• RITA (9/5): It was very nice. - Location and decor of the apartment. The keys were confusing to get. The video sent didn’t match the written directions they sent after, and then the key didn’t work at first and the lady on the phone wasn’t very helpful. Finally figured it out ourselves.

• Anela (10/5): The location was perfect. Transportation is very accessible if you know how to use the system. - It was easy to reach the property management. We needed to enter the property a little earlier than planned. The property manager was able to accommodate us. It was very helpful. Most places I have stayed have a welcome book in a visible location. It often provides useful information such as local activities, menus, or restaurants that are local, or you can have delivery, in this case, transportation other than Uber would have been very helpful because it is located right on the tram and bus lines, information regarding what needs to be done prior to departure. How to operate the washer/dryer. All in all everything was perfect. I would definitely stay again. Easy access to everything we wanted to do from Athens to Vouligameni. Everything was as expected. Just take note at the recommendation I made above regarding a welcome book.
