• Ulrich (9/5): Top Lage, super freundlich und hilfsbereit - Top Lage in Neapel. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Bahnhof, Dom, Altstadt, Hafen. Das Zimmer war groß und alles sauber. Konnte am Tag der Abreise mein Gepäck sicher dort lassen und abends abholen. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Mich wunderten noch die Ohrenstöpsel im Bad. Abends wusste ich warum: unten an der Straße ist eine Kneipe mit Livemusik. Da wir das Fenster aber sowieso geschlossen hielten, ging es ohne. Könnte aber andere stören.

• DiAnna (9/5): This is my second stay with Napoli Cityscape- location is good, place is nice, and owners are great! - The location is great- it's a short walk from some major attractions in Napoli, but a bit more quiet. The owners are very kind and went out of their way to be helpful. I stood with them previously and had the same, positive, experience.
• Elena (9/5): Un'oasi di pace a Napoli - Abbiamo trovato Napoli Cityscape un'oasi di pace nel trambusto della città. Posizione ottimale per visitare Napoli e situata in una traversa di via Umberto I abbastanza silenziosa. Vanna e Antonio sono persone gentilissime e super disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno veramente accogliente, anche per il nostro cane. La camera è grande, ha tutto il necessario, è arredata semplicemente e il letto era comodissimo.

The hosts Antonio and Vanna are wonderful, and nothing was too much effort for them. They were wonderful from the minute of booking to the time we departed. The room was spotlessly clean and was perfect for our needs. This will be our base in Naples in the future; I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you Antonio and Vanna.

• Miriam (10/5): - Wir wurden super nett empfangen und Antonio nahm sich viel Zeit um uns alles zu erklären. Er gab uns tolle Tips, Restaurants, to dos... Durch ihn haben wir die beste Pizza in Neapel gegessen! Zum Weltfrauentag bekamen wir sogar Blumen mit einem kleinen Zettel aufs Zimmer gelegt. Alles sehr süß und dadurch fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Das Zimmer ist riesig und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Die kleine Küche war toll! Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann fußläufig alles erreichen. Das Parkhaus war sehr teuer (30€/Nacht), aber in der Innenstadt ist es nicht anders möglich zu parken. Wir würden wiederkommen!

The location is excellent, with the metro line just a 1–2 minute walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city. Antonio, the receptionist, was very hospitable and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with a coffee machine and a refrigerator. What a lovely balcony to enjoy too.. The bathroom also has a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after an entire day of walking around Naples. We would gladly stay here again. Nothing to dislike.

• Aaron (8/5): - Muy bien localizado, muy cerca de transporte público (menos de 10 minutos a pie) para ir al aeropuerto, viajar a Pompeya o visitar alguna de las islas. El personal muy agradable y atento. Tienes café y té gratis. La habitación amplia y luminosa. Lo que más nos gustó fue la limpieza de la misma y lo bien cuidado que está todo. El frigorífico hacía muchísmo ruido y tanto la comodidad del colchón como de las almohadas son más que mejorables. Napolés es una ciudad caótica y ruidosa (de ahí su encanto). Lo saben y por eso te proporcionan tapones de los oídos.

• Nina (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft bei sehr netten Gastgebern - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Antonio&Vanna. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Kommunikation via WhatsApp binnen Minuten, sie waren zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Neapel zu Fuß zu erkunden. Schöne Restaurants und Bars direkt um die Ecke. Beim nächsten Neapelbesuch kommen wir wieder! Nichts.

• Atiaia (6/5): Would come back if they upgrade bed and pillows - Staff was EXCELLENT! Great communication providing information about check-in/check-out logistics; very responsive when asked about temperature control or really about anything. They gave us a map of the city and lots of good details. Location was very good! Nice balance between central and quietness. Walking distance from major city points and good restaurants. Also close to a laundry shop by the kilo and mini markets. Wifi was good. There were complimentary snacks in the room. Bed/pillows - it’s two beds put together with a weird patch in the middle that kept my husband and I apart. Also, the mattresses are caving in, very uncomfortable. The pillows gave me a sore neck. Bathroom - it was quite hard to set the shower to a comfortable temperature, varying from too hot or not warm enough. The floor gets easily damp and there’s one tiny little rug that is not enough to keep the floor dry and it doesn’t dry quickly enough either making our feet/socks get wet.

