• Emily (7/5): Good - There was a very strange smell coming from outside the room, from the corridor like a burnt rubber smell very very strong, the whole apartment was smelling you couldn't sleep unless you opened the window. Except of the smell, everything else was good.
• Ausrine (7/5): It’s okay for a couple of days, but wouldn’t recommend staying for longer. - The location is perfect, windows facing inner garden so there is no noise from the streets. There is working heating, which is rare in Athens. The fetid smell from the hallway came all the way to the apartment (it’s on the ground floor) and it was impossible to stay at the apartment unless the windows were open. No problem due the available heating, but otherwise a very unpleasant experience. Also the host wouldn’t let me check out a couple of hours later (they asked me to pay the half price of the night only to check out a couple of hours later - and there was no one checking in after me) which is very inhospitable and left a bad taste.
• Eric (2/5): Worst Service - Poor communication - Clean modern accommodation Keys not available on arrival. Had to change rooms halfway through the stay. Staff blamed other guests for mix up when it clearly was the staff who made mistakes and did not even apologise. Would not stay there again due to bad service

• Linford (10/5): - The communication with management was easy, clear and very timely. The property is modern, comfortable and very well appointed. It has all the facilities that you will need to ensure a good stay. It is located in the city center within reasonable walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions. How, it’s location also provides the peace and quiet needed for undisturbed sleep at night. I will definitely stay at the property again.

• The (3/5): Poor - Location was good. I'm used to properties being equip with basics as far as the excutive kitchen goes. Any other property in Athens provided salt, pepper, some coffee. Basics. This property had next to none. Only take-out sugar packets. That was it. The toilet lid was broken (wouldn't stay up), and there was signs of mould at the bottom of the shower (corners). The closet light was also disfunctioning on 1/2 of the wall unit. It wouldn't turn off after the door was closed, which ment quite a bit of light in the room while sleeping. There was no switch to disengage the lights that I could find.

• Christos (7/5): Good - The apartment was newly renovated and at a great location. A bit pricey as it is located at the ground floor.

• G (9/5): Excellent. Modern, Comfortable, Spacious. - Simply excellent. Modern decor and furniture. Comfortable bed. Good amounts of space. It is a little bit dark. Not a huge issue for me and it was cool in the heat but you will need the lights on most of the time.
