Ho chiesto occasionalmente degli asciugamani in più per esigenze personali e sono stati disponibili del farmeli trovare in camera al mio arrivo. Connessione Wi-Fi presente ma debole, vasca idromassaggio pulita e ben trattata, ed esteticamente la stanza era bellissima e affascinante. Grazie.

• Pasquale Chiaro (7/5): Carino ma migliorabile - La stanza di per sé carina. Anche se non ha armadio o altro. Alla fine è un appartamento diviso in 3 stanze ognuna a tema. Vasca idromassaggio un incubo: siamo arrivati la sera e mancava totalmente pressione dell'acqua: dalle 8 circa in cui abbiamo fatto checkin siamo riusciti a rilassarci in vasca alle 23.30 perchè NON si riempiva. Stessa cosa per la Sauna ci vuole oltre 1 h affinchè arrivi a temperatura. Manca un armadio per appendere gli abitii c isono solo 2 appendi giacche nella camera.

• Lorenzo (3/5): - Purtroppo l’esperienza nella Magic Suite – camera Cesare Augusto è stata estremamente deludente e ben lontana da ciò che ci si aspetta da una stanza “sensoriale”. Appena arrivati abbiamo riscontrato gravi problemi di pulizia, in particolare un evidente deposito giallastro all’interno e lungo i bordi della vasca, cosa assolutamente inaccettabile. La stanza era inoltre molto fredda e umida, rendendo il soggiorno poco confortevole. La vasca, che dovrebbe essere uno dei punti di forza, è risultata quasi inutilizzabile: usciva pochissima acqua e per riempirla è stato necessario circa un’ora e mezza. A questo si aggiunge la totale mancanza di mobili o appoggi dove poter sistemare i propri effetti personali. Assenti anche diversi elementi essenziali, come ciabattine monouso e asciugamani adatti all’uso della vasca, dettaglio che denota scarsa attenzione verso l’ospite. Abbiamo inoltre riscontrato numerosi problemi con le aperture delle porte: la prima sera siamo rimasti chiusi fuori dal palazzo per circa 25 minuti, situazione molto spiacevole. Come se non bastasse, un vicino ha lasciato l’acqua della vasca aperta causando un allagamento delle stanze, che abbiamo dovuto pulire personalmente, senza alcun intervento immediato da parte della struttura. In conclusione, l’esperienza non giustifica in alcun modo il prezzo richiesto. Organizzazione carente, scarsa manutenzione e mancanza di servizi basilari rendono questa suite una scelta che non ci sentiamo assolutamente di consigliare.

• Michele (8/5): - The room was good size and very well situated. The A underground was 5 min walk. Amazingly decorated exotic and sensual. The jacuzzi was a special treat after a long day walking . Overall was a great room and will definitely be back. Small improvement are needed. Roma is fantastic. Door opening system is a pain not always working so you have to call and message to get in. Not a mirror for personal use in the room (eg.. was difficult for wife to do hair and makeup). No extra cover for bed as was chilling a night..need to sleep with heating on.(waste of electricity). Jacuzzi wasn't easy to work and take FOREVER to fill up.. THE PILLOW WAS A BIT DIRTY DEFINITELY NEED A PILLOW COVER..

Della struttura, quindi la camera in sé, non cambierei assolutamente nulla! Un po’ la difficoltà con le entrate al portone del condominio, ma una volta capito il meccanismo, va bene.

• Federico (8/5): Perfetto per un weekend di relax - Stanza grande e ben “scenografata”. La vasca enorme e anche la sauna comoda per due persone. Il letto comodo. Bello il poter scegliere le luci da accendere per creare atmosfera. Nella doccia c’era un faretto staccato e la maniglia dell’acqua rimaneva in mano. C’era un ticchettio da orologio (forse il timer della vasca) che nella notte si sente un pò troppo e dà fastidio.

