• Mauro (6/5): - La posizione rispetto ai mezzi pubblici, molto vicino alla metropolitana e quindi al centro città, la struttura è ben pulita sia nell’appartamento e sia nella parti comuni. Molto veloci anche alla risposta quando sono stati contattati sia via mail e sia via telefono. La camera era posizionata proprio sopra i binari dei treni e non è ben insonorizzata, è vero che non è una linea ferroviaria principale ma il movimento di treni anche di notte è abbastanza fastidioso. L’appartamento che mi è stato assegnato era al terzo piano senza ascensore, senza avvertirmi al momento della prenotazione, purtroppo con i miei problemi di anca questo è stato abbastanza un fastidio doloroso. La colazione non era compresa.

• Yegor (6/5): Short sentence about your stay Good location and convenient check-in, but the hotel itself feels overpriced and much le - Great location in a lively area with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and it’s possible to walk to the Colosseum. The staff was helpful and there were no issues during the stay. Check-in was also very smooth and convenient. For €120 per night, the hotel felt overpriced for the actual condition and level of comfort. In Rome’s market I could not really find a better option in this price range, but the hotel definitely looks much better in the photos than in reality. The biggest issue was the bathroom — it was very small and had poor ventilation, so it constantly stayed humid. Towels never dried properly and there was visible mold building up around the bathtub, which was honestly quite unpleasant to see. The room also lacked basic conveniences: almost no storage space, no bedside table, and only one plastic hanger. Another important downside is the railway line running just a few meters from the window, which creates a lot of noise.

• gege (3/5): - 打开窗户挺凉快的 那就多了，火车站就在后面 火车经过的噪音非常严重，前面是汽车噪音 6.30-7.30 这段时间开始非常吵 后面一直持续吵 即使关上窗户 隔音也非常不好，非常不舒适，房间太热了，我问了客服怎么打开冷气 她很久才回复我 告诉我在墙上，ok 我看见了 有没有可能我是用不来才问的？ 没有告知怎么使用，我们热的非常难受的开窗户 外面又很吵 里面又闷热 还有蚊子 一晚上没有休息好，早上起来满身的汗(¯―¯5) 体验感负100！ 盖被子很热，不盖又很多蚊子，不是给我们搭配耳塞就可以解决噪音问题 是真的非常不满意！！
• Chiara (7/5): - Mi è molto piaciuto la disponibilità e cortesia degli operatori. Utile utilizzo di codici per la gestione delle entrate e uscite dallo stabile. Posizione perfetta si arriva in un minuto alla metro per poter girare tutta Roma. Tanti negozi e locali intorno anche supermercato e garage al chiuso. Sicuramente ci torneremo. La non presenza di ascensore e della macchina del caffè nella camera, purtroppo la nostra camera adiacente alla ferrovia non era insonorizzata e crea rumore per un riposo ottimale.

• Leigh (6/5): - The location was great very close to the train station and bus routes that take you into Rome centre in around 15-20 minutes and around a 40 minute walk. The bed was fairly comfortable. The hotel was right next to a train station and busy street so the room is quite noisy in the evening but nothing a set of ear plugs can't fix, the room and shower are fairly small but it was acceptable for a very short stay.

• Mahir (8/5): - Za budzet koji smo uzeli lokacija je odlicna, sve vazne znamenitosti su na pjesackoj udaljenosti a I autobusna linija je svakako blizu I stanica od voza isto blizu tako da nije komplikovan naci objekat. Preporucujem za mlade parove. Malo je mana objekta sto se nalazi odmah do pruge I cuje se buka vozova, ne bi bilo lose da stave jos malo jacu izolaciju na prozoru I malo bolji krevet da se stavi.

Vicino la stazione metro e in un quartiere molto servito come ristornti ed etc la camera è abbastanza spaziosa Bagno fornito di accessori L'hotel si trova sopra la stazione dei treni,quindi dalle 5 alle 23 si sentono i treni passare nonstante dicono che abbiano le camere insonorizzate. il letto è veramente scomodo e rumoroso,la doccia è veramente piccola,non si riesce nemmeno a girarsi in più pecca di pulizia,trovato un asciugamano sporco di arancione. il prezzo della camera è eccessivamente alto per cio che offre.

