Denis (10/5): - Very good location, a wonderful courtyard for breakfast, and quite peaceful. Delicious breakfasts. The reception staff arranged a transfer for us from Naples to Praiano at a price that was 35% higher than what we paid for the return trip from Praiano to Naples.

Florence (9/5): Merveilleux séjour dans cette belle ville de Naples ! - Cet hôtel est un petit bijou caché dans un immeuble du 16eme siècle, tout est beau, propre, décoré avec goût et simplicité car le bâtiment se suffit à lui-même ! Le jardin où l’on peut prendre le petit déjeuner est un havre de paix et d’une beauté exceptionnelle ! Le personnel est chaleureux, à l’écoute et toujours là pour aider avec le sourire . Le seul point « négatif » était la vue depuis la chambre qui donnait sur une cour intérieure peu lumineuse mais ce n’est pas du tout important par rapport à la beauté du lieu et de son merveilleux jardin !

Hilary (9/5): Perfect Napoli boutique hotel - Beautiful building, lovely bedrooms, with a gorgeous outside space. Located in the Santa Lucia area, near the sea, castles and good restaurants. Easy to walk into the heart of the old town. Staff go above and beyond, plus have excellent tips. Nothing. Would definitely stay there again.

Sehr gute Betten, ruhige Zimmer, heiße Dusche und sehr vielseitiges gutes Frühstück in einem schönen Raum mit Blick auf einen innenliegenden, kleinen Garten. Sehr zentral gelegen und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gerne wieder, dankeschön! Der Eingangsbereich könnte etwas einladender gestaltet sein.

Rosalind (10/5): A wonderful hidden gem - It was in a beautiful location, the garden is amazing really peaceful. The room was clean, really comfortable and had a hot tub! The spa was great which we had to ourselves. Staff were really friendly and helped us book trips, recommended restaurants etc. Breakfasts were nice too and they provided a takeaway when we had an early trip. I can’t recommend highly enough There was nothing we didn’t like :-)

Christiane (10/5): Sehr schönes historisches Gebäude und super Lage - Das Frühstück in der hellen Veranda mit großen Glasfenstern war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Die sichtbaren historischen Decken in den Zimmern sind toll und das Personal überaus freundlich. Absolute Empfehlung.
Natalia (10/5): Nápoles, el corazón de Italia. - El lugar es bellísimo con un jardín dentro que parece de cuento. Las habitaciones son super cómodas y modernas. El desayuno muy completo con exquisiteces típicas napolitanas. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de atracciones como la galería Umberto 1, a pasos del mar y del plebiscito. Rodeado de restaurantes diversos. Sin dudas lo mejor de la propiedad es la atención de las personas que trabajan allí. Martina ha sido una recepcionista formidable ofreciéndonos datos de la ciudad y calidez en todo momento. Recomendamos este lugar a todos aquellos que quieran hacer de Nápoles una experiencia única.

Angeline (10/5): Beautiful hotel in an authentic building set in a quieter but convenient part of Naples. - Wonderful and thoughtful staff. When we had to leave early for our train to Pompeii, the staff helped prepared a small breakfast box for us the day before as we couldn’t make it for the morning breakfast timing. Love the building and the little elevator. Both the building and the room are full of character and feel authentic. Also love the location - it’s in the quieter side of Naples and it’s less chaotic over there. Breakfast starting a tad late at 8am. But the staff’s thoughtfulness and flexibility more than made up for it.
Santomaggio (9/5): Un delizioso giardino dal calore napoletano - L’Hôtel é collocato al secondo piano di un antico palazzo rinascimentale che certo non entusiasma all’ingresso. Poi invece, apri una porta, e ti trovi in un giardino lussureggiante posto al centro di una serie di stanze bellissime e accoglienti. Alla reception Giordana ci ha accolti con un calore è una cortesia straordinari, mostrandoci la struttura. Una posizione invidiabile, servizi di livello e una colazione in grado di soddisfare ogni esigenza. Davvero bello! La SPA è piccola ma va attivata a richiesta. Ovviamente la temperatura della sauna è del bagno turco non é sempre adeguata.
Polytimi (8/5): Maybe it s too expensive as an overall experience. - A very clean nice room with amenities , very nice comfy bed , amenities in the bathroom . The ladies at the reception very kind , always willing to help . Had to leave early , no time for breakfast and they prepared us a small box to take with us ! Such a sweet gesture without even asked for it. The garden is a hidden gem . The location is very central and in an easy going neighbourhood. Don’t get disappointed as you enter the old building . The entrance is so confusing, dark and little scary as you don’t know where to go . A small old elevator leads you to the second floor of this rotten building where the hotel is . This is a bad first impression

