- Tuğba (8/5): Felt like home - Price/performance choice. Lovely neighborhood, local vibes, not super touristic (which is great for those who want to get the local vibes) and close to Monastraki sq. Clean, no question about it. Okay breakfast, enough for starting the day. Room was elegantly designed, loved it. The space and the design was really comfy and had enough space for 2 ppl. There are streaming services available on TV. Internet available across the property. Just a note for those who are not familiar with such a system: There is no reception at the property. We communicated through Booking messaging. They send you the codes to get into the building and get your key. The communication was smooth, we had no problem but we weren’t familiar with this self check-in system so just a heads up.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Wir schliefen im obersten Stock und es brummte unaufhörlich. Kein Personal untertags, nur zum Frühstück.

- Laurena (9/5): Très bon hôtel en autonomie - L'hôtel est récent / neuf, joliment décoré et est situé dans un quartier dynamique (restaurants, bars, commerces etc.). Il se trouve également pas loin en transport des sites touristiques. C'est un hôtel en autonomie (pas de réception).

Bathroom products are nice Korres etc. Breakfast was solid, a good number of choices for a small breakfast and nice little pastries. Staffing was the biggest issue. Loom was de-listed from Booking.com prior to our arrival, so Booking.com couldn't absolutely confirm the booking :( So I called the hotel on their listed contact number. They couldn't tell me anything immediately; something about wifi issues. I needed to call back. I was busy that day and called back the next, to be told it was all fine. We booked a Twin room and confirmed immediately after booking that they could provide a twin. They confirmed the twin in writing. When we turned up shortly after 3 pm, it was a standard double. No staff onsite. I called the contact number to be told there was nothing they could do. I made my severe displeasure clear. My poor companion ended up sleeping on the sofa, not able to unfold it, as I had a broken arm. No bag storage is available; I did ask in advance. Doors are heavy, and the internal one was jamming badly during our stay. AirCon does not fully work. The room was 22/23 degrees, not comfy for a Londoner like me, I'd set it to 19. So it was stuffy. The building site at the back makes opening both windows not super feasible. Deeply unprofessional. Absolutely not worth the price for such disinterested service.

- Coke (9/5): excelente opción en un buen y tranquilo barrio de Atenas - el diseño de la habitación muy bueno, amplio, elegante y fresco. el barrio no es central, lo que le da una vibe local mucho mas interesante, caminando llegas al centro en unos 15 minutos . el desayuno muy bueno . la comunicación con la encargada por medio de booking fue estupendo al llegar la chica con quien me encontré en el hotel fue un poco extraña de actitud.

Eigenlijk is de term hotel misleidend: eerder appartementsgebouw met ontbijt gelegenheid. Anoniem en onpersoonlijk Dat ontbijt viel regen: alles recht uit de supermarkt.

- von den Benken (8/5): angenehm :) - Super gelegen, man ist direkt im Geschehen und kann alles fussläufig erreichen. Ringsherum gibt es viel zu entdecken. Super Lage. Eigenes Zimmer mit WC, Tv, Balkon, super angegeben die Privatsphäre. Du kannst kommen und gehen, wann du willst, es gibt eine Chip Karte und einen Code an der Eingangstür. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Bei uns gab es durchgängig ein lautes Geräusch, wahrscheinlich von den Klimaanlagen direkt neben dem Balkon. Ich musste durchgängig Ohrstöpsel tragen - ist aber machbar (und wahrscheinlich normal für Großstadt). Beim Spülbecken im Zimmer muss man den Stöpsel schließen, dann gibt es keine Gluckergeräusche und ja, der Kühlschrank arbeitet auch, haha.

Grande terrasse Très peu de choix pour le « petit déjeuner ». Pas de réception (des boîtiers avec vos cartes de chambres quand airbnb). Pas de possibilité de laisser vos valises à l’accueil par conséquent (quelques magasins de stockage de valises à proximité cependant). Le peu de personnel la pendant le petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout agréable.

- Amiel (8/5): Solid choice in Athens. - I would call it more of an AirBnB/hotel hybrid than a traditional hotel, but the stay was very pleasant. Comfortable rooms, I loved my bed. Nice breakfast. Location is good in the sense that you can walk to the center of town, but the neighborhood isn’t great… it’s not dangerous and we walked to the nearby supermarket and ate at a restaurant a block away, but it’s certainly not beautiful. You do feel that you’re leaving in the “real” Athens, though. Was expecting a real hotel, but besides that, we enjoyed our stay.
- Enrico (8/5): Tutto sommato bene - Premettendo che il check in avviene in autonomia e non ci sono persone fisiche in struttura, da remoto è organizzato molto bene con tempi di risposta rapidi, la struttura è nuova e pulita, la colazione eccezionale, la zona è piena di localini carini, supermercato e 10min dalla metro, sebbene un po' decentrata rispetto al centro, circa 20min a piedi da plaka. In alcuni momenti, fortunatamente solo due in due giorni, sal bagno usciva una puzza sgradevole di fogna. Un'altra nota negativa è il personale alla colazione, non traspariva entusiasmo e sembrava quasi che le davamo fastidio.