C è anche una piccola cucina attrezzata e un frigo a disposizione degli ospiti, in comune. Vicino alla struttura ci sono tanti ristoranti, trattorie, bar e supermarket. A 20 minuti a piedi si trova il mercato di Porta Portese la domenica.

• Jennifer (8/5): Some tips about this room - The owner communicates through the application WhatsApp .   I recommend that you download the app before your scheduled stay. It's a useful app to have as it used by many internationally.  Here are the steps to take to get into the room. I am providing them because the message I was sent was very unclear. You will have to get the specific code numbers from the owner before your stay. 1) Enter the first pass code on the keypad outside the  brown, wood window-less door you first come to. 2) Walk up up two flights of stairs to the third floor.  3) Enter the second given passcode on the key pad. 4) Go to the room that's supplied in your reservation and follow the instructions provided by the owner.  The room is in a very busy part of town. I view this as positive. It Iet me feel the true atmosphere of Rome. And it is close to a train. Note that the door knobs are old but they work and you have to be sure to turn them into the correct direction. For the room I was in I had to turn them to the right. To get to the room you have to enter codes into three different doors.This is good as it ensures security and safety. But be sure to have the door combinations before you arrive or you will be stuck on a sidewalk in a strange neighborhood. I understand why they can't provide it far in advance.  But it needs to be provided before the customer comes to the door. Their online page says that  they will ask for a tourist payment and ID but it does not say how the payment and ID should be provided. They messaged me about that when I was on a plane and could not use my phone.  I had issues with my phone provider and could not use my phone after I arrived in Italy.  So I was stuck on the sidewalk in a strange neighborhood and was terrified! Thankfully a nearby business allowed me to connect to the Internet so I could read their message. I feel the tourist payment and information should have been directly requested as soon as I made the reservation.

• Anyelith (6/5): Hacía calor no servía el aire , ruido del tren . - Estaba limpio y ordenado , fue lo más barato que pude conseguir en Roma en una zona que no fuera peligroso . El aire acondicionado averiado sonaba como una locomotora y no enfriaba nada , si abrías la ventana el ruido del tren que literal pasa por detrás demasiado insoportable no se puede descansar cómodamente . Los host no se comunicaban ni envían instrucciones precisas , solo hablan italiano no hablan inglés , mala comunicación . Definitivamente mucho por mejorar .

The only problem is that place is not soundproof. - Location is good, about 30 minutes from Colosseum, very close to the buses and train station. Room is nice and comfortable. TV and wifi were working blameless. When we had any problems, the owner helped us immidiately. (also TV had youtube, netflix, amazon which was great surprise) Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything around you, not only the trains, but floormates and cars on the streets. If you are sensitive, you could have problems with going to sleep fast.

Like most other guesthouses in Europe, elevators are absent. Be prepared to handle heavy bags upstairs. Trains run by pretty closely except midnight that may bother those sleeping off those hours.

The space is perfect for 2 people travelling rome. I wish you could leave the air conditioner on when you left the room but you had to remove it with the key. However, the air conditioner worked very fast and kept cool with the window closed.

It was clean, and cleaning was done every day which was surprisingly good (i can take 2-3 days without cleaning with no problem, but this was good). There was a restaurant right beside it which was always full. Didnt went there but it might have bern a great option. No elevator and 3rd floor but is expected on an oooooold city. Overall was good. Window was right at train tracks so it was a bit constantly noisy but for me personally was no problem. Small.

• Sara (10/5): Exceptional - The host was extremely kind and accommodating – he allowed us to check in early and check out late, and even let us leave our luggage after check-out since our flight was later in the day. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. Trains pass right next to the apartment, but it didn’t bother us at all. The location is well connected to the entire city, with bus stops very close to the apartment. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!