It was off putting thet there is a security camera in the spa facility with screens at Front Desk in full view of staff. Very Wierd and off putting as a couple using spa area .

Le portique mériterait un peu de nettoyage et d'éclairage le soir. Ça fait peur d'y entrer et de se rendre au 2è étage.

The historical yet modern decor and beautiful breakfast room and gardens are stunning. The entrance is a bit scary. It is off of the street and dark. the hotel is on the second floor and once you are in, it is gorgeous.
Walters (10/5): Absolutely wonderful and special hidden gem in the city! - The staff was extremely kind from the very start to the very end! Accommodating, friendly, made our stay extraordinary. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was good with good coffee! We loved the addition of the spa included in reservation fee (the steam bath was extra but we’re glad we did it). Very nice location in walking distance to the water and nice restaurants. Felt safe. Would definitely stay again! I do wish the steam bath was included in spa not extra cost because the spa wouldn’t have been super great without it but I understand it may cost more to operate.

Marc (9/5): We enjoyed a cozy little boutique stay in a quiet, romantic retreat in the heart of Naples! - It was a very charming property, very clean and it felt like we were staying somewhere away from it all! Rooms were clean and the architecture of the building made it feel special. The staff were amazing, especially Chiara who made us feel very special throughout our stay and treated us very special. She was very helpful too! The outside was not very welcoming! But this is easily overcome. We went to the spa but I wouldn’t say there were any facilities to enjoy, it is very basic.
Bohra (10/5): Exceptional - Thank you to the staff for being so kind and hospitable. They are super helpful with recommending restaurants and activities around Naples. I was a vegetarian and they gave me recommendations for restaurants that served awesome tradition Neapolitan dishes. They were also able to arrange for taxi service to/from train station and the airport, as well as arrange tours. I would also rate the location a 10/10 , it has great views of the Vesuvius and is super close to Piazza del plebiscito. This was my second time staying at the location, and would gladly choose it for future trips. My favorite part is having breakfast in their garden :)

The staff, especially the ladies on reception were fab, so welcoming and informative about what to see and do and where to eat in Naples. Our room was lovely and spacious and the bathroom had a large shower. The toiletries were nice, there was also a mini bar and safe in the room. Breakfast was plentiful with coffee and eggs made fresh to order. A spa visit was also included in our stay which unfortunately we didn’t have time to make use of. Nothing

Would recommend this hotel, had a great stay and time in Naples.

More information on the entry could be given - not just to find it but to monies being surprised. We’d never been to Naples before so maybe this should have been expected but as Australians it was a surprise. I’d stay again, although not sure Naples would be on my list to return to with so many other places to visit.

jonl26100 (10/5): An oasis of calm and a chef on the way to a star - When you arrive you feel like you may have got the address wrong as you walk through the huge wooded doors into a pretty dodgy looking area.But take the world’s smallest cage list up two floors and arrive at a very, very nice hotel. This is a lovely place of calm and tranquility in the busyness of Naples. A lovely reception from staff who could not be more helpful. A spacious and well laid out room with a bath which comfortably takes 2. Also, make sure you have the chef’s tasting menu if its offered. A truly excellent meal, served in the beautiful gardens of the hotel. Give him a star for such fabulous food!

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty and warmth of the place. The atmosphere is truly special — full of character — and history. The location is absolutely perfect: right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance — from historic landmarks to the best pizza restaurant of the world.
