They charge you for the coffee (capsules) , but it was solved with the staff , that was very kind and helpful.

• Banu (1/5): I would not recommend - The location is good The room was much older than it looked in the photos. There was an unpleasant blanket on the bed, and the walls were full of stains. The bathroom, surprisingly, was completely renovated and spotless, creating a strong contrast with the rest of the room. However, the room overall and the furniture looked quite old and poorly maintained. Additionally, the walls on the floor I stayed on were very thin, so I had to sleep while hearing the man snoring in the next room. Unfortunately, I also had an unsettling experience. At 2 AM, someone came and knocked aggressively on the door of the room next to mine for several minutes. I texted and called the hotel’s emergency numbers but received no response. About half an hour later, the same thing happened again. It felt quite scary and unsafe, especially since there was no separate security barrier at the entrance to the floor with the rooms — anyone who enters the building can access the rooms. This is a major concern. I had booked two nights, stayed one, and told the management I didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying another night. Although the manager said they were very sorry about the situation, I was still charged for both nights. I don’t think this was appropriate hospitality; in my opinion, they should not have charged for the second night.

A disposizione macchina del caffè con cialde. Frigobar. Phon ottimo. Per accedere alle camere abbiamo fatto un po’ di sali e scendi di scalini.

Wij hadden een appartement met een terras. Het wat wij hadden was mooi maar had wel enkele gebreken. Zo waren er wat lampen kapot en was de parasol kapot. De locatie is top op loopafstand van verschillende attracties.
• Rebecca (10/5): Suite with Terrace - My mum and I had an amazing stay at Flâneur. We stayed in the suite with a terrace and it was beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything was in walking distance which was perfect too. We will definitely return! Thank you for a great stay.

• Hagit (7/5): Good - Very central location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. In room 401 you could hear flushing of toilet and shower of the adjacent room. It was hard to get a good night sleep. Especially when people wake up early for a flight. Felt overpriced for what paid. Also, stairs to and from elevator to get to your room. Unfit for elderly people or people with a lot of luggage as there is no one offering help.

• Benoit (4/5): Hôtel bizarre et bruyant. - Hôtel en “libre-service” sans vraiment de personnel sur place. La chambre était propre mais sans plus. Pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain et les murs sont très abîmés. Les chambres sont très mal isolées et très bruyantes (les voisins dans l’autre immeuble qui jouent du piano à minuit et réveillé par la voisine de chambre qui nous fait une prestation de vocalises coïtales matinales avec son conjoint…). Pas de service de petit-déjeuner. Le Check-out s’est fait dans le couloir. On a laissé notre carte à un employé sans même qu’on nous demande comment notre séjour s’est passé. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, il y a beaucoup mieux à Rome.

• Melissa (10/5): Exceptional - Modern and clean accommodation located within the hustle and bustle of Rome. We enjoyed staying here and it was located close to the train station. It was spacious and well equipped.
• Yadira (10/5): Jewel of Rome - The room was very nice and comfortable with a large terrace to ourselves. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was big and modern (large shower). The location is unbeatable. We walked to all points of interest from there and we felt safe walking very late at night. The lobby service is scheduled but they are reachable through what’s app and they respond immediately. The access instructions are very clear. We will be back!
• Louise (8/5): Good Experience - Communication before our stay was good—they even arranged transport from the airport. Front desk staff iare friendly, helpful, and efficient. Room was just as described on the website. Only concern was the heating/cooling system—the thermostat is locked—neither guest nor staff can adjust it. It didn’t work—locked at 22, with the fan at 3 (range 1-5)—although there was never any air flow from the register. Staff suggested we open and close window to control the temperature — this worked but allowed the street noises to be obvious. I suspect it would be uncomfortable in the summer?
• Jewels (10/5): - I absolutely loved this place. We did a ton of walking so the bath tub was perfect after a full day. Loved how close all the shopping and dining was. One big perk is the tour buses usually meet at the square which took us about 2 mins to get to, so convenient! I would without a doubt stay here again.

BUT, the building is old, there was a strange stench in the room, which the staff couldn‘t locate and get rid of. The „beautiful view to Via del Corso“ turned out to be a window to a dirty backyard. The water tank of the coffee machine was infested and it took them 2 days until they replaced it. As compensation we were offered a free ride to the airport.
