Il palazzo come tanti in centro a Roma , ha un ingresso vecchio le scale sono ripide non c e ascensore e chi ha bagagli pesanti fa fatica , inoltre ,un piccione era all interno della rampa e io purtroppo ho la fobia degli uccelli,entrano dalle finestre nelle scale poiché hanno solo le grate e sono senza vetri.

It’s just over 1 km from St Peter’s and within easy walking distance of all the main sights. The apartment was very clean and modern. Beds were made and changed daily, and clean towels were provided every day—lots of them too! Breakfast was included and served at a restaurant about a 2-minute walk down the street. You get vouchers and can order directly from the menu, which was great. Nothing to report

Avant d arriver dans la chambre petit couloir avec un espace cuisine avec micro onde lave vaisselle machine à café à notre disposition et petite table si on veut manger la . Dans la chambre une bouteille de vin et un p’tit frigo avec tous les jours des petites boissons( coca jus d orange bouteille d eau ) à notre disposition , le ménage est effectuée tous les jours avec changement des serviettes. L emplacement super on a pu tout faire à pied . Notre chambre ne donnée pas sur la rue mais sur une cour ok pas très top mais pour dormir c était parfait . Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un p’tit bistrot en bas de l immeuble. Super mignon, le personnel très gentil et le choix au top pour nous. Attention chambre à l etage donc qq escaliers à monter Pas de regret sur notre choix Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l immeuble il faut pas chercher avec le nom mais l adresse . Nous n avions pas de code rien pour rentrer. Nous avons contacté le numéro sur booking et le propriétaire très dispo au téléphone nous a envoyé cela rapidement un peu galère mais on y est arrivé mais attention il parle que anglais ou italien . Il y À personne qui vous accueille c est comme un rbnb vous avez les clés dans un p’tit boîtier . Concernant la mention de l accès d une heure au spa nous trouvons cela mensongé car le spa est à 1.5 km de la chambre donc n y sommes pas allés trop épuisés le soir et il faut prévenir avant de vouloir y aller. Pour nous ce sera le seul point négatif

Tan solo es que las habitaciones no están muy bien insonorizadas y si alquilas una habitación del apartamento y al lado, en la otra habitación, hay otros inquilinos, se escucha todo bastante, por ejemplo, la televisión.

Wyposażenie pokoju zgodne z opisem ( dodatkowo kawa i herbata w pokoju). Nasz pobyt obejmował śniadania, na które chodziliśmy do małego lokalu na przeciwko - śniadania pyszne i urozmaicone (możliwość zamówienia z karty, więc każdego dnia inne śniadanie - tosty, omlety croissanty, co kto lubi). Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie blisko, wąskie klimatyczne uliczki, pięknie. Kontakt z właścicielem możliwy również przez watshap, dokładnie wytłumaczył jak dojechać, miły i pomocny w razie potrzeby. Dużym pozytywnym zaskoczeniem było sprzątanie apartamentu codziennie pomimo naszego krótkiego pobytu. Polecamy całym sercem. Jak wrócimy do Rzymu to na pewno to tego samego miejsca. Nie ma takich

• simon (1/5): - non era come descritta sul sito,la nostra prenotazione era stata effettuata al numero civico 101, peccato che ci hanno spostato al numero civico 78, sempre nella solita via ma le camere non sono quelle delle foto del sito. tra la camera che doveva essere quella matrimoniale con culla e l' altra che doveva avere due lettini nn c'era la porta, tra l'altro uno dei lettini era nella camera matrimoniale, in più non si stava dalla puzza che veniva fuori dal bagno. Il ragazzo filippino di risposta dicev che lui non ne sapeva niente.

The people walked heavily between 0000 -0400 and then up at 0800 every night we stayed so we got no sleep. Owner not very helpful there is a fault with the lighting system which prevented us from getting the lights on and he was very abrupt on the phone blaming us when it turns out it was a problem they knew about.