- christina (7/5): - Die Lage des B&B ist großartig. Die Zimmer selbst auch, geräumig und komfortabel. Die Betten waren für unsere Verhältnisse viel zu weich. Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts wurden die Zimmer nur einmal geputzt, Kaffee für die Nespresso-Maschine wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Personal war nur zum Frühstück vor Ort, ob größere Sprachbarrieren oder unfreundlich kann ich nicht einschätzen. Frühstück selbst war ganz in Ordnung, so um bis zum ersten Brunch oder Kaffeehausbesuch etwas im Bauch zu haben. Neben dem Frühstücksraum gibt es im übrigen Haus keine weiteren Orte, sich hier aufzuhalten.

Edgy, arthouse area of Athens. Needs maintenance already. The shower in the Penthouse suite is no longer sealed and leaks into the bedroom area on the other side. Cupboard doors do not close in the bathroom and need to be rehung. It has a kitchenette with coffee making facilities, but only 2 mugs were provided for 5 guests. No glasses available for drinking.

- Muriel (8/5): Goede uitvalsbasis voor een aantal dagen in Athene. - Het was een gezellige plek met een lekker ontbijtje. Gelegen in een minder drukke maar wel gezellige buurt. De thermostaat stond veel te hoog en kon niet aangepast worden.

Die Gestaltung des Gebäudes und der Zimmer ist durchdacht und sehr ansprechend. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele gute und authentische Lokale. Ein Supermarkt ist auch gleich ums Eck. Es gibt leider keine Reinigung des Zimmers, weil es sich auf Nachfrage bei der Managerin um ein "B&B" handelt, und das nicht üblich ist. Auf der Website steht allerdings, dass es sich um ein Boutique Hotel handelt. Bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche, ist das durchaus störend. Auf Nachfrage wurde das Zimmer dann ein einziges Mal aufgeräumt (Handtücher getauscht, Müll entfernt). Das Frühstück ist relativ einfach. Ab ca. 7 Uhr in der Früh hört man die laute Musik der Angestellten aus der Küche bis in den dritten Stock hinauf. Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack viel zu weich. Die Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation mit einer Ansprechperson erwies sich als sehr schwierig, da bei mehrmaligen Anrufen niemand zu erreichen war. Eine Telefonnummer war nicht einmal mehr vergeben laut Auskunft. Leider gab es an einem Tag ein Problem mit den Zimmerkarten, wodurch wir nicht in unser Zimmer konnten. Das Problem wurde zwar am selben Tag behoben, allerdings war zu Beginn niemand für uns vom Hotel erreichbar.

- Kathrin Schoeps (4/5): Schöne Zimmer, aber leider wurden 2 von 3 Nächten kurzfristig durch das Hotel storniert. - - Unser Zimmer war sauber und wirklich toll eingerichtet. - Das Frühstück war einfach, aber deutlich besser als wir nach den Bewertungen früherer Gäste erwartet hatten. - Überbuchung trifft auf katastrophale Kommunikation: Am Abend vor unserer Anreise erhielten wir eine Nachricht des Hotels, dass unser Zimmer "morgen" nicht verfügbare wäre, man bot uns ein alternatives Zimmer für die erste Nacht. Nach meinem Verständnis sollten wir also für die erste von drei Nächten in einem anderen Zimmer schlafen, bevor wir in unser vor langer Zeit gebuchtes Zimmer umziehen. Leider stellte sich nach der ersten Nacht heraus, dass es für uns gar kein Zimmer mehr gibt. Das erfuhren wir auf Nachfrage, wo wir unserer Koffer für den Tag unterbringen könnten, von der freundlichen Dame des Housekeepings. Wir mussten also spontan ein neues Hotel finden. Es gab keine echte Entschuldigung und kein Hilfsangebot durch das LOOM-Management. Nur eine patzig anmutende Nachricht, man hätte uns informiert. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass wir von LOOM hingehalten wurden. Unsere Buchung jedenfalls wurde bei Booking erst storniert/angepasst, nachdem die Bombe geplatzt war. Ein großes Lob und Dankeschön an die freundliche Dame von Booking.com, die mich direkt anrief, Hilfe anbot und sofort meine zuviel gezahlten Buchungskosten zurückerstattete. - Das Bettlaken hatte einen großen Riss, was aber nicht weiter dramatisch war. - Außerdem möchte ich anmerken, dass es sich hier nicht um ein klassisches Hotel handelt. Es gibt keine Rezeption und entsprechend keine persönlichen AnsprechpartnerInnen vor Ort und auch keinen Zimmerservice. Sie mieten lediglich ein Zimmer mit Bad und morgens wird Frühstück bereitgestellt.

