The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood for peace and quiet, yet just a short walk from the main street and right beside the scenic river. ​The property itself was spotless and featured a full range of amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and we found the cleaning staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Palazinna to anyone looking for a great stay! We cannot close the bed in the living area which consumed space.

• Pamela (9/5): Top Lage mit Vaporetto direkt gegenüber, nur ca. 20 Minuten zum Piazza San Marco, sehr sauberes und bestens ausgestattet - „Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend – direkt gegenüber befand sich eine Vaporetto-Haltestelle, was die Fortbewegung sehr einfach gemacht hat. In etwa 20 Minuten erreicht man bequem die Piazza San Marco. Das Hotel war super ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll fand ich, dass sogar Brioche und Kaffee für das Frühstück in der Küche bereitstanden. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!“

• Sarah (9/5): Fantastic and thanks for the Prosecco!! - Good location walkable from the main train station with no bridges to cross. A few stairs into the apartment but manageable with large luggage. Samantha was amazing and so helpful!!! Thank you - will stay again if in Venice.
• Michael (4/5): BEWARE THE BAT CAVE!!! - Well located close to Train Station and Guglie vaporetto station. Fifteen/twenty minute fairly straightforward walk to Rialto Bridge. Apartment facilities were very good. Really lovely cleaner. We were allocated the ground floor apartment in the building, which was so dark and dingy that we referred to it as the 'Bat Cave'. We could not open the shutters because the apartment windows were directly overlooked by a hotel dining room, which was constantly used, mornings and evenings. The see-through curtains also meant that people could look straight into the apartment, as far as the bathroom (if not closing the corridor door!). Ultimately we ended up having to keep the shutters closed for some privacy creating a very dismal experience. This somewhat spoilt the whole trip to be honest. I did speak to the host Samantha to ask for relocation early in our stay but she did not respond to my request despite saying she'd get back to me. During the six days that we endured the bat cave, we watched a procession of guests having the pleasure of the upper apartments for short stays. This suggested to us that perhaps the hosts had a policy of 'putting the longer stay people in the bat cave', to maximise use of the upper rooms. When questioning the allocation process with the host Samantha, she simply stated that allocations were done randomly and that we had been unlucky! Nice touch that!! I did foolishly ask if it might be possible to guarantee an upper floor apartment, which were absolutely lovely, should we decide to book this property again. However, I was told they offer no guarantees. On that basis, we would never stay here again. SO, SHOULD YOU BE CONSIDERING BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, BE AWARE THAT IF DOING SO YOU TAKE THE RISK OF HAVING TO ENDURE YOUR STAY IN VENICE DWELLING IN A BAT CAVE. My suggestion to the host going forward would be to advise on the issues about the ground floor apartment and to list it at a lower price than the upper apartments thus avoiding the bat cave lottery and inevitable disappointments.

Llegamos muy tarde y nos encontramos con bebidas y snacks!! Pudimos dejar las maletas despues del.checkout Por decir algo..eché de menos smart tv.. pero es un detalle de poca importancia.!

• Matt017 (9/5): An enjoyable accommodation and great value for money - Palazzina Riello was a great place to stay for a few nights in Venice. It's well located and accessible, I enjoyed it being quieter but with easy access to the canal and restaurants and cafes. Really good communication was helpful and responsive. Great value for money. The accommodation could do with some more natural light but it's still a lovely neat stay in a great location.

• Helen (10/5): Perfect, private accommodation in beautiful Venice. - Perfect apartment location - 10 minute walk from train station, next to a ferry stop and 25 minute walk to all Venice sights. Bed was huge and apartment was well equipped with easy access and clear communication from the hosts. No outside space but you don’t need it with pavement cafes and the beautiful canals right outside your door.

Half hour walk from main square. Nice area Dont forget your plug adaptor! No USB port. Bit noisy with building work outside the front of apartment. Otherwise, didn't hear other occupants.