The address listed is incorrect, it’s at number 78 not 101. Pipes in bathroom have an odour even after running water.

• Victoria (10/5): Amazing, modern, clean place in a buzzing quarter of Rome’s centre - Recently renovated, elegant, super clean apartment with great quality beds in a vibrant, buzzing part of Rome. Stunning decor in the rooms and nice lighting. So many great food and drink options nearby. Free breakfast downstairs everyday was a great touch. We walked all over the city from here and thoroughly enjoyed the nightlife nearby. Great double glazed windows almost completely block out the sound from the streets for a good night’s sleep. Some have mentioned a few small flights of stairs with no lift, we had grandparents with us who had no issues. We hadnt planned to cook for ourselves, but there is minimal dining space were you to want to bring stuff in. Not a problem so much as something to be aware of, we had no issues whatsoever with this.

• Susan (8/5): We stayed 3 days, once we got in the apartment it was very nice, many restaurants close by. - The location was excellent, walking distance to alot of attractions, and any time we wanted to go anywhere further, there was a taxi location super close. The room as clean and updated. The beds were hard as rock! There was little or no instructions on how to get in the place. Once we found it, we were standing outside a locked door. We texted the number sent to us, but did not receive a response right away, we ended up piggy backing with someone who entered the building and once we got in, could not find the apartment.

Room 1 (gray headboard) faced an interior courtyard and was quiet. I cannot speak for Room 2, as another party was staying there. Free refreshments was a nice touch. Not what I was expecting. Did not realize that there are two bedrooms in this apartment that share a kitchen/dining area. I thought we had the entire apartment to ourselves. When I made the reservation, I clearly stated we were 4 adults. There was 1 king sized bed in our room. They had to set up 2 cots for 2 of us. It was a little squished having 4 people in one bedroom. We did not utilize the kitchen/dining as it felt odd to share with strangers. For the money paid, I definitely expected we would have an entire apartment. I’ve gone back and looked at the listing to see where I missed it, and I just don’t see where it shows a shared space. The pictures indicate 2 bedrooms, two beds, so I thought that is what we booked.

It’s not. It’s more like air B&B. Difficult to find and needs a phone call to manager to arrange access to room. I arrived with young teens and didn’t feel completely safe with unofficial like arrangements.
• Ah (7/5): Good - Location was great, very close to lots of amazing sites, facilities and restaurants. Clean and felt new. We weren't fully prepared on the facility. We were not told it would be a unit within a residential building or how to access the apartment. Unmanned, and we had to call someone on arrival as we couldn't get in. Smelly bins in lobby entrance. Second door/metal gate was very temperamental, it would take several attempts for the key to work. We had to call to get access on another occasion. Air con didn't work on again we had to call to get advice on resetting it.

• Jessica (7/5): Great location in Rome - Great location, very clean Not actually a hotel with reception onsite. Difficult to get in and out of (a lot of keys, codes, gate difficult to open)
• Lara (9/5): Fantastic location and a treat in rome! - Amazing location, comfortable and private accommodation. Easy to check in. We had easy communication with the host and they were able to answer any questions by phone or text. Loved having access to drinks in the fridge and little touches like an umbrella and slippers. The shower was also great as in Rome, they are often quite small. There was some dust on surfaces. The space was generally clean but dust on shelves, under furniture was very visible. The google link and the actual address are slightly different positions. Make sure to properly enter the address.

