Metro nearby There's a nice bakery on the ground floor for the morning coffee and also small restaurants close The road in front of the balcony is a bit noisy because all the hop on hop off buses ride there The apartment is nice, but the kitchenware is bare minimum. But overall it was really OK Just be aware that the property management requires you to make a 200 euro deposit through an online service. This was not really clear to me at booking time but I probably missed the info

• Monica (6/5): Great location but I wouldn’t suggest it - The location There wasn’t a table where we could sit or having breakfast, just shelves with chairs, the fifth bad was just a sofa, there would be another bed under the sofa but it was too dirty to take it out.

The apartment was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communications before, during and after our stay were great. Really appreciated offers to book tours and taxis.

You need to do anything with the dining table!? The table in the kitchen is very funny, you needs to see it! :):):) Sorry for my english (shopping)... :):):)

• Meltem (10/5): Exceptional - We booked this apartment for its location and having 2 bedroom. And we were not expecting that much. First of all communications with the company, esp corresponding with George and Yannis since we arrived to Athens airport was very efficient and fast. George was practical and professional. Yannis who greeted us and was hospitable,warm and detailed everything very clearly. The apartment is bigger more than the pictures, it has high ceilings,very spacey, airconditioned, clean, modern and well furnished,even balcony is cozy and looking down to a quite street with a little coffee table and 2 chairs.We found the tools at the the kitchen to cook. In bedroom also storage space ia quite big. Acropolis museum is just a couple of steps away and Parthenon is 10 mins walking up the hill. Plaka the old town is around the corner and supermarket,coffee shops,restaurants,bakeries,pharmacy is just a few mins walking distance away from the apartment. Being in the center of everything with this great conditions,we felt very lucky. I kindly asked a couple things by emailing thru bookingcom and George and his team was flexible and hospitable ,made ourselves comfortable . All was great

Will recommend to friends and likely come back soon. - Excellent location with plenty of good restaurants and taverns nearby. Just a few minutes walk from the metro station. Spacious and clean rooms with comfy beds. Amazing coffee shop just downstairs made the balcony a great experience. I will miss the smell of coffee and sweet pastries in the morning :)

• Pierre-jean (10/5): Exceptional - Close to the Akropolis and Plaka area. Perfect for visitng by walk and metro Athens. Perfect for restaurants without needing a car or a taxi. Top little food store with delicious baklava and other greek cakes and food. Top cold coffee also down of the appartment. Perfect for family with kids.
• Jessica (5/5): Wouldn’t stay again. - Collecting keys required meeting with an agent from the management company inside the apartment. Waited downstairs with luggage to be let in the front door. The cleaning crew was still cleaning when I arrived. The representative from the management company was sitting on the sofa with all his belongings spread out on the table inside the apartment. I had to wait inside the apartment, with this man to take my credit card, write things down, collect all his things off the table, and give me an entire walk through of the place before he would leave. All of which could have been done with an instruction sheet or email, like every other apartment rental. When I tried to clarify about a security deposit he got mad. All of this - strange man, strange place, angry tone- made me uncomfortable. I wouldn’t do it again. Also the keys are an issue, there’s actually a possibility of getting stuck in between the apartment door (which locks behind you) and the inside of the front door!

• Asli (9/5): We had wonderful time in our stay. - It’s in the heart of the city. Acropolis Museum is the main view of the windows and the balcony. Easy to walk to city center and historical sites. Property is also very close to Acropolis metro station and many bus stations are close by. You can get the hop on hop off buses across the street. Even though it is in a crowded area it is not overly noisy. Balcony is big enough to sit and have coffee also a good option for smokers. There is a small restaurant, vegan shop and a wonderful artisan bakery on the street. There is a small market two streets ahead. Air conditions in both rooms worked perfectly in the hot weather. Wifi is free, strong and we never had problems with the connection. It is a personal choice, therefore I cannot say it was a problem but the mattress was a bit soft for me.

I highly recommend getting transfers to and from the airport, which the property manager arranged. The location is next to the acropolis, and a ton of restaurants! Everything here was perfect and the beds are so comfy!!!!!
