We didn't understand the instructions to secure the keys, so when we tried get assistance via messages no one was on standby to assist especially since we had communicated the time we would arrive.
• Ralph (8/5): Too far from the center of the city of Athens on the top of a very steep hill. - Poor communications. We never found the name of the internet wifi and were not able to connect to the internet. It would have been better to have a document to read.

• Ifigenia (1/5): Bad - The apartment is in a good area. There is easy access to buses. The apartment was very dirty. The shits had hair on them and there were many surfaces with dust and hair on them. We booked it for 5 people and there were towels for three people and there weren't any shits for the sofa. The most terrible room of the apartment was the bathroom and especially the shower, it was very dirty, to the point you wouldn't stand in it to take a shower. The communication with the company was horrible, the treatment was awful, we asked for the apartment to be cleaned and their response was that they couldn't find someone to clean the apartment in the time given. We asked for extra towels and shits for the sofa and they arrived two days later. In the end we cleaned the apartment ourselves in order to be functional. Wouldn't recommend, eventhough is in a good area and is a beautiful apartment, not only because it was dirty and you paid to be in a clean hygiene place but especially for the terrible treatment of the people in charge.

• Norman (10/5): This was perfect for me, because I was going to a congress in the National University. It is a wonderful apartment. If y - It is a modern clean apartment in a good, residential neighborhood, near the National University. It is a great place, and the manager was very good and responsive. It has everything you need, including a washing machine. I had a great time there. The neighborhood is very residential, and does not have a lot to do. It is very easy to take a bus, or to walk to a nearby subway station (some 15 minutes away, at least). It has good Coffee houses for breakfast, but not many good restaurants. To go out to eat or have a drink, you need to go elsewhere.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the dining area was spacious enough to comfortably seat all of us!!! -