Apartament znajduje się w starej kamienicy co powoduje specyficzny „zapach”. Właściciel bardzo stara się by to nie przeszkadzało :)

• Alberto (10/5): Séjour parfait!!! - L’établissement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de Naples, à quelques pas des principaux sites d’intérêt. Les chambres sont impeccablement propres, lumineuses et bien entretenues — un vrai plaisir après de nombreuses mauvaises surprises ailleurs. Le personnel est professionnel, accueillant et toujours disponible, ce qui fait toute la différence. Le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement excellent : à titre de comparaison, à Rome, j’ai payé le double (voire plus) pour des hébergements où la propreté laissait franchement à désirer et où le personnel était… inexistant. Ici, tout est conforme aux avis que j’avais lus : les excellentes notes attribuées à Napoli Cityscape reflètent parfaitement la réalité. Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation.. Nous reviendrons ! Devoir repartir après une seule nuit ... j'aurais passé une semaine dans cet établissement ❤️

• Harald (10/5): Gerne wieder! - Antonio und Vanna sind superfreundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die auf für alle Fragen offen sind, versuchen, den Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm zu gestalten und viele Tipps geben können. Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt, sauber, gut durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist extrem sauber, wurde reglmäßig gereinigt - ein schöner zusätzlicher Service. Und die Lage ist zentrumsnah, lebendig und gut zu erreichen. Da das Apartment zentrumsnah liegt und etwas hellhörig ist, kann es nachts etwas lauter sein.

• Herb (9/5): Great stay in a great location! - Close to the old town and neighborhoods. Walking distance to the ferry and cruise port. Large room, very comfortable. Antonio shared a map with us and went over all the points of interest! It was a bit hard to find, no sign on the building. I didn’t know how to get in when we first arrived. I lucked out because someone was coming out when I was trying to get in!
• Laura (8/5): Schön & zu empfehlen - Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral und in einem Hinterhof. Direkt zwei Seitenstraßen weiter unten ist die Metro. Vanna & Antonio sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Für einen Kurztrip aufjedenfall empfehlenswert Das Zimmer liegt an einer belebten Straße, aber dafür haben die Besitzer Orhstöpsel bereit gelegt.

Номер соответствует фотографиям: просторный, чистый и даже с мини кухней и холодильником( улучшенный номер с видом на улицу). Спасибо Антонио за быстрое и понятное заселение!. 2-3 минуты от метро, мы использовали метро чтобы добраться до вокзала или парома Molo Beverello. В районе чувствуешь себя в безопасности. Неподалеку есть продуктовый магазин Deco, милое кафе около метро Perfecto (вкусный аперитив или завтрак), All antico vinaio. • Natalie (10/5): I cannot recommend this place enough! - Antonio and Vanna were just so welcoming and generous with their time, recommending places in the city and around for us to visit so we had the best experience of Naples. They were very proud of their city and made themselves available if we needed them. From the very beginning of the booking communication was fantastic, efficient and helpful.The accommodation exceeded our expectations it was spacious, clean, stylish and fun and we loved coming back at the end of a day pounding the pavements. It felt like a home from home, it was quiet and had a separate kitchen and air con. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough, it was convenient for everything, close to the center, 20 minutes walk to the train station 15 minutes walk to the port and a €21 cab ride to the airport. Antonio and Vanna even noticed it was my birthday and organised a surprise! They also made recommendations of their own personal favourite places in the city. It's this care and attention to detail that made this stay exceptional for us. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you both 😍 I cannot think of a single negative thing to say!

• Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - great host, excellent accomodation and prime location. - Everything was wonderful, from pre-arrival communication through to check-out. The host was warm and welcoming, offered tips and advice, showed me around the room and arranged for me to leave my luggage for a few hours before my departing flight. Nothing was too much trouble. The room itself was excellent, spacious, had a little balcony overlooking the street and had a fridge, coffee machine, sink, cutlery and even a little stove. It was clean, bed was comfortable and the location is prime. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Naples. Nothing to improve on. It was a great experience.

We asked them about hiking, island trips etc. the room was very clean and airy too, small nice treats for your mornings. One minor thing is lack of fan in bathrooms. The bedroom as well as the bathroom were beautiful, spacious and very clean. They were very well-equipped and definitely had everything you need. The room was amazing, The details about what to do and where to go given at the beginning were just perfect. Any time we had a question I just asked Antonio and he replied instantly. He was very nice and paid attention to all details. I told him we were there to celebrate my boyfriend's Birthday and he left us a little bottle of proseco and two delicious typical Naples desserts, he also left us a candle and a lighter. Definitely amazing. I recommend 100 %. Thank you so much Vanna and Antonio.
