• ΑΘΑΝΑΣΙΑ (7/5): - Ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο, οπότε μπορείς να κινηθείς πολύ εύκολα είτε με τα πόδια είτε με τα ΜΜΜ, είναι σε ωραία περιοχή και κοντά σε εστιατόρια, cafe, supermarket… Ο λόγος της διαμονής μου ήταν για ιατρικούς λόγους , οπότε και αρκετά κοντά στο νοσοκομείο Ευαγγελισμός. Το χειριστήριο στο κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε, αλλά δεν έκανε ιδιαίτερο κρύο, οπότε δεν είχα ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα. Το πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά που είχε το κατάλυμα η πρίζα του δεν ήταν συμβατή με τις πρίζες ευρωπαϊκού τύπου και δεν βρήκα ούτε αντάπτορα, οπότε όταν το χρειάστηκα δεν μπορούσα να το χρησιμοποιήσω. Τοστιέρα δεν υπάρχει, για τα υπόλοιπα δεν σκεύη κουζίνας δεν έχω άποψη γιατί δεν τα χρειάστηκα.

• ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΟΣ (4/5): Επιλογη αναγκης για διανυκτερευση . - Η τοποθεσια καλή,καταστηματα κοντα. Το στρωμα και τα μαξιλαρια ηταν κακα.Δεν υπηρχε κουρτινα συσκοτισης,τα παραθυρα βλεπαν στον φωταγωγο.

• Alexandra (7/5): - The location was super. The size of the flat was comfortable The flat was not very clean - the were not shutters outside the windows so it wasnt dark enough and a little bit noisy. for 1-2 hours early check in there was a charge
• Lorenzo (8/5): - Very nice neighborhood, apartment clean, big and very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). Comfortable beds. We did not manage to make the air conditioning work, there's no natural light as the windows are facing an internal court.
• Ivan (10/5): Good stay in the best neighborhood in Athens - Good and clean apartment perfect to stay few days visiting Athens. Full equipped with all what you need for your stay. Personal staff very helpful and decisive. Perfect location in one of the best and safest neighborhoods in Athens. I didn’t find anything wrong.
• Βασιλειος (4/5): Disappointing - It’s a good apartment in the Center of kolonaki. The location is very good too bad the facilities were a little abandoned. The shower was all wet when we arrived and the air conditioning system was not working properly (or at all) .

I wasn't expecting a perfect apartment, but mini - Only location is very confortable Despite the perfect location, the apartment was unacceptable in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. When I arrived, the first thing that struck me was the dirt on the floor close to the bed, but the most disgusting thing was finding a dead cockroach in the middle of the kitchen floor. An episode that, frankly, is unacceptable in any apartment, but even more so in a tourist city like Athens, where the quality of service should be a priority. moreover, the bathroom need to be fix. The apartment, although spacious and well located, seemed totally neglected. It is unthinkable that in such an environment, which should be welcoming and clean, a situation like this could go unnoticed. The lack of care was felt in every corner: a place that could be nice, but that in reality only gives the idea of ​​being left to go.
• Jasmina (2/5): - Do not rent this apartment!!! Dirty smelly apartment! Nothing like presented in pictures on website! I can’t find even one positive thing about this apartment. We checked in about 2 in the morning as our flight was delyed. We found Bed sheets drying next to bed on a hanger. And they were still wet… Luckily we didn’t arrive earlier. We found dovet cover in the locker but it was very oily and moldy smell. Seems like it was used for a long yime and not washed. smell from the kitchen was awful. AC was old and beat up, making more noise than cooling because it was full of dust. Bathroom was filthy. Shower window was white from dirt, Floor was filthy…!!! never washed. Property manager told us it is not recommended to shower while water heater is plugged in… Electrocution Hazard… Unbelievable!!! Bed matress is probably as old as Greece. You can feel springs and you will need chiropractor after sleeping on it for an hour! I am not exaggerating, this aparntent is old beat up place with a little make up on the top. We spoke to the property manager abiut all issues and he never offered to help with antything. But instead he was amazed how come we were not happy with his place…. First day we had no water all day… This was our 4th apartmet we stayed in Athens diring 2 weeks time and absolutely the worst. We would be ok if bed matress was acceptableband and place was clean. All it takes is a little investnebt in cleanesness and small investment in updates as matress and Air Conditioner…

• Radislav (5/5): Fake Kolonaki...:) - I chose an apartment in Kolonaki, because it is a very safe part of the city. Kolonaki is a classy and bohemian quarter of Athens. I love Kolonaki, but this part of Kolonaki has its downsides. But Kolonaki has one big problem, especially for the elderly and those who have trouble walking. You have to walk uphill to the apartment, which is not pleasant in 40 degrees in Athens. You often have to use the stairs as well. But I knew that fact, because this is not my first stay in Athens. I experienced the first unpleasant surprise when the owner informed me that I could enter the apartment only at 6 pm?! I have never checked into a hotel or apartment after 3 pm. The owner said he couldn't clean the apartment earlier?! Is that my problem? I sent him a message that I plan to enter the apartment between 1pm and 2pm. My time was wasted, and I paid for the time. Second, there is only street parking, which costs €10 per day. In the description of the apartment, it is not correctly stated that it is street parking. When you park your car on the street in Athens, there is a high risk of damage to your car. I told the owner before arriving that I don't want to park my car on the street. He suggested that I park the car in a public garage, which is 900 m from the apartment. I parked the car at my friend's place in Alimos, which is 10 km away from the apartment. I got to the apartment by taxi, which I paid 28€ in both directions. However, my biggest criticism for the owner is that he didn't inform me that the street where the apartment is located turns into a big market every Friday! All cars on the street must move. If you don't put your car away, you will pay a big fine, because your car will be taken away. That is really incorrect! Imagine if I parked my car on the street and had to travel on Friday morning?! The apartment has a window that overlooks the interior of the building. Not enough fresh air.

The host exceptional I have stayed at many places but this was an experience beyond my expectations. From simple things like shampoo to laundry powder. Even incenses To having extra towels and lots of coffe pods . Congratulations on having a superb establishment. Definitely will stay again and again. Location simply the best. Nothing at all. Perfect in every way
