The creek facing rooms has given the picturesque views of the Dubai’s lively landscape and the sunset. We had a fantastic dining experience in the all day dining restaurant which was filled with great spread of menus served by the fantastic associates. The experience at the club lounge was remarkable where the pleasant associates took care of guests with a pleasing smile. The cleanliness maintained across the property is noticeable. We have thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this lovely property, we are certainly looking forward to come back next year.

We weren’t aware of the hot water maintenance and alarm system early in the morning because we did not use the TV at all during our stay. I am an Assistant Front Office Manager at the Westin in Columbus, OH so I understand the importance of customer service and it was great here! Aamir, Jamil, and Laila went above and beyond! All the staff are amazing, unfortunately I was not able to get everyone’s name. I definitely will be coming back next time I’m in Dubai.

She went extra miles to satisfy me as a customer I twisted my ankle and she was able to sense it and she was like what happened to you I can smell a balm on you and I have to explain to her that I twisted my ankle and I applied a balm. She spoke to me and gave me an advice on how I can feel comfortable. She did this without me asking and she really showed that customers wellbeing is important to her. Her smile on her face shows that she loves what she is doing and she is so enthusiastic and energetic in whatever she is doing. Her observations is a mark that could never be forgotten and if I can remember my days in Marriot Marguis Dubai Creek, Mahak would never be forgotten. The breakfast buffet was extensive, as were the selections in the M Club. Particularly helpful were Frank and Yousef at the Concierge desk. They handled our transportation needs flawlessly.

It no longer feels like checking into a hotel; it feels exactly like returning to our home in Dubai. I have to single out Yogesh at the front desk. He is an absolute gem! He took the time to patiently understand my specific needs during check-in. Because of his attention to detail and proactive approach, he upgraded my room to a perfect fit based on availability. Honestly, he's incredibly efficient, professional, and yes, very handsome!😉 Estabilshed in 2024 ，the hotel room and devices looks and feels new and clean. For Long Stay/Business I highly recommend the Apartments in Tower 2 or 3. They are perfect for extended stays, offering a balcony, full kitchen, and a washing machine. So convenient! 👍 For Short Stay/Suite，their suites are massive and extremely comfortable. The breakfast here is super generous and diverse! We always appreciate the wide range of options. As a friendly suggestion，I noticed the hot pot station, if possible, allowing someone to blanch the ingredients instantly? with the clear chicken broth, there is nothing more comforting or healing! A huge thank you to the whole team for making our frequent stays so consistently enjoyable.

- 866neelam (4/5): Horrible experience. Loss of money and mental peace - Highly disappointed with Marriott marquis creek . Ahmed and Ahira at the front desk are too rude and not aware how to handle customer. We reached hotel at around 2:00 pm with confirmed booking from Makemy trip. Intially they mentioned that they Cannot find our booking in there system. We provided all the details and confirmation voucher. Post that we connected them with MMT customer support and spoke to Marriott’s backend team. After all this Ahira confirmed that she got the booking details and they will provide us room in couple of minutes. We almost waited for 45 minutes for room. Post that Ahmed came to us and mentioned that our booking is refused by hotel and we need to talk to makemytrip. When I confronted him about the assurance given by Ahira he started talking rudely. The language and the pitch was very bad. One more lady from front desk joined them and all started bashing at me and my husband after waiting patiently for two hours with two kids. Kids were hungry and sleepy but they literally ignored all our request. Parallels two more families were struggling to get rooms for two hours seems like there system glitch. Instead of apologizing and providing solution they literally denied taking our booking. Post all this Noor (I guess manager) stepped in to help us. After discussion we made new booking through hotel directly by paying almost 5k ( she is provide complementary breakfast) extra then the amount we paid to makemytrip and loosing two precious hours and this all mess lead to us to miss our Burj Khalifa viewing slot worth 20k. Total loss of money and mental peace. Would not recommend this place.

The next day morning 15th November, me and my wife decided to go for a swim in the pool area. We met Animesh at the bar. We had a chat with him. He's so lovely, accomodating and always smiling. We shared stories and laughs with him. A very good day to start the day with laughters and smiles. Thank you guys for having him. 5 star customer service for you Animesh. You have a gem on your team. He's a really good guy and and hope to see you guys again soon.

When I mentioned I was avoiding dairy, he immediately recommended — and then made — the best drink, even though the menu mostly showed shakes and smoothies. He really went out of his way. Such a great guy with a good heart and an even better personality. Highly appreciated! I also want to mention Deep from the gym. She’s full of energy, genuinely sweet, and brings such a warm, uplifting presence to the space. I already enjoyed the gym at the Marriott, but people like her are what make the whole experience feel even better.