• Alexandra (6/5): Good location, but that’s all - Amazing location and the room is pretty brand new. The took care of all the details and the bed is really comfy. Location couldn’t be better Not a good relationship between cost and benefit. The bathroom smelled terrible (which seems to be a thing in the whole building not particularly from the department) and the staff was not professional. I don’t recommend this place if you are traveling alone. I had the do not disturb sign in the door and someone knocked on my door and when I didn’t open he decided to open and when I asked what happened, the person replied “I needed to pay the city tax” I told him my check out date was until tomorrow and he said he didn’t care and that I could pay him at that moment. I gave him the cash but he didn’t had change so he got mad and start yelling some clients have not paid it before and that he didn’t want that to happen again. So that was a really odd and uncomfortable situation. He was the only rude person in the staff, but cero professional. I wouldn’t stay here again, since I felt insecure.
• Giedre (9/5): Superb - Location. Very close to all touristic signs, best Tiramisu in front of the door, nearby perfecto ice cream. Exellent comunication with the host. In the room are all you need- toiletries, slepkins, even wine :) Breakfast in the restourant downstairs were good too - omlets, coffe - what do you need more for the day start :) Loud ventilator work in the bathroom. Not good smell from canalization system (but it is main biulding problem, I guess)

• Katie (10/5): Perfect!! - Location is perfect! Room is so comfortable with a proper comfy big bed! Breakfast is at a cafe down the road which is lovely! Definitely recommend staying here! No lift, 32 steps. Not appropriate for disabled or elderly

• Hazm (1/5): Never again - Nothing. It was horrible Dirty sheets, uncomfortable bed. No staff or loft. Had to carry suitcases up to second floor. Loud and noisy, music playing from downstairs until 3am. We could not sleep at all. We left after the first night to go stay somewhere else

• Paul (10/5): Bloody brilliant and great value. - Way exceeded our expectations. Abd fur something so close to Piaza Navona it was exceptional. The building is old, but the apartment is spotless. And you have restaurants and gelato right at your door. The breakfast arrangement with the restaurant below was a huge bonus. Wouldn’t look anywhere wise. Perfect.

• Julie (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome! - Clean and new refurbished room. Air con worked exceptionally well during the heatwave. A really nice touch to have water and some drinks included. Great location, close to Piazza Navona and about a 15-20 min walk to the Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants around and breakfast was decent. Hosts were very responsive. As it’s located on top of restaurants, it can get a bit noisy at night. Would stay again!

• Steven (10/5): Luxury in a perfect location - Room appeared to be newly remodeled. A lot of beautiful marble. Comfortable and clean with some nice touches like a refrigerator full of water, soft drinks and Prosecco. There was also a common area where you could get an espresso and store your wine. Owner and staff were easy to contact and cooperated with some last minute scheduling changes we had. The room is on a really cool street with a lot of neat shops and restaurants. Breakfast is through a pass to a restaurant a few feet from the entrance to the room. A lot of steps to the room. It was OK for my wife and I, but if you are packing heavy, keep that in mind.
• Boris (9/5): Very nice place, generous host and excellent location. - The location was central and close to everything. The apartment was clean and tidy, with very nice furniture. Host provided complimentary beverages and rooms were large. There was no elevator and the doors to enter the building were difficult to open.
• Sara (8/5): Worth it, great location. - Very clean and in a great location. Had a few issues with the key to the gate, I recommend getting it looked at. Also scammers are targeting this hotel, time to use a 2 step authentication to access booking.com as I’m receiving fraudulent messages on the app from scammers pretending to be you.
• Donna1961 (9/5): Perfect - Excellent location. Set in an old typical Roman apartment block with shutters and stone steps. A very responsive host. Beautifully, modern, appointed accommodation all mod cons with beautiful bathroom and toiletries as well as fluffy towels and choices of hot and cold soft & alcoholic beverages available free of charge. More like a serviced apartment in the heart of Rome a short stroll to Piazza Navona. A great breakfast included (via vouchers left in your room) at the restaurant just downstairs and next door. No lift. In the process of getting relevant permissions to restore & renovate. But, be aware this accommodation is on 2nd floor, so ask for help with luggage up at the start of your stay and down. We managed to get it up, it was late after 9pm, but the host very accommodating helping with our luggage down at the end of our stay. Just ask.

• Barry (9/5): Spot on. - The location was unbelievable. Absolutely fantastic. 15 minute walk to Vatican City. The stairs would be an issue if you have mobility problems. But for 2 young fit lads it was fine.
