• Eleni (10/5): Θα το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα - Πεντακάθαρο , το κρεβάτι υπέροχο , ολοκαίνουργια οικοδομή χωρίς κακοτεχνίες στα κουφώματα και στα πλακάκια , καλές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και είδη υγιεινής. Δεν υπήρχε πάρκινγκ αλλά έβρισκες εύκολα στον δρόμο

• Baba (9/5): Çok iyiydi, gezip dolaşıp eve mutlu döndük. Rahat ettik. - Temizlikten düzene her şey çok iyiydi. Ev sahibi de ilgiliydi, hızlı dönüş yapıyordu. Atina için olmazsa olmaz, gecelerimizi güzelleştiren bir balkonumuz vardı. Marketler, kafeler etrafta ve ulaşımı kolaydı. Merkeze metro ile tam olarak 3 durak. Arabayla gidenler için; ücretsiz özel bir park imkanı yok. Caddeye ücretsiz şekilde park edilebilir ama yer bulmak çok zor.

• engin (9/5): Şık ve keyifli, tavsiye ederim ! - Oldukça zevkli dekore edilmiş, çok geniş ve keyifli terası olan daire. Evin önünde park yeri bulunabiliyor. Çevresinde pek çok mağaza ve olanak var. Motorla seyahat edeneler için Arai Yunanistan mağazasına yürüyüş mesafesinde. Tek söyleyebileceğim eksiklik bu kadar şık bir dairede kahve makinesi ya da press olmasını beklerdim. Ancak müşteri ilişkileri ile iletişim kurduktan sonra hemen bize ulaştırdılar.

• Olesia (9/5): Pleasant stay in a well-located apartment with everything needed for a short trip. - Great location — just a 5-minute walk to the metro. Only 2 stops to the city center, with a direct line to the airport and port. The apartment has a large balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors. Cozy and ideal for a family with a child. Clean and well-equipped: the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and the bathroom includes shower gel, shampoo, and soap. Self check-in is available at any time via a secure key lockbox. The sofa might not be the best option for an adult to sleep on, as it can feel a bit firm due to the frame. Also, the pillows were a bit high and firm for my taste — others may find them comfortable.

• Ivan (10/5): We really enjoyed our few days in Athens. - Very good location - close to the Megaron Athens Concert Hall, the Lycabettus Hill (and theatre), Metro station, and not too far from the centre (the Syntagma square). The place is clean, comfortable, equipped with the useful facilities. There is a large balcony where one can enjoy the morning coffee and the late light dinner. The parking is slightly challenging. There is a free parking zone along the streets but one can rarely find a place there. Fortunately, there are at least two garages nearby, where one can leave his/her car, at a reasonable price.

• Ioanna (7/5): New and well-appointed apartment but unprofessionally managed - 1. Apartment and residential building both brand new (less than a year old, I believe) 2. Location relatively central. Safe area, with restaurants and super markets (including a 24hr market in the immediate vicinity), totally walkable to some museums (National Gallery) and the metro station (Megaro Mousikis) 3. Apartment on high floor, with big balcony on one side and view to Lycabettus Hill on the other (partially obstructed by antennae and neighboring buildings, but ok, this is a typical Athens landscape, after all) 4. Lots of natural light and it will probably be nice to sit at the balcony in the summer (I visited during wintertime) 1. Cleanliness level was subpar. The floor was dusty and the shower cabin grimey. I checked-in late as my flight was delayed, and was in Athens for a conference and follow-up health appointments. So I had booked and prepaid this rental for a 10-day stay and naturally was very unpleasantly surprised with what I found. I had to buy cleaning products and clean the bathroom myself in order to have a proper shower. I contacted Phaedrus Living and Booking's Customer Service immediately with my complaint. The response I received from Phaedrus Living was that they were willing to send someone clean the apartment again, to match my standards. I explained that obviously this would not be necessary, since I had already done that myself and at own cost, so I suggested that they just provide a refund of the cleaning fee or perhaps a partial refund for the first night, to make up for the inconvenience, ie cost of the cleaning products I had incurred and personal labor invested. They refused to do so, on the basis that they had already conducted the necessary review prior to check-in and their standards were met. I am afraid those standards must not be very high then, as one can see in the photos below. When I insisted, they responded that I could check-out early but refund would be subject to managerial approval or they could offer a discount to one of their other properties for a future stay. When I inquired about the discount, they attempted to trick me into booking on the spot without revealing the percentage of discount they would offer, claiming their prices fluctuate greatly. They were rude and I felt bullied and emotionally exhausted because my budget did not allow to risk not getting a proper refund, never mind searching and paying for another apartment in the midst of my stay, so I could not leave... 2. Pillows are soft and uncomfortable 3. Washing machine is not inside the apartment but in a cabinet at the balcony (!?) 4.
• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - Location is very good, quiet street close to a big one. Park nearby, I found a good location for morning run. The apartment is new and in a perfect condition. It has all you need. I'd love to return there again. It is a bit of a challenge to to park my X5 in the street.
• Stefanos (10/5): Excellent - It’s the best apartment I have ever booked. It’s located very close to a subway station in the city center. The building itself and everything inside the apartment is brand new and of excellent quality. It’s equipped with everything one may need. The balcony is huge and has great view. Very warm and cozy space which can easily host up to 4 people. The host and staff are amazing. I was impressed by the fact that I asked the host if there is extra linen because we wanted to sleep separately only a couple hours before check in and not only he answered immediately but they actually went ahead and prepared the sofa bed without me even asking for it. An amazing experience overall (I could probably live there🙂)