- Koen (7/5): Prima, vooral de locatie is super - Locatie is perfect. Goed ontbijt en heel fijn modern ingericht gebouw met lift. Veel goed vegetarisch eten in de omgeving. Dat het nu een B&B is en wij tijdens ons 4 dagen verblijf geen schone handdoeken kregen. Communicatie met het personeel was matig.

- Marek (10/5): - Hotel zrobił na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie — nowoczesny, designerski, bardzo estetyczny i czysty. Wszystkie elementy idealnie do siebie pasowały, a wnętrza wyglądały na zupełnie nowe i bardzo zadbane. Wygodne łóżka, przestronna łazienka, mini aneks kuchenny z ekspresem do kawy i czajnikiem - zawsze to doceniam. Jeśli chodzi o minusy, to ewentualnie okolica. Choć to zależy od indywidualnych preferencji. Plusem lokalizacji jest natomiast duża liczba fajnych, klimatycznych knajpek w pobliżu oraz bliska odległość do metra. Mały minus również za brak ekspresu w jadalni hotelowej.

- Viacheslav (7/5): A nice hotel, but the living conditions could be better. - The hotel has a very beautiful design. It is conveniently located. There is free parking nearby. We were accommodated on the 0 floor (ground floor). It is probably a nice place in the summer, but in March it is dark and cool. The rooms on this floor are next to the kitchen, and at 7 a.m. the staff come to prepare breakfast — it is very noisy, and it becomes impossible to continue sleeping.

- Karolina (9/5): - Super lokalizacja, świetne knajpki w okolicy i restauracje. Fajny i nowoczesny design. Jedyne, co mnie rozczarowało to, że jedno z dwóch łóżek w pokoju nie było wymienione po poprzednich gościach. Drugie było ok i czyste. W każdym razie początkowo wybrałam właśnie to łóżko, które nie było w idealnym stanie. Pościel była przybrudzona, na łóżku mnóstwo okruszków. To było słabe doświadczenie. Fajnie by było też, gdyby śmieci zostały wyniesione chociaż raz podczas naszego kilkudniowego pobytu. W każdym razie i tak oceniam pobyt bardzo pozytywnie.

Odada su ısıtıcı ve Nespresso makinası vardı. Şubat ayında konakladığımızdan klima ihtiyacımız olmadı, bir değerlendirme yapamayacağım. Balkon çok ferah ve rahattı. M3 metrosu ile havalimanından direk ulaşabildik. Dönerken demiryolu çalışanları grevde olduğundan uber üzerinden taksi çağırdık. Havalimanına 45 Euro bir bedel ile rahatlıkla ulaştık. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi kendilerine teşekkür ederiz. Odadaki kanepe konstrüksiyon olarak kilolu insanlar için uygun değil. Çocuklar için kullanılabilir. Altına biraz destek yapılırsa daha uygun hale gelir. Nespresso makinasındaki kahveler yeterli idi ama çay da eklenirse güzel olur. Otele erken check in yapmak mümkün olmadığından valizleri güvende tutabilecek bir yer hoş olurdu.

- Evghenia (8/5): Good modern hotel with comfortable rooms – but red light district location - We stayed for two nights in a family room with two floors. The room itself was very modern, new and exceptionally clean. The main bed was very comfortable, and even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, which was a nice plus when travelling with children. We also appreciated the Netflix TV, which was great for relaxing in the evening. The overall design of the room felt fresh and contemporary, and everything was well maintained. However, the biggest downside for us was the location. Although the city centre is not very far in theory, the hotel is not realistically walkable, especially with children. The surrounding area did not feel safe to us. The streets are in very poor condition, with broken pavements and many derelict or empty buildings. The area has a noticeable red-light district atmosphere, and walking to the nearest underground station felt uncomfortable and quite unsafe, particularly in the evening. Parking is also very difficult. The street in front of the hotel is extremely narrow, and there is no proper place to stop. Even taxis have to stop in the middle of the road because there is simply nowhere else to pull over. Inside the room, the light switch system was very confusing. There were many switches placed in different areas, and it took time to figure out which switch controlled which light. The first night we accidentally left the bathroom light on because we simply couldn’t find the correct switch. We stayed in January, and the heating system was uneven. The upstairs area became very hot, while downstairs remained noticeably cooler. This made it difficult to find a comfortable temperature, especially for sleeping. The room itself did not have much natural light, as it is surrounded closely by walls and parts of the building. This might be an advantage in summer, but in winter it felt a bit dark. Breakfast was the most disappointing aspect. The selection was very limited. The coffee was pre-made in a container, and most pastries were gone quickly and not refilled. There was only toast bread available to make yourself, some fruit like apples, and very little variety overall. We felt it would be better to have breakfast at a nearby café instead. Overall, the hotel itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, especially the rooms. But due to the location and breakfast, we would not necessarily choose it again as a family with children.