• Peter (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung für Bahnfahrer und/oder Hundebesitzer - Das beste, das wir bei unseren zahlreichen Venedig-Aufenthalten je vorgefunden haben, zudem ideal auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten: vom Bahnhof aus fußläufig erreichbar und für venezianische Verhältnisse leicht auffindbar, Vaporetto-Station, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, sogar eine Hundeauslaufzone gibt es im nahe gelegenen Park. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos, freundliches Personal, saubere und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung und zum Empfang auch noch ein Kühlschrank voller Getränke (inkl. Sekt!) und allerlei Süßes für das erste Frühstück. Das alles und dazu noch die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck bis zur Abfahrt des Zuges vor Ort zu deponieren, weiß man sich gerade in Venedig so richtig zu schätzen. Optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gibt es in dem Fall wirklich nicht (wir hatten übrigens die Wohnung im 1. Stock und damit genug Licht in den Räumen).

• Kerem (10/5): Beautifully appointed accommodation in one of Venice’s most atmospheric neighborhoods - The Palazzino has no canal view but everything is so tastefully done that you forget about that. The amenities are in excellent shape and there is a very generous filling of the fridge with drinks and beer and a simple breakfast. This is pretty amazing for Venice, but also more generally. The location is wonderful in one of the most atmospheric parts of the city. I stayed on the top floor and loved it. Palazzino Riello is a reall gem! Nothing really, this is a great place to stay for a few days or longer.

• Delphine (9/5): Appartement idéal pour 3 personnes au coeur de Cannaregio, quartier typique vénitien. - Un appartement supérieur au 2e étage sans ascenseur, avec vue sur la rue calme dans le quartier typique de Cannaregio. Idéal côté équipement, même si l'appartement est plutôt petit. Boissons offertes à notre arrivée. Ménage fait tous les jours. Emplacement parfait pour prendre le vaporetto à partir de la station Cuglie. Proche de la gare à pied (10'), idéal découvrir Venise à pied et super si vous avez un petit chien car le parc derrière est "dog friendly". Communication par whatsapp avec la gérante.

Os dejo fotos, pero de verdad, calidad de 10. El chekin es a las 14 y el chekout a las 11 pero podreis dejar las maletas tanto a la llegada como a la salida sin problemas. Os dejan bebidas y comida de cortesia para los huespedes totalmente gratis ( Aguas, refrescos, vino, cervezas, tostadas, cafés, dulces .. ) Giorgia, la mujer que os recibe Increible, dl trato. Ιδανική τοποθεσία αν επιλέγεις να κινείσαι μακριά από ' τουριστικές περιοχές ' Πολύ καθαρό, ζεστό και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο. Άμεση επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη για ο,τι χρειάστηκε. -

Forse un unico suggerimento per l'appartamento al piano terra, meno illuminato, un voltaggio maggiore delle lampadine per avere più luce, soprattutto di sera .

• Chiara (10/5): Appartamento pulitissimo e nuovo - Appartamento nuovissimo e situato vicino alla stazione, ma nonostante ciò silenziosissimo e in una zona tranquilla senza il caos dei turisti. Appartamento super spazioso, cucina attrezzata e pulitissima. Gli host ci hanno lasciato a disposizione snack e merendine per la colazione, insieme a bevande, totalmente gratuiti. Nel bagno finalmente ho trovato un phone per capelli forte. Tutto perfetto!

The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready and perfect and even welcomed us with a goody package. The apartment had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Venice.

• ILIYA GRAMATIKOV (10/5): Such a pleasant stay! - The location of the apartment is amazing - it is very close to the centre of the city and to plenty of touristic attractions and places of interest. At the same time the area is calm. The apartment is recently renovated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Besides, it was perfectly clean! The communication with the host was more than pleasant - she was friendly, kind and responded immediately! Highly recommended host!!! Exceptional place!!!

La nevera no enfriaba nada por lo que si vas con la idea de comer en el apartamento difícil conservar bien alimentos. La cisterna se atasca a menudo tienen que revisar funcionamiento.
