• Dariia (8/5): Fajne miejsce dla osób, które szukają coś taniego, z super lokalizacją. - Lokalizacja Zepsuta spłuczka w łazience. Okna wychodziły na zaułek, musiały cały czas być zamknięte. Ale ze względu, że przez cały dzień nie było nas w pokoju, to nie bardzo to przeszkadzało.

Vicino alla stazione Termini in un palazzo un po' trascurato che accoglie alcuni alberghi, ho avuto una stanza sufficientemente grande e con un bagno ok. Non mi aspettavo molto di più. Il personale, straniero, era gentile. Beh, ci sono diverse cose che possono essere migliorate, ma in linea di massima era tutto più che sufficiente. La cosa meno piacevole è stata una gita di ragazzi spagnoli molto rumorosi. Ma questo non è certo colpa della struttura...

• enzo (7/5): Fue un buen lugar que elejimos para hospedarnos - La ubicación muy buena, está a dos cuadras de la terminal de tren. No es el mejor ambiente que lo rodea pero no sentimos inseguridad. El desayuno muy bueno y la atención también. La habitación tenía olor a cloaca, más que nada en el baño.

Doccia terribile con erogatore fisso e inizialmente tappato. Puzza insopportabile da un foro del pavimento del bagno. Armadio traballante.

• Michał (6/5): Obiekt wart polecenia. - Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, gdyż hotel leży w pobliżu Dworca Termini, z którego można łatwo dojechać niemal w każdy zakątek Rzymu. Śniadania smaczne, choć nieco monotonne. Każdego dnia to samo i głównie na słodko. Ale była też bardzo dobra kawa. Pokoje były codziennie sprzątane. Ważne było dla nas także, że w pokoju znajdował się czajnik elektryczny wraz z kompletem szklanek. Trzy rzeczy. Mimo, iż w pokoju było duże okno, to wewnątrz było ciemno z powodu okiennic. Otwierało się tylko jedno skrzydło okiennicy, ale nie było możliwości przyblokowania go i wiatr nieustannie je zamykał. Niewielka niedogodność, ale jednak przydałoby się wpuścić do pokoju nieco naturalnego światła. W łazience bardzo wyczuwalny był nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. I wreszcie spłuczka w toalecie. Trzeba było nie lada wysiłku, aby jej użyć.

• Antonia (5/5): Sufficiente - Posizione ottima a piedi a 5 minuti dalla stazione termini quindi molto facile per raggiungere il centro,camera nuova e colazione abbastanza buona ragazza alla reception molto disponibile e in più ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out senza costi aggiuntivi,siamo andati a riprenderli poco prima di ritornare in aeroporto Le camere sono al 4 piano con un ascensore molto piccolo e vecchio ancora con corde,in più si sentiva la puzza di fogna nel bagno molto frequentemente. Il ragazzo dietro la reception di notte al posto di controllare le telcamere dato che comunque la zona no. é molto raccomandabile e la porta é quasi sempre aperta quindi tutti possono entrare dato che non c’è una porta blindata,dormiva. Siamo entrate in reception verso l’1:00 di notte e dormiva sulla sedia. Però nonostante questo non ho niente altro da dire

Room was well kept, with water and coffee/tea provided. Staff was super friendly and allowed for luggage storage before check-in. Shower in the bathroom was a bit small and didn’t drain well, but otherwise a good stay.

• Aitana (6/5): poca seguridad pero personal muy amable - el personal fue muy amable y está cerca de la estación termini no hay ningún tipo de seguridad, es un edificio con más hoteles y este en concreto no requiere ningún tipo de llave o tarjeta para subir al piso, solo hay una llave para la puerta de la habitación pero puede subir cualquier persona ya que el ascensor está antes de la recepción y desde allí no se ve nada

• Ishika (7/5): - the staffs are very nice!! the only reason j am giving them very good review are the staffs. also the 24 hour reception service was also very good. the location is very good. only 5 min walk to the termini station. they made my room and cleaned the room every day. room was very spacious, i got the corner room, there was a storage room inside the room which was a bit weird. but with this money the service was very good i should say. the elevator!!! i had to take the staircase to 4th floor every time because the elevator was a bit scary. there was very bad smell in the bathroom.