• Kmvek (2/5): Un peccato - Staff presente (non in sede ma a distanza) e veloce nelle risposte Mi ritrovo a dover fare questa recensione negativa quasi a malincuore, perché avevamo buone aspettative per questa camera e struttura vedendola dalle foto e per i servizi che avrebbe dovuto offrire. purtroppo non abbiamo letto attentamente tutte le recensioni prima di prenotare, perché anche quelle molto positive hanno segnalato lo stesso problema da noi riscontrato e risalgono a tempo fa (quindi non risolto). entriamo nella camera a tema giapponese dove si vede l'estetica carina, anche se la pulizia non è il massimo, ma in quel momento non ci abbiamo dato troppo peso. è anche presente una sauna, ma non l'abbiamo provata. la vasca idromassaggio è grande, quindi dopo il nostro check-in decidiamo di iniziare a riempirla per poterla provare. tenete conto che impiega quasi un'ora per riempirsi. una volta piena, seguendo ovviamente le istruzioni inviate dallo staff tramite whatsapp, con foto e anche un video in cui viene mostrata una vasca che butta fuori acqua da tutte le parti (a monito di non fare lo stesso errore), proviamo solamente due pulsanti del tastierino (inoltre nelle stanze non sono presenti istruzioni sul tastierino, non abbiamo idea a cosa e se servissero gli altri pulsanti) e quello delle luci che non funzionano. prima selezioniamo le "bolle" che sembrano inizialmente funzionare, poi disattiviamo e proviamo l'altro pulsante per il getto d'acqua ... la vasca fa un rumore di scarico e da una lunga fessura e dalle due dove esce l'acqua che riempie la vasca stessa, esce un getto d'acqua puzzolente e pieno di sporcizia/residui. il tutto in pochi secondi. perplessi contattiamo lo staff mandando video della situazione e ci dice di utilizzare in sequenza i pulsanti, ma avendo già iniziato a svuotare la vasca (ovviamente non ci siamo immersi, essendoci sporcizia), riproviamo a fare un tentativo riempiendola una seconda volta.

• Giacomo (1/5): Run away ! - The bed Run away! Don't be tempted by the jacuzzi because you won't enjoy it! We stayed for several nights and it was a real nightmare. The jacuzzi water barely flowed and was cold, the reason given by the service: a problem with the water supply in the city, yet the shower worked perfectly... In addition, the system is fully automated: building door, room door except that... this system malfunctions and you will find yourself at the door in the middle of the night! with customer service that hangs up on you and leaves you outside waiting for time to pass. Worse! We spent several dozen minutes on video calling doing and re-doing the emergency codes to get into the room without anything happening. At the entrance there is a box with a key, secured by a password, again the person online gave us the wrong password for several dozen minutes before realizing their mistake. We lost a considerable amount of time every night just to be able to get into the room. For the last night, the hotel asked us to change rooms and go to another residence much further away and less well served by transport due to a hot water malfunction. We asked for directions to this new place, they sent us in the opposite direction by confusing the metro station and the bus station which have the same name. Result, forced to take a taxi to get to the hotel which was 32 minutes walk to arrive in a dirty city and building and discover a second room with plastic decorations (FOREST), at least... it had hot water! We asked for a refund for the discomfort and the time lost which was refused. No arrangement possible to recognize their various shortcomings it is important to protect other travelers against this behavior

Es läuft alles über Anweisungen per WhatsApp und über eine App. Es ist sehr unpersönlich und hackt einige Male im Detail (Außentür öffnet sich nicht, Klima lässt sich nicht starten, Whirlpool Funktionen sind vorhanden müssen aber selbst erkundet werden). Hier wäre eine Alternative kurze Erklärbideos anzufertigen und/oder Manuels aufzulegen). Egal wir haben damit allerdings viel Zeit vergeudet und auch Urlaubsfreude. Suite Ansicht war in einem richtig coolen Design! Anbindung an U-Bahn war gut, trotzdem schon eher ganz am Ende der Linie A was doch längere Fahrzeiten bedeutet, vorallem da die Öffis sehr unzuverlässig waren.
• De Angelis (10/5): abbiamo vissuto un soggiorno rilassante,romantico e unico! - io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato qui per il nostro mesiversario qualche giorno fa nella camera cesare augusto mi pare si chiamasse.La struttura era estremamente curata nei minimi dettagli,dal pavimento alle colonne e ai fuochi creati per dare effetto luci rosse sul letto.Ho fatto una sorpresa al mio ragazzo e devo dire che anche lui ha detto di non aver mai visto camera più bella.La sauna e la vasca erano perfette ed entrambi per due,comode e rilassanti.Il letto molto comodo e dotato di tv reclinata verso di noi,cosa che rende (anche grazie alla presenza di netflix e prime)la visione di film e serie molto funzionale.La doccia anche devo dire molto ad effetto e il ragazzo per telefono è sempre stato pronto a rispondere alle mie domande e disponibile.Consiglio vivamente l’esperienza perché ne vale la pena,io e il mio ragazzo non vediamo l’ora di provare tutte le altre camere a tema😍

• Luka (4/5): Disappointing - The sauna was perfect. Every day we received two new bottles of water in the minibar. We didn't like the complexity of door opening logic. There are three doors to get into your room. For the first door you need to press the button on the door three times, for the second door you need to call the support staff on the telephone and for the third door you need to use the web application. All of that wasn't explained to us, we needed to find that ourselves. Also, when you release the bubbles in the hot tub there is an disgusting smell comming out.
