru nebo čajů, avšak pokud chcete občerstvení, dělají tam také snídaně, apod. Od sousedů nebyl slyšet žádný hluk. Postel byla velmi pohodlná. Na recepci to bylo moc krásné. - není zde netflix na TV

• Gianluca Zaccaria74 (10/5): - Mi é piaciuto praticamente tutto, credo che per appena 220 come camera matrimoniale per 3 notti non si possa pretendere di più a Vienna. Camera super moderna, con TV multimediale, wifi efficiente ovunque, bagno spazioso, frigo in camera, divano, tavolino ecc.... L' intera struttura è in realtà come un piccolo villaggio composto di tanti blocchi residenziali, incluse aree comuni e aree svago. Inoltre, anche se non scegliete la formula con colazione, oggettivamente molto cara, alla reception c'è una macchinetta automatica gratuita con la quale potrete farvi caffè, the e altro tutto in maniera illimitata. La struttura inoltre, pur trovandosi a circa 6 km dal centro (ma parliamo di appena 10 minuti coi mezzi pubblici)é collegata ottimamente al centro coi mezzi. Di fronte c'è una fermata di bus e tram, in sole 2 fermate si raggiunge la metro che poi, con altre 2 fermate, consente di cambiare con la linea verde che porta direttamente a Wien Mitte, la stazione centrale di Vienna. A Vienna i mezzi pubblici sono puntualissimi e perfettamente coincidenti, quindi raramente vi capiterà di aspettare ad una fermata per più di 10 minuti. Andate sul sicuro e se trovate una offerta conveniente per questo alloggio non lasciatevelo sfuggire. Unica cosa, poiché il letto è collocato su un soppalco, bisogna ogni volta fare le scale per andare in bagno o vedere la TV, situata nell' ingressino a piano terra

• Ingrid (8/5): Für unsere Ansprüche ein Hotel, das wir wieder buchen werden - Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung, das Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich. Das Hotel ist in einer guten Lage d.h.: ist gut ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Es gibt immer wieder Schwierigkeiten bei Buchungen bezüglich der Personenanzahl im Familienzimmer, da ich als Hauptgast buche und dann dort, trotz meiner Angaben, nur 1 Person aufscheint - aber es lässt sich vor Ort immer beheben.

• Jolin (10/5): Geräumige, ruhige Unterkunft mit Top-Anbindung - Wir hatten eine schöne, großzügige Ferienwohnung, die mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen war. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war die nahegelegene Straßenbahn kaum zu hören. Die Nähe zur S-Bahn war ideal – so gelangt man schnell ins Zentrum. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen. Das Frühstück war eher standardmäßig und wurde von uns nur an einem Tag genutzt. In fußläufiger Nähe zum Hotel gibt es weder Restaurants noch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Umgebung ist überwiegend ein Wohngebiet und zudem weniger ansprechend als andere Teile von Wien.

• Wojciechowska (10/5): - Obiekt i personel na najwyższym poziomie. Czysto , miło i przyjemnie. Mogliśmy zameldować się dużo wcześniej bez problemu. Jedyny minus to lokalizacja bo dość daleko od centrum ale byliśmy grupą 6 osób i radziliśmy sobie Boltem bez większych problemów.

• Michael (1/5): Ich werde sicher nicht mehr dort buchen. - Leider nichts. Das Zimmer hat einen starken Eigengeruch, in der Küche sind mir die Ameisen über den Laptop gelaufen, die Deckenhöhe im Schlafbereit ist ca 1,70 Meter sodass ich nicht aufrecht sehen konnte, dazu kommt das noch eine Deckenlampe montiert wurde. Also wenn man in der Nacht auf steht und nicht aufpasst rennt man gegen die Lampe oder gegen die Decke. Der Sessel und die Couch sind voller weißer Flecken. ich habe vermieden mich irgendwo hin zu setzen.
• Thomas (4/5): Bei einem Besuch wird es wohl bleiben - Neuwertiges Hotel und schön eingerichtet. Leider aber mit entsprechenden Mängeln. Das Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel ist zwar nett, aber mit €39 pro Tag selbst für Wien völlig überteuert. Empfangen wird man dann im Hotel mit einer völlig penetranten Duftnote sowohl im Zimmer als auch bei der Rezeption, welche übrigens nicht so leicht zu finden ist (von der Tiefgarage aus). Weniger wäre beim Duft hier deutlich mehr. Im Zimmer (Erdgeschoß) kamen mir während meines Aufenthaltes mehrmals Ameisen entgegen. Das sollte in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse nicht vorkommen. Leider ist in der nähren Umgebung nur ein Restaurant und das hat erst ab 18 Uhr geöffnet. Für weitere muss man mindestens 20min. gehen oder das Fahrzeug nehmen.

Odamızda televizyon ve klima vardi.İçerisi sıcak oldugu icin klimayı kullanmadık ama televizyon çalışıyordu.Spor salonu ve oyun odasi da var sanirim ama biz kullanmadik. Ve bedava kahve alabiliyorsunuz harikaydi kahveleri, çalışanlar da tatlıydı.

• Iryna (9/5): Все отлично, кроме тишины утром. - Мы любим сюда приезжать! Нравится подход, атмосфера, комфорт и чистота. Невозможность поспать подольше, т.к в 6.00 утра на улице начинается движуха жильцов и персонала. Высокая слышимость при открытом окне. Хотелось бы, чтобы одним из условий проживания была тишина и все ее уважали!!! А так все прекрасно!!!
• Zangl (2/5): Frechheit von Anfang bis Ende - Nicht viel!!!!! Kommunikation sehr schlecht!! Ich habe vorab extra angerufen um abzuklären wie ich für ein Wochenende mit 2 Kindern buchen soll , wenn ein Kind nur eine Nacht bleibt. Mir wurde gesagt ich solle bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption nachzahlen, was im Endeffekt teurer war als hätte ich gleich das ganze Wochenende online gebucht. Zimmercode hat nicht funktioniert. Betten waren eine Frechheit, eher mit einer Hängematte zu vergleichen. Knapp 80 Euro fürs Parken. Heizung funktioniert auch nicht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes steht auf einmal jemand in unserem Zimmer der etwas überprüfen muss, während unsere Kinder auf der Couch Fernsehen.... Alles in allem war das der letzte Besuch in diesem Establishment.
