• Spyros Koukidis (5/5): Basement level apartment that needs maintenance in excellent location. - Excellent location. Close to a venue that I needed to visit. Very spacious. Kitchen completely and recently renovated (the only space in the apartment). Should have been mentioned that it is located on basement level with increased noise, limited ventilation and lighting. Very nice interior but lacked maintenance. Plumbing in the bathroom was an issue. Carpet in direct contact with the outside is difficult to keep clean. The whole floor carpeting appears unclean. Not very nice if you need to walk barefoot.

• Denisa (4/5): Very hard to find this property, wrong info on the booking - The property is on a good location. When I booked the property I had contacted the property and requested to leave the suitcase a little bit earlier as I had two important appointments. I never got a reply. I arrived to the property, following the address that I received by email. I was looking for an hour to find the property!! There was no sign of the entrance or any sign of the name. After an hour, I decided to call them, as they never replied on my messages through booking.com. They gave me another address and they told me that this is where the actual hotel is. I went down the stairs with the suitcase to find out that it was not possible for me to leave the suitcase at the end. Then they suggested to go to another place to leave the suitcase. It was 40C outside!! The property is on the ground floor. The pictures do not show the reality of the building. When I arrived to the room, there was an opened water bottle on the fridge! The wrong address is given when you book the room. There is no sign of the property and it is extremely hard to find it.

• Elena (1/5): The worst experience we had in Booking - Nothing. We had only been in the apartment for five minutes when we experienced something extremely unpleasant. The address listed on the Booking.com page was different from the one we were given at the last minute. That alone would not have been an issue, if it weren’t for the fact that the actual place turned out to be a dirty basement, with dampness and cockroaches. We left immediately, as it is not healthy or acceptable to stay there for the three nights we had booked. We are extremely disappointed and were looking for a solution, but they didn't agree with a refund. They offered another apartament, and we obviously didn't trust their word. Under no circumstances should you book your stay here.

The early check-in was such a lifesaver, allowing us to settle in comfortably and follow our demanding schedule to the letter, since this was a business trip The facilities were top-notch, and we had everything we needed to feel right at home. It's a perfect choice for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-equipped apartment in the heart of Athens with hosts who genuinely care. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

• Clarice (1/5): Grossed out, dissapointed, and unsafe — I had to leave at 3 AM due to ants, mold, and no Wi-Fi. - The only the I liked about this place was that the customer service person on Whatssap was helpful and relatively quick to answer. However everything failed with this location **PLEASE DO NOT BOOK.** - Grossed out- black mold, ant infestation, dirty carpets and non-working wifi The apartment was uninhabitable: black mold on the carpet beside the bed, a severe ant infestation in the main room, and no functioning Wi-Fi. I run an online business and had to stay outside until 2 AM just to get a signal. Later that night, I returned to find the glass table swarming with ants. It was disgusting. I had to vacate at 3 AM alone and pay for another hotel. I reported everything with photos/videos, but the host only offered a partial refund, citing a “non-refundable” policy. Mold and pests make a place unsafe and should void that. The apartment smelled musty, carpets were dirty, and overall it felt neglected. I’ve followed up formally, but they’ve ignored me. Completely unprofessional and unsafe — you deserve better.

• Maria (5/5): Passable - The very polite staff I couldn’t stay in there. The apartment was dirty. I found 2 dead cockroaches and hair everywhere. Also the entrance was super dirty and dusty full of leaves.
• Davidoula (7/5): Could have been better.... - First of all I was trying to contact the crew via booking, and letting them know we are arriving earlier than 3pm that was the original check-in time, but they never reached back until 2:45pm when we were sent the code and all... Yet they managed to help us quickly with a problem we faced with the locker. The room was really noisy because it was facing a main street, and it was located on the semi-basement of the building... It had a moldy scent, probably because it isn't aired properly or used frequently... Only the main bedroom was similar to the pictures provided... We are glad we used it only to sleep for a day...

• Ben (1/5): Waste of money! Do NOT come! - Nothing. Everything. The apartment is in level -1 (basement) no signal, the wifi didn’t work, the shower head was broken. The street is very noisy I couldn’t sleep at night. Old and creepy vibe to the place. Not recommended I would rather sleep on the street. The pictures are misleading.

• Dickeson (4/5): Great location, but a gloomy apartment with dirty carpets and mould in the bath. - Great location. The carpets were very dirty, not all the lights worked. There was no way to deadbolt the door once inside, in fact the deadbolt had been screwed shut, and this made us feel very unsafe on such a busy road (especially since we don’t know who else had the code to the door). There was a lot of black mould in the shower. The shower head was broken, so we had to sit in the bath and hold the shower head to bathe. Instructions provided to turn on the hot water were incorrect and misleading. No blinds to block out the bright street lights.

