- Samuel (7/5): - Excellent location (5 min to the nearest metro station, 10 min to Vatican or Rome city centre), very friendly staff, easy check-in in the late night was allowed. Very thin walls, so yam can hear absolutely everything. When someone is talking in the shared kitchenette in the evening, it makes falling asleep very uncomfortable.

Appena arriviamo, la brutta sorpresa: avevano preparato solo un letto matrimoniale e niente letto per la bimba. Chiamiamo subito il personale al telefono (avevamo fatto self check in, su loro indicazione) e ci dicono che a loro risultava solo una doppia, che solitamente i bambini piccoli dormono coi genitori (...) e che se volevamo il letto aggiuntivo dovevamo pagare e comunque aspettare l'indomani. Contatto subito Booking che mi dà piena ragione. Dalla struttura nemmeno una parola di scuse. Il giorno dopo ovviamente ci hanno fatto trovare il lettino fatto, per come era nostro diritto. Intanto mio marito si è fatto la prima notte sul divano...

- Sarah (10/5): Would avail of this location again if we were to get it for a good price and a longer stay. - The room is within an apartment in the back side of the complex. It is very secure with the main gate, and another locked entry to the elevator and then up to the floor with a locked front door and then shared space to our designated room. They provided drinks and water for our convenience with a kitchenette outside. The location had ample space for all our things as well as a clean bed room and bathroom. The location itself was great in the midst of shops and restaurants and walking distance from the Vatican. I think letting us know before hand the the room is in a shared space with other renters, so as to already have that in mind prior to coming. Our stay there was so short, but not much to complain about, but the price for a one night is a bit steep.

It can be noisy as the rooms share a central lobby and have very thin doors. One morning we were woken up early by a woman who was yelling on her phone.

What was awesome was the fridge, and when we got there it was stocked with water, sodas, and a beer completely free!! Awesome! Just be advised you can't drink anything or smoke when outside and can't be loud, the caretaker will really get after you. Would recommend for an older quiet crowd.

- Summer (10/5): - The property was a guest house, the property manager Karla was extremely accommodating and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and was available for any information needed. The room had some wear and tear, but a lot of nice touches including complimentary drinks, an iron, fridge and hair dryer. The Air conditioning in the room was great and the mattress was firm but comfortable. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient location in Rome with lots of amenities.

The rooms were very clean, well-stocked and quiet. She was so helpful to recommend restaurants to the point of making reservations for us at her favorites. The breakfast area was clean and also well-stocked with great coffee and snacks. The bathrooms were very clean and modern. It was great to have an iron, hair dryer and a full mini bar. Nina and our stay here helped make our stay in Rome a vacation we will never forget. And don't forget to try the gelato place around the corner, the best in town. Thanks again!

Our room was stocked with complimentary goodies, and there was also a well-equipped shared kitchenette just outside the rooms. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from the Vatican and surrounded by great restaurants. If we ever return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again.

- N K I R U (6/5): - The location was great because it was next to the metro and also had a lot of great shops around. It was also a ten-minute walk from the Vatican, which was a bonus for us. Additionally, having access to snacks, water, and an AC was amazing! However, during our stay, we had a power outage for more than 12 hours (we had no power overnight), so the lights, hot water, AC and overall electricity were not working. This was very inconvenient for us because Rome was so hot, so I couldn't even sleep, and we could not use the other amenities. We did not get a refund for experiencing this, which we believe is unfair considering we get charged to have access to these amenities. Overall, the location is good but I wouldn't go back.
- Callie (10/5): - This place is super safe within a gated complex. Carla greeted us and took us to our rooms. She was honestly great throughout the entire stay! The rooms were adorable and there were snacks and a kitchenette with everything you could think of. Area surrounding the location is super nice with restaurants and shopping. It’s only a short walk to Vatican City and the other direction is a central area with a little park. If you cross the bridge there you’re headed to various other popular locations. We just rented a e-bike which were everywhere! We stayed at multiple places throughout our trip but I loved this place out of all of them and hopefully we’ll be back.

It was a life saver after walking all day in heat and humidity of Rome in June. Not all places in Rome or Italy in general have an AC, so this was very welcoming.

Was also surprised that the kitchen was well equipped with coffee, water and snacks that were available 24/7. Even little details were taken cared of such as a European plug converter! - Samuel Milligan (2/5): - Best thing about this accomodation is the location. It's situated in Prati neighbourhood really close to Vatican, shops, bakeries, restaurants. But that's where it ends.. Accomodation is one big apartment sectioned into multiple individual rooms. There's a kitchen in the middle with coffee machine and fridge. Room doors are more than 50 years old, very thin with zero sound proofing. You will hear literally everyone in the communal area and in their neighbouring rooms. We had a 'pleasure' being awaken every morning around 6am by loud front door banging and continuous buzzing and banging of the coffee machine and gathering of people talking from 6am to 7am. It's literally like they are in your room. To make things even more 'fun' our door lock wouldn't unlock on the second day but after calling the owner, we were given a code that eventually got us in. But on the last morning at 4am when we were about to leave the room for the airport, the room door wouldn't open. There's no code to use from the inside only outside. After 10 minutes of trying to get door open and major panic, we eventually managed to open the door knob which is so old and wobbly it's surprising it's staying in the place.This is serious Health and safety ssue, in the case of fire guests would be stuck with no way out as room is on the 1st floor.Now reading other reviews, I can see that it's not the first time that guests are having door lock issues. Change broken doors, don't endanger lives.

The are is very accessible to the metro. There are alot of shops, cafe’s and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again next time we go back to Rome

The property is a large flat renovated into five rooms. Location and the courtyard were very good.

This was our second time in Rome, Prati neighborhood and it was better than 2024. Communication was very prompt, cleanliness was great. I was very impressed with the quality of bed and pillows!! The location is great just around the corner there’s a grocery store and a plethora of restaurants, shopping and nightlife. For my small family of 3 this will be our go to for the foreseeable future in Prati. Oh and the short walk to the metro station is a plus!! Thank B place for a great week in Rome!!

- R Linda (10/5): - Loved that it was a 7 minute walk to the Ottaviano station and that allowed you to go all around central Rome. The room was comfortable, expresso coffee available every morning with typical Italian toasts. Jeff welcomed us when we got in late. Awesome stay!

- Kurt (10/5): - Really enjoyed our stay The host was very friendly and welcoming, booking our airport transfers without any problems. The rooms are no frills but spotlessly clean with a free mini bar. The bed was very comfy, shower great with plenty of hot water. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. The shares kitchen was always clean and well stocked with snacks but a kettle to make tea would be helpful rather than just a coffee machine. Would definitely stay here again, the location meant we could walk everywhere. Thank you for a wonderful few days.

- Harry David (10/5): - Great place to stay. It’s right next to the Vatican and central Rome is easily accessible by bus metro or on foot. There are plenty of food options on the door step and the hotel is lovely.
- Christopher (6/5): - This is a no frills accommodation the room is comfortable enough and has a pretty good location it was walkable to all the main sites of Rome.
