- Michelle (8/5): - Overall, the hotel itself is very nice—you can tell it's a newer property. It's beautifully decorated and has a fresh, modern feel. The standout feature for me was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to **Rudmi**, who was absolutely amazing, and **Adriaan**, who was also wonderful. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality from every staff member I interacted with. The room was a good size and comfortable, but I was disappointed with the bathroom setup. It seemed like this part of the design was overlooked. The door was awkwardly placed, and I found myself bumping into it often, even though I was traveling alone. There wasn't enough shelving for personal items, and the bathtub sat unusually high, which I found inconvenient. Location-wise, the hotel wasn’t ideal for me. You definitely need transportation to get anywhere, as there’s not much within walking distance. Fortunately, the hotel does offer a shuttle with a limited schedule, which worked out during my stay—I was able to get to the mall and take the metro from there to explore the city. Overall, my stay was pleasant thanks to the wonderful staff and clean, well-maintained property. However, due to the bathroom design and location, I don’t think I’d choose to stay here again.

- Chiru (4/5): - We recently booked the most expensive suite available at this hotel, anticipating a luxurious experience with a city view. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were assigned a suite on the second floor overlooking the desert and exposed to significant highway noise. Prior to our stay, we had requested a room with a pleasant city view through Expedia and reiterated this preference at the reception during check-in. Regrettably, our request was denied without a satisfactory explanation. The combination of an undesirable view and constant noise from the highway significantly detracted from our stay. Given the premium price paid for the suite, we expected better accommodation and more attentive service to our preferences. This experience has left us hesitant to recommend this hotel to others seeking a premium stay.

There was work going on to complete the promenade at the rear of the hotel, along the canal, so access was limited. The shower has very low pressure and did not maintain it's temperature, running from hot to luke warm constantly. The drive to a d from the hotel to anywhere involves 3 passes of basically the same road as you have to turn left out of the hotel and drive for 3-4 mins before going around and then coning back up the same road. And then you have to do rhe sanw thing again to around the other side of the canal. A bit annoying.

The rooms were adjoining, which was perfect for our family. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were incredibly friendly, from booking taxis to assisting us at the concierge. We’ll definitely choose a First Collection hotel on our next trip to Dubai.

- Brian (10/5): - Really nice hotel, staff is superb from front desk, porters, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Highly recommend this place, but bit far from everything. Uber is there but ot can add up quick so better to book close to attractions for extra. Hotel provides transport but delays due to traffic (which is understandable and not the hotels fault). There's 24hr grocers around but few restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant is great tho.

(front office supervisor). I had a problem with my credit card (someone hacked it in Turkey and made an illegal charge) so I had my bank send me a new one to Dubai. It arrived before we came and for some reason there was a duty on it. Was emailing with Samuel since I couldn't pay the duty online and he handled everything perfectly. THANK YOU SAMUEL and all stuff at the hotel for your friendliness, incredible service and unforgettable Dubai experience! We will be back.

- Marc (8/5): - The hotel was generally great. Rooms were modern and clean. The hotel backs onto the canal which you can walk along for miles. The front of the property faces the highway and my room faced that way so I could hear traffic at night but it didn't prevent me from sleeping. The balcony doors are locked by default for security but you can ask them to open it for you. The restaurant downstairs was good. The breakfast buffet was good too with a decent selection of food. The wifi was spotty during the day for some reason. Considering the low price and location of the hotel, I would definitely be open to staying again.

- sonya (8/5): - Overall, the hotel was very comfortable. Maybe due to Ramadan… no sure but there was music playing until the early morning hours. Otherwise very quiet. I was charged for hotel taxi for 4 days to go to Dubai Mall before being told that there’s was a daily shuttle. On Day 5… I go to catch the shuttle and was told it already left even it was earlier than the scheduled pick up. I felt like I was being scammed.

The staff was so helpful and we also enjoyed some time on the rooftop pool. Its very close to the downtown area so location is perfect. You wont be disappointed with your stay here.

Their support was greatly appreciated, contributing to an overall service rating of 4.5/5. However, there are areas for improvement, particularly in the timeliness of service delivery. For instance, despite requesting a shower cap twice, it was not provided. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was delighted to receive an upgrade upon arrival, and the room exceeded my expectations with its stunning views of both the city and waterfront. I look forward to returning as the hotel's location is superbly convenient.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Very disappointed - The hotel is showing a pool that is not his we had to drive 40 minutes to a different hotel and was not allowed to sit near the pool only on the beach. Problem with water in the room the water is changing from hot to cold by itself. After changing 3 rooms we wanted to cancel and they didn’t give us the whole amount and took penalty of one night. Very small showers

- Lakeisha (6/5): - This property was very nice. However the staff was not helpful. We had no wash cloths or dry towels. The refrigerator did not work and we had no iron. The amount of money we spent was not worth it. They clame we had access to the beach and other restaurants that was a live. I give this property a 7 out of 10.

I nearly got into a fight with a driver which was honking constantly in front driveway asking for the other cars to move and staff just stood there while I was trying to find my uber driver. The concierge sold me a cruise dinner which was not anything remotely what we experienced.
