Acredito que foi falta de atencao minha, mas pelas fotos acreditei q haveria uma mini cozinha, chaleira etc mas que no fim das contas nao fez falta e a estadia foi ótima. Recomendo!

The host was delayed in his response before check in. He commented very well the day of our arrival. He did not respond after our arrival nor the night before our departure when I asked if there were any instructions for check out.

• T (4/5): - Great location, close to metro We booked a four bed (four person) room but there were only 2 beds, 1 twin and 1 queen bed. After several contacts we got a rollaway bed There was no coffee machine and we didn't get one either when we asked for it. Generally a bit run-down
• Luca (9/5): Comodo per qualche notta a Roma - Posizione super centrale, comodissima e pieno di ristoranti e negozio intorno! Con il taxi ci metti circa 10 minuti per arrivarci da stazione termini (15 euro massimo). la comunicazione tramite whatsapp super chiara, veloce e precisa. Bagno spazioso e luminoso. Tornerò molto volentieri qui la prossima volta che torno a Roma. Forse cambierei solo il tavolino di appoggio.

• MarzenCha (7/5): - Lokalizacja To jest pokój z łazienką w większym mieszkaniu. Słychać wewnątrz osoby przebywające na korytarzu. Brak kawy, herbaty, ręczników papierowych. Jest to partner booking, więc płatność odbywa się nie za pośrednictwem booking.

• Anna (7/5): Średni - Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja w centrum, bliskość metra, sklepu i restauracji. Łóżko było wygodne. W budynku panuje spokój. Poziom czystości niezbyt wysoki - białe ściany były brudne, stelaż łóżka również ubrudzony zastygłymi płynami (?), naczynia z pozostałościami po jedzeniu po poprzednich lokatorach. Mało przyborów kuchennych. Zajęło nam 5 min, aby rozpalić jeden palnik w kuchence gazowej - iskiernik popsuty. Poza tym nie ma czajnika elektrycznego, tylko taki na kuchenkę, ale bez zatyczki, przez co nie wiadomo, kiedy woda się zagotuje. Dodatkowo był ekspres na kapsułki - ale bez kapsułek z kawą, a w sklepie również nie było do kupienia. Lodówka jest głośna w nocy, tak samo jak wentylator za oknem.

One of the main issues was the lack of natural light (the window is either very small or practically unusable), so the room relies heavily on artificial lighting, which felt quite uncomfortable. Considering the price, it felt overpriced for what you actually get.

• giuseppe (10/5): - Se si potesse mettere un voto superiore a 10 lo farei immediatamente... iniziamo con la posizione super strategica a pochi metri da piazza del popolo, passando dalla pulizia impeccabile dell'appartamento, ed arrivando responsabile della struttura che é di una disponibilità a dir poco infinita. Una persona davvero unica. Non ho altri aggettivi per descrivere l'esperienza di aver alloggiano in questa struttura. Super consigliata+++++

Right by the center, excellent public transport, and a supermarket nearby. • Host: Very responsive and helpful communication. Room for improvement: • Kitchen: Missing basic utensils (deep plates, lids, towels). • Appliances: The stove is old and partly broken; the dishwasher was unusable due to a missing handle. • Accuracy: The partition between the kitchen and dining area shown in the photos was missing. • Comfort: The extra bed was very creaky.

• Judy (10/5): It was good in fairness - It is at the heart of Rome. Near to all the sceneries I what to see and so accessible to all transport. There is no free coffee or tea. We had only tiny cups and sugar.

• Marti119 (5/5): - Posizione comodissima e facilmente raggiungibile. A seguito dei problemi della caldaia ho avuto la possibilità di cambiare stanza, fortunatamente libera. Nell'altra stanza non ho avuto problemi. Da migliorare pulizia bagno e cassetti cucina. Per la caldaia meglio intervenire con manutenzione regolare, non in emergenza, per non trovarsi a dover fare una doccia fredda. Dopo settimane non ho ancora ricevuto la fattura per il lavoro che avevo chiesto.

• Nikki (8/5): Brilliant location! - - Great location - Next to the Metro which is handy when coming from the airport - Handy mini fridge - Spacious room - Big bathroom - Some bathroom amenities provided - The checking-in process. The keys to the room (and therefore the building) were inside the room. You can't get into the building without these keys. Luckily, after a little while a man left the building and held the doors open for us but this could have been really problematic. - No information was given prior to arriving e.g. the wifi password. I had to text to ask for this - I think all information should be shared so everyone can have a smoother stay. - Cups, kettle and sugar were provided but no tea or coffee.
• SOFIA (10/5): - Very convenient location, close to Metro station and in walking distance from most of the sights. The room was big and clean, the bed quite comfortable. We loved it! Just to add that our host, Davide, was really helpful every time we needed something. Thank you, Davide!

• Stephane (10/5): Appart hotel proche de tout. A réserver les yeux fermés. - 1. L'appartement en lui même avec assez d'espace et très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine. La climatisation qui nous a bien aidé au vu des chaleurs romaines. La salle de bain assez grande, parfaite. 2. L'emplacement. 2 minutes du métro, 1 minute d'une supérette et de restos, à côté de la place du Peuple et du parc de la villa Borguese. 25 minutes à pied du centre historique. Parfait. 3. Le personnel et surtout le responsable Davide qui répond sur wattsapp très rapidement à toute les questions. Check in nocturne facile grâce aux explications de Davide. J'ai oublié mon téléphone dans la chambre et Davide me l'a renvoyé en France dès le lendemain. Franchement merci Davide pour ce niveau de service Rien. Tout était parfait

• Firas (4/5): - It was difficult to communicate with the host, and I only received the check-in instructions after multiple messages and after involving Expedia for assistance. Additionally, at 11:15 am—fifteen minutes after the official check-out time—as we were preparing to leave, the host abruptly cut the electricity to the air conditioning and main electrical devices (except for the lighting) instead of politely and directly requesting that we vacate the property. The shower was also extremely dirty in the corners, the soap stand was broken, and no shampoo was provided (the cleaner informed us we should use the shower gel as shampoo). Furthermore, the air conditioning unit was barely functional and struggled to cool the room.