• Olga (8/5): Nice apartments, but host communication could be better - The location is good for the price, but is a bit aside from the touristic center, shops and restaurants. But your way home passes through a very beautiful National botanical garden. The metro station is 10 minutes on foot, so, you can get into the airport very easy. Anyway, the apartments itself are quite big, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, there was a hot water, a big comfortable bed and all the travellers need to have a good rest. Just be informed that there is a 4-lane road nearby, and you may need to use earplugs to sleep (it was not a problem for me). The communication with the host is the main disadvantage of these apartments. 1. I asked to send me the entrance code in the morning of the day of reservation while I was in the airport with a free Wi-Fi (just several hours before the check-in time) - they said NO and provided the information when I was at the apartments door with almost dead phone. 2. The check-in guide required to enter passcode on the electronic keyboard on the door, but there was no keyboard! I had to ask several times where is the keyboard, and they just repeated: "it's an electronic keyboard, it's on the door", and after that they sent me a video of the keyboard on the door, but it was not the door I was standing in front of! (Just remind, my phone battery was of 5% charge). It took more than 10 minutes to receive the info how to activate the keyboard to make it visible and enter the code. 3. There is a boiler in the apartments, and there is even instruction on how to switch it on (press green button etc.) But... it appeared the boiler was installed outside the apartment! And it was the host only who could switch it on and off. Or they offered me to search for the electric panel somewhere inside the apartment and use the tumbler. I didn't find fun all this "missings in communication" after a 10-hours flight. As well as the fact that the apartments are located in the basement level and are much darker than it shown on the photos.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Very disappointed - Appartement in a basement with no windows. Next to a noisy main road, so impossible to sleep at night. Bathroom shower faulty and the boiler takes ages to heat up the water.
• Bryant (2/5): Horrible - The property incorrectly informed me that checkin was 4 hours earlier when it actually wasn’t. The customer service was pretty bad - they didn’t make an effort at all to rectify it. When they let me drop my bags the place was absolutely filthy from the previous guest. Not entirely their fault but it was a terrible impression. When I did eventually check in I discovered the shower/bath did not have hot water, and there wasn’t even as much as coffee or tea available. I would recommend to avoid this apartment and company

• Konstantinos (9/5): Superb - Truth is that I didn’t get to stay at this property due to a technical issue with the hot water although I would love to as it was great! I reported the issue to host and the response as well the support was immediate. The host offered me a a stay to another property as compensation which although slightly inconvenient due to my late time of check in was fully satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this property and would certainly rebook.

• Sally-anne (10/5): Spacious room in a great location. - It was huge, there was lots of furniture and useful kitchen appliances. We liked the detail in the decoration, especially the lights in the ceiling. The host was very helpful, responding quickly to our questions.

The address given was the front of the building and the address for the place is on the basement and the other side of the street..confuse to find and to enter the place. It has good space in the place, shower not made for tall people and pressure on it is low. We were welcomed with some fresh water in the refrigerator what was nice. I would recommend the owner to purchase new pillows ..the ones there were not good.

• Amara (7/5): Overall a good place to stay when you are spending a lot of time touring around town. - Comfortable bed, good facilities for what we required, close walk to attractions around area. Good value for money. Damp/ drain smell when we arrived.
• Malliou (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent. Very clean and tidy. Good size master bedroom. We enjoyed our stay there. When we arrived an hour early and we were not allowed entry meaning we had to sit around for an hour in a coffee shop. There was also no iron, but after making contact with the owner he said he would send someone over with an iron the next day. The person they sent woke me up at 8.30am the next day with the iron, which we was pleased with but it was a bit early.

• Áine (9/5): Super! - Good location, very near metro station. Bedroom and bed were super. Very spacious, very clean. We would definitely recommend Had issues with the shower. It was very hard to use and to get temperature right. Once we got it working it was lovely
• Deb (10/5): Would stay again for sure - This was a lovely roomy apartment walking distance from the Olympic stadium. It felt really homey and comfortable. When we arrived the air conditioner was on which was such a lovely welcome as it was so hot. We turned it off when we went out and with the heatwave we were experiencing I was wishing we left it on but upon returning back to the room it was still lovely and cool. The apartment is down stairs off the footpath so dosn’t have any windows for a view as such but we didn’t mind this it was quiet and really cool as a heatwave was going through the country.

• Arzou (5/5): Not comfortable :( - Apartment no doubt was good and clean from the inside. The person who emailed the location and the person on the phone explaining the location was a mess up though, we faced the problem and 2 hours to find the apartment we hired 4 times taxi and they bring us to the same location, when we tried7 time call even with the taxi driver phoned the hotel representative always said you are on wrong location :( it was a complete waste of time and money, the person on the phone was unable to explain how to get the keys and the provided color of the door was wrong, it was a horrible experience we faced, the apartment was in the basement that was also not the great option, and finally, after all this, we get in the apartment that was good but there is another thing they have a door at the other side of the apartment and that opens in building basement with stairs, anyone can open from outside. As a foreigner and new in the city we do not feel comfortable and couldn't sleep. :( and then the next morning we check out. I would say, this all can be avoided if any person from the hotel welcomes the guests and explained about all thing and the process of how to get in the door should be explained with the picture.
• Bence (10/5): Exceptional - The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was really clean and stylish. The bed and the sofa was genuinely comfortable. Absolutely worth the price. It was difficult to use the bathtub tap.

• Patricia (9/5): a pleasant stay - Location in a good area, close to attractions, many cafes on the streets in the area where you can enjoy a coffee with the locals. The attractions can be easily reached on foot (my 88-year-old father walked daily from the apartment to the Olympic stadium, Syntagma Square, Acropolis) but for those who want to reach Syntagma Square faster, they can take the train for 5 euros/ person per day and you can get on/off the train as many times as you want in a day. The host helped us with everything we needed the phone signal is not very good in the house, but the wifi is ok. Anyway in Athens you don’t stay at home too much :)
