• Andre (6/5): - Spacious suite with a good location. Raffaella was welcoming at check-in and communication leading up to arrival was clear and prompt. Some of the other feedback people left (e.g. lots of stairs) didn’t really bother us - it’s Venice, so this kind of stuff should be expected. The suite is split across two separate rooms, which isn't clearly communicated in the listing - we only found out from other reviews. This meant walking across an open space to access the bathroom at night, which felt uncomfortable. Granted, it was on its own level separate from the rest of the accommodation, but we were conscious of using it too frequently as it made so much noise unlocking/locking the doors, getting from one room to the other, etc. The mosaic shower tiles were loose and lifting underfoot, a safety issue worth addressing. We also noticed some minor amenity gaps (no A/C remote, limited shower storage). Understand it’s not extremely warm at this time of year and the A/C may only cool, but would be nice to be able to make that decision for ourselves.

• Taylor (9/5): Great location near Rialto Bridge. - The property was clean and quiet. Located near the Rialto bridge was a massive bonus. We had directions back from many places. We could see a canal from our window. Raffaella was a positive and proactive. The private bathroom next door was a pain, but we knew that was the situation.

• Audrey (8/5): Très bien pour quelques jours - Super bien situé à proximité de tout. La remise des clés a été très rapide. La chambre était spacieuse (lit très grand c’est un +) et la salle de bain fonctionnelle. Le bruit des portes est difficile à ne pas entendre

• Nadège (7/5): Au coeur de Venise, à l'écart de la foule touristique... - Sa situation géographique, au coeur de Venise, dans quartier calme, proche du quai de vaporetto, du Rialto et du centre touristique. Guest House sans avoir le propriétaire avec nous, différent des chambres d'hôtes. l'isolation phonique vraiment à revoir, c'est dommage.

• PANAGIOTIS (9/5): Great place to stay and explore Venice. Highly recommended. - Excellent location! The property in close/walking proximity to everything you wanna to do and see in Venice. Walking 5mins to Salto Rialto (one of the three bridges), 10mis to St Marco Cathedral. Overall it was great. I would not change anything. I would only could use an elevator because we had a large luggage, but i guess this is rare in Venice.

• Roger (8/5): Alojamiento céntrico en Venecia - Buena ubicación, muy cerca del puente de Rialto. La habitación era muy grande y la cama cómoda. Tienes un descuento en el bar que está justo abajo si dices que te alojas allí. Se filtraba luz por las cortinas y nos cobraron por llegar tarde al check-in, aunque fue por culpa de un retraso en el vuelo.

• Eleonora (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno di coppia nel cuore di Venezia per Pasqua - La posizione, poiché la struttura era centralissima e vicinissima alle zone più famose di Venezia (Ponte di Rialto, Piazza San Marco), a tantissimi locali per mangiare e alla fermata del vaporetto che porta in aeroporto. La gentilezza di Raffaella, la quale ci ha consigliato ottimi posti dove poter mangiare e ha dimostrato molta disponibilità. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato per godersi Venezia qualche giorno! Il bagno privato non era interno alla stanza, ma fuori anche se adiacente. Forse avrei aggiunto un altro asciugamano dato che era presente solo un telo bagno e uno viso a persona, ma non uno per il bidet.
• Luca (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura in posizione centralissima per scoprire Venezia. La camera ha anche un salottino con divano, TV e macchina del caffè. L'host è molto accogliente e disponibile, ci ha dato tanti consigli per trascorrere al meglio la nostra vacanza.

Bathroom being not in the room made things difficult. Sadly people living in the rooms next to us was always slaming the doors so hard it was impossible to sleep at times, you can hear everything and feel even the windows shaking.

• Ali burak (2/5): Kötüydü - Odalar 3. Katta ve asansör yok merdivenler de dar özellikle son kat tek kişi yürüyebilecek kadar dar valizle çıkmak işkence. Ve yer sahibi tüm akşam kapının önünde bulunmasına rağmen 2 saat geç check in için 50 euro 1 saat geç check in için 40 euro talep etti. 3. Katı komple bize tahsis etmişlerdi katta 1 yatak odası 1 oda ve banyo bulunuyordu ama merdivenler resmen direk odalarınızın ortasına çıkıyor hiçbir mahremiyet yok. Bize verilen odanın da resimdekilerle alakası yoktu. Resimlerde gösterilmeyen bir odada kaldık.

• Marion (8/5): Super schönes Zimmer in toller Lage zu einem guten Preis. - Das Zimmer war schön sauber und in einer tollen Lage. Der kleine Kühlschrank ist sicher toll, wenn man länger hier ist. Sogar eine Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Etwas hellhörige Wände und Badezimmer über den Gang erreichbar. Dafür ist es günstig und man hat das Bad für sich allein, deshalb war es ok.

• Daniela (7/5): Good location - Location was nice, so was the communication with the owner. The owner even gave us some recommendations for places to eat at. I did not knew that the bathroom was not in the same room as the bedroom, it was across in another room. It was private, and we had a floor to ourselves, but still, it would have been better to know upfront. The room had also stains on the walls and windows of dead mosquitos. And there was an air conditioner, but no remote, so it could not have been used.

• CORINNE (9/5): - Très bon emplacement. Bon matelas. Très propre.Très bon accueil. On a eu de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Café et thé offert. La salle de bain était sur le palier mais juste la porte attenante. On était prévenu donc pas un vrai problème. Du savon nous a manqué et un tabouret pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain ou un porte manteau mais c'est un détail.

• Sara (8/5): Accoglienza, gentilezza e ottima struttura - La struttura è molto comoda da raggiungere, proprio a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto. Attorno ci sono locali e ristoranti. Le camere sono ampie e spaziose. Il nostro bagno era di fianco alla nostra camera ma era chiuso a chiave e anche quello molto spazioso. La struttura è molto pulita e Raffaella è stata molto accogliente e gentile, dandoci anche qualche consiglio per la cena e il post cena. Adorabile anche il suo piccolo cagnolino! Il soggiorno é stato ottimo. L’unica cosa la nostra camera non era caldissima al nostro arrivo e non si é scaldata molto durante la notte. Ma per fortuna non ha fatto particolarmente freddo a Venezia in quei giorni quindi non ne abbiamo risentito molto.

After making a mistake with my booking (which I fully accepted was my error), zero attempt was made to help rectify it (despite it being months before the booking and a message sent within 2 minutes of the booking being made). Messages were then subsequently ignored, and even when it was clear I wasn’t going to be attending, was hassled about check in and check out times regardless. Surely something could have been done, but as soon as my money made it into there account, it seemed that this was all they cared about.

Colazione non compresa ma camera fornita di macchinetta del caffè con capsule comprese a disposizione. Unica pecca il frigo che non raffedda molto pur essendo regolato per la temperatura più fredda. Gli alimenti riposti rimanevano freschi ma non freddi.

La camera è piuttosto spaziosa, letto comodo Porte vecchie che scricchiolano in modo importante e non isolano affatto dai rumori del corridoio, con conseguente disturbo piuttosto significativo durante la notte.

• Grobelak (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja i bardzo miły, pomocny właściciel obiektu. W pokoju był ekspres do kawy i nieduża lodówka. Oprócz tego kawa, herbata, cukier. Łazienka, pokój czyste. Zaletą jest też przyjemny dziedziniec z kolumną w stylu antycznym oraz kilkoma roślinami, który niewątpliwie rozwiązywał brak balkonu w moim pokoju. Na terenie obiektu można tez było skorzystac z bezpłatnej skrytki na bagaże po wymeldowaniu się (z tego co pamiętam do godziny 15.00 można było tam bagaż zostawić).