• Sinem (6/5): Suitable for short holiday - It was a good place for the money we paid, we stayed for 2 days, if your holiday will not be long and you are looking for a central location, this place is really ideal in terms of price. The employees were very friendly, especially the lady working at the reception. The cleanliness of the room was good, it was cleaned daily. In the room I stayed in, only one socket was not working and there were problems with the television, I had to restart it a few times, it was difficult to watch something and the room was cold, especially at night, I was extra cold after the shower, the shower was good, but if you are someone who takes a long shower, after a while the hot water is cut off and the water starts to flow less. (I didn't expect much because the price was affordable)

Ottimo il capuccino anche se erogato dalla macchinetta. Un pò fitti i tavolini per la colazione. Cattivo odore in bagno, Un po' trascurata la zona dell'ascensore/scale.

• Andreas (9/5): - Wir hatten uns spontan für einen Kurztrip nach Rom entschieden, weshalb es kaum noch freie Zimmer gab. Das Square Inn hatte eines der letzten freien Zimmer und war daher nicht ganz billig. Die Unterkunft ist in einem Gebäude, in dem schon verschiedenste Hotels untergebracht waren. Der Eingang liegt relativ unscheinbar an der rechten Ecke, wenn man vom Bahnhof Termini kommt. Beim Betreten des Gebäudes hatten wir ein leicht mulmiges Gefühl, ob die Wahl richtig war. Der Aufzug im Gebäude war anscheinend ca. 100 Jahre alt und relativ klein. Beim Betreten der Rezeption verflog das Gefühl aber sehr schnell. Mariam hat uns sehr herzlich begrüsst, alles sofort verständlich erklärt und uns direkt super Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Überhaupt ist sie ein Goldstück. Das Gebäude ist wie gesagt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Unterkunft selbst wurde allerdings erst vor ein paar Jahren renoviert und ist sehr schön hergerichtet worden. Das Zimmer ist grosszügig geschnitten, der Raum sehr hoch und das Bad geräumig. Die Unterkunft ist in einem alten Gebäude und verfügt über sehr begrenzte öffentliche Räumlichkeiten. So wird für das Frühstück ein Teil des Rezeptionsraums genutzt. Aus den Gegebenheiten holen die Mitarbeiter aber stets das Beste heraus.

Sobre el personal nos tocó blanco y negro una recepcionista áspera y de mal humor y el desayuno lo sirve una señora adorable y con actitud de servicio, nos dio excelentes recomendaciones. (El desayuno es básico pero funciona, pan, banana, café y jugos… son un buen inicio del día ) La habitación estaba en un 5to piso y el elevador tiene una capacidad limitada a 2 personas, si van más de 2 trabajarán con su paciencia. En general es un buen lugar para hospedarte.

• Fernando (7/5): Una estancia agradable cerca de Termini con personal muy amable - Un hotel con habitaciones reformadas con un stading normal. El hotel comparte escalera y ascensor dentro de una residencia antigua con otros hoteles y particulares. El personal muy simpatico y amable, siempres sonrientes. El desayuno deberia incluir cosas saladas, que son mas saludables, y zumos naturales o en botella. La escalera necesita una mano de pintura general, e intentar ordenar las zonas comunes con plantas y butacas/sofas, que pueden ser compartidas entre los hoteles.

• Lara (4/5): - Cons: - check in starts at 10 but room wasn’t ready at 1:30 when we got there, reception made us leave bags in main area, didn’t feel secure - first room 216 ac does not work, portable ac unit in room does not have exhaust pipe so hot air blows out the back ( what is the point?) - took hours to get a new room, 218 ac blows air but not cold, there was a fan as well - receptionist at night took us across the street to try and give us a different room in another hotel? Smelt terrible like wet mold, so we said we’d rather just go back to original room. then suddenly he had another room available in our original hotel? - bathroom smelt like urine - doors had marks around the locks as if they had been broken into before, no deadbolt locks - noisy street lots of emergency vehicles Pros - close to termini train station - easy to hail a cab from Main Street - new furniture in rooms, linen felt and looked clean, fridge worked Overall would not go back as the service was not good from reception, little English spoken. The building is dated but the rooms are in good shape. If air conditioning is not a problem for you this is a fine place to stay but room got very warm. Convenient location for train and metro. Despite the marks on the doors we never felt unsafe, there’s lots of people coming and going, there are maybe 5 hotels in the same building. Didn’t not try the free breakfast so cannot comment. For 136$ CAD a night I feel there are definitely better options in the city.
