- Tyler (2/5): - I used the washing machine for a small amount of clothes. The machine locked and wouldn't open. The host stated that they would send a technician but they did not arrive during our stay. The host then said they would meet us to deliver our clothes which they did not. We left the country without our items, and the host stated that they would mail them to us but that has not happened. Now there is no communication being received from the hosts. Very poor communication skills very poor business practice. Also the ad for their apartment stated that there was parking provided. There was no assigned parking it was only street parking if spaces were available, which they never are. I would not recommend due to their lack of care, communication, and parking.