Die zitten boven de receptie op een kamertje en praten nauwelijks met de gasten. Hartelijkheid van personeel. Service op de kamers t.a.v. hygiëne. Geen toiletpapier in toilet werpen bijvoorbeeld, maar niet de emmer dagelijks verschonen. 1,5 uur brandalarm waarop niet gereageerd werd.

- Maxime (8/5): Design et localisation remarquables, mais services à améliorer - L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier en transformation, avec de nombreuses adresses de bons restaurants, boutiques et cafés à proximité (de fait l'un de nos quartiers préférés lors de notre séjour). Nous avions réservé deux chambres familiales dans cet établissement primé pour son design en 2024, et le design était effectivement remarquable, et conforme aux photos de l'hôtel. Bien que située sur une terrasse chauffée et non à l'intérieur, l'espace petit déjeuner était agréable, même en février. Les instructions pour le check in sont claires et la communications à distance aisée. Dépourvu de réception (self check-in), l'hôtel ne brille pas par le contact humain. Les personnes présentes pour le petit déjeuner n'étaient pas disponibles pour les hôtes, ni particulièrement agréables (chose rare à Athènes). L'offre du petit déjeuner était restreinte et de qualité médiocre (absence de jus de fruits, de beurre). L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'espace sécurisé pour y laisser ses bagages et il n'y a pas de personnel au-delà de 15h30. Nos chambres n'ont pas été faites au cours de notre séjour et aucun des consommables (savon, produits d'hygiène), n'a été remplacé. Ces points sont étonnants pour un établissement élégant, bien situé et équipé, aux prestations par ailleurs haut de gamme.

- Helene (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig, gleichzeitig gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung viele nette Lokale und Cafés. Man hat fast nicht das Gefühl, sich in einer Millionenstadt zu befinden. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und insgesamt sehr sauber. Auch der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und problemlos. Obwohl die Unterkunft als Hotel geführt wird, findet kein täglicher Zimmerservice statt. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es sich eigentlich um ein Airbnb-Konzept handelt und daher kein Service vorgesehen ist. Frische Handtücher wurden uns zwar auf Anfrage gebracht, dennoch entspricht dies nicht den Erwartungen an ein Hotel. Zudem wirkte das Personal wenig freundlich, sodass wir uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Frühstück war leider ebenfalls enttäuschend: sehr geringe Auswahl und insgesamt wenig ansprechend. Obwohl die Frühstückszeit offiziell bis 10:30 Uhr angegeben war, wurde bereits etwa 15 Minuten vorher abgeräumt.

Die guten Frühstücksbewertungen können wir leider nicht teilen, das Frühstück war karg, die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück wenig umsichtig (wenn z.B. etwas leer war) und auch die Speisen waren höchstens auf dem Niveau eines Continental Breaktfast (kein Müsli, 1 Sorte Käse, 2 Sorten Wurst, 1 Sorte Brot). Das Frühstück hat uns enttäuscht.

- Enerel (10/5): FANTASTIC - I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Athens. Fantastic hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The room was big enough and very cozy, it reminded me of my summer house. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in a hotel. I love how modern the color combinations throughout the hotel were, very authentic. It was in a great location full of restaurants, coffee shops, and interesting small stores. Nothing.

- Maor Yehezkel (10/5): מלון מצויין, נקי, מרווח במיקום מעולה מרכזי ושקט!!! - התארחתי בסוויטה מדהימה עם מרפסת מרווחת, 2 מיטות גדולות. מזרן וכריות מאוד נוחים. החדר מאוד נקי והיה בו פשוט את כל מה שצריך ואפילו הרבה מעבר. חושבים במלון הזה על כל הפרטים הקטנים, מקפסולות נספרסו, מיני בר, קומקום חשמלי, תאורה סופר חכמה..שליטה חכמה בחדר. הצוות מדהים ומסביר פנים. אין כל ספק שהמלון הזה יהיה המלון היחיד שאשוב אליו בטיולים הבאים שלי באתונה. אני ממליץ בחום להגיע למלון ופשוט להנות. לשמחתי הרבה, לא מצאתי שום דבר שלא אהבתי במלון הזה.
