• Hilde (8/5): Tof plekje, rustige ligging vlakbij groen én historisch centrum - De ligging is fantastisch. Dichtbij natuur, in een kwartier wandel je naar het historisch centrum, tof wijkje met leuke bakkers, local restaurantjes en winkeltjes, supermarktje vlakbij, lokale sfeer ipv toeristisch, erg proper, mooie kamers, zeer rustige straat. Goede communicatie en hulpvaardige verhuurders! Basisvoorraad bv wasmiddel, zout,.. zou fijn zijn. Stom dat iedereen dat opnieuw moet kopen. We hadden ook maar 3 glazen, heel weinig bestek, 2 stoelen aan de eettafel. WIFI was slecht, vooral 's avonds. Opzoekwerk dus 's morgens doen:)
• Manouk (8/5): Fijn appartement op top locatie - Super locatie van het appartement. Heel ruim appartement met een goed bed. Prima check in service. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het water van zowel de douche als in de keuken kan ineens kokend heet worden, levensgevaarlijk! Tevens een kakkerlak gevonden in de woonkamer.

• Svetlana (8/5): Было очень хорошо и спокойно не смотря на некоторые нюансы - Было комфортно и уютно Не были много стульев и если бы одна из кроватей была двухместной, было бы еще лучше
• Alexandrescu (9/5): O locatie frumoasa la parter - Totul a fost ok. Exact ca in descriere, totul foarte curat. Internetul merge destul de greu cu întreruperi.
• Anaël (1/5): A fuir ! - Une vrai catastrophe. Le canapé lit était cassé il n’y avait pas le nécessaire pour dormir à 4 alors que nous avons réservé pour 4 personnes. Pas de drap, pas de couette. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, ni de wifi. Lorsque nous l’avons précisé à l’agence ils sont carrément venu chercher la box en nous disant que y’en avait une autre mais sans nous donner les codes d’accès… j’ai également trouvé un cafard dans la salle de bain.

• Gontinou (3/5): Βρώμικο και χωρίς καμία παροχή. - Ευρύχωρο και σε καλό σημείο Ο καναπές ήταν βρώμικος από πατημασιές, το υπόλοιπο σπίτι είχε να καθαριστεί καιρό. Το wifi δεν λειτούργησε με κανέναν κωδικό που μας έδωσαν το ίδιο και η τηλεόραση και παρόλο που επικοινωνήσαμε μαζί τους δεν ανταποκρίθηκαν.

• Isabelle (9/5): - Très spacieux Le quartier est assez bruyant et l'appartement mal insonorisé. On entend les personnes au dessus
• Dimitri (7/5): - The location was very convenient, in a walkable distance from the downtown Although the apartment is on the ground floor, the feeling inside is like being below the ground level. There were many mosquitoes inside the apartment, which was disturbing the sleep a lot.

• John (9/5): Heating on for a warm welcome in the winter - It was warm when we arrived, really lovely as it's the beginning of February and unseasonably cold. We were especially grateful as we had our 86 year old mum with us. Nothing it was perfect apart from no direct parking outside, but we found spaces closed by

• Yawen (8/5): It is good. I will choose it again next time. - This apartment is big and very close to the center. Maybe can prepare some laundry detergent, just a suggestion.
• Lee-anne (3/5): Don’t stay here if you need internet. - The location is good. Quiet and easy to get to the metro. Good butcher down the street and fruit and veggie street market on the weekend. The internet was horrible. Do not stay here if you need to work. We couldn’t even send an email or open a Google page sometimes. We notified the agency that is taking care of the property and they did nothing and didn’t communicate well at all. After paying €1000+ euros, it’s not acceptable to not get a normal working internet when it is listed as one of the features that this place offers.
• Martin (9/5): Best value for money - Value for money, location (safe and silent), always available owner (allowed us to let our belongings in the apartment prior to the check-in). If I were to decide again, I would definitely choose Phaedrus Living! I have found layers of dust and dirt around the night tables. Overall, I can’t say it was dirty in there, but a little more focus on cleaning would make this apartment 10/10.

• Tanja (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment with great location, nearby a lot of restaurants and bars but still quiet at night. It has free parking which is a +. Great shower! I could use a harder pillow
• Olegs (9/5): Grab it if available ) - Big clean flat with balcony wifi and almost everything you need. Super good location for visiting city center. There are a lot of good and not expensive cafes/restaurants in just 5 min walk. Food market is near too. Definitely grab this flat if available. The only thing was missing - frying pan. There is a microwave and stove with an oven, but a pan is missing. If you have a car, so As in All city center, there is big problem with parking.
• Monica (9/5): Superb - Location, comfortable , clean , communication with the host. Every morning at 7:00 am, there were road workers right on the street in front of the apartment digging and talking loud. Not the apartment owners fault but it was really annoying to be woken up by their noise every day.
