• Marta (9/5): Perfecto por su ubicación y moderno. - La ubicación y el apartamento en sí. Estaba muy céntrico, todo moderno, recién renovado y muy limpio. Cocina bien equipada para 2 o 3 personas. El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La entrada y el ascensor no daban mucha confianza, casi no encontramos el nombre. Pero al final todo muy bien. El encargado fue muy amable pero tardó en contestar a los WhatsApps. También tener en cuenta que las cortinas no son opacas y la señal de salida de emergencia ilumina mucho por la noche. Recomiendo antifaz. En los comentarios leímos que habían obras justo en frente pero al pasar solo la noche del Sábado no las notamos.

Host was proactive and friendly. Really noisy. The bar in the ground floor is super noisy until 1 am. People passing by occasionally shout and scream. Nearby flats noisy. The windows are no sound proof and the noise was disruptive to our sleep.

• Dávid (10/5): Great apartment, great host. Look no further! - Central location, easy to approach, the major sights are in walking distance. You will find grocery stores, restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc. just a few minutes from the door of your apartment. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, the bed was roomy and comfortable. Even though we did not meet the host personally during our stay, the check-in and check-out process was organized and smooth with clear instructions and all questions were answered quickly. They had the apartment ready well before the check-in time, so we could take it early and start discovering the city. The mechanics of the elevator shaft can be heard from the room when it's in use. Not too loud, more like a muffled sound which didn't really bother us once we figured out what it could be.

• stylianos stylianou (5/5): Review - Η διαμονή μας στο δωμάτιο ήταν γενικά ικανοποιητική όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα και τον χώρο, καθώς ήταν περιποιημένος και άνετος.Συνολικά, ενώ το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ικανοποιητικό, τα συγκεκριμένα ζητήματα επηρέασαν την ποιότητα της διαμονής μας. Ωστόσο, υπήρχαν κάποια σημαντικά ζητήματα που επηρέασαν την εμπειρία μας. Το βασικό πρόβλημα ήταν οι εργασίες σε κτίριο ακριβώς απέναντι, οι οποίες ήταν ιδιαίτερα ενοχλητικές. Ειδικά το Σάββατο, ο θόρυβος ξεκίνησε από τις 8 το πρωί και μας ξύπνησε, κάτι που σίγουρα δεν είναι ιδανικό για κάποιον που θέλει να ξεκουραστεί. Ένα δεύτερο θέμα ήταν οι κουρτίνες, οι οποίες δεν ήταν συσκότισης. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι με το που ξημερώνει, το φως μπαίνει έντονα στο δωμάτιο, οπότε αν κάποιος είναι ευαίσθητος στο φως, είναι πολύ πιθανό να ξυπνήσει νωρίς. Ενημερώσαμε το κατάλυμα για τις εργασίες απέναντι και μας ανέφεραν ότι δεν είχαν δεχτεί άλλα παράπονα σχετικά με αυτό. Από την πλευρά μας, θεωρούμε πως θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει κάποια μορφή ενημέρωσης εκ των προτέρων, ώστε οι επισκέπτες να γνωρίζουν την κατάσταση και να αποφασίσουν ανάλογα.

We arrived by metro from the airport and reached our room within 6–7 minutes after getting off. Despite being above bars, there was no noise issue at all. The room size was perfectly adequate, and the team was very professional and helpful throughout our stay. The elevator in the building was small and quite old, and since it was right next to the room, it was rather noisy. Although the apartment generally looked clean, it could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and there was no daily housekeeping.

• Annika (10/5): Einzigartig schöne, saubere und moderne Wohnung in perfekter Lage für einen Kurztrip nach Athen - Alles! Eine super Lage - direkt an einer der belebtesten Straßen, viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte in der Nähe und die Syntagma Bahnstadion ist in 5 Minuten Gehweg zu erreichen. Von dort aus fahren Bahnen in alle Richtungen. Trotz der belebten Gegend war es ruhig in unserem Apartment und wir wurden zu keiner Tageszeit gestört. Die Wohnung war super sauber und ist perfekt und modern ausgestattet. Wir hatten selten so eine schöne Unterkunft auf einem Städtetrip und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Außerdem war unser Host Panagiotis super nett und hat innerhalb unseres Aufenthaltes mehrfach nach unserem Wohlergehen gefragt und weitere Services angeboten. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen !! Wirklich gar nichts.

• Gamze (9/5): Bence muhteşem bir konumda , tam fiyat performans yeri - Konumu harika , içerisi tertemizdi Odanın ısıtma sistemi klima ile sağlanıyor , bazı saatler klimadan fazlaca ses geliyordu , ev sahibine konuyu ilettiğimizde odamızı değiştirebileceğini söyleyip yardımcı oldu 🙏
