• Vincenzo (4/5): Sarebbe un ottimo soggiorno per il prezzo e la posizione ma la presenza della telecamera. In segnala e la poca chiarezza - Il rapporto qualità prezzo, il parcheggio disponibile di fatto Una cosa molto grave: abbiamo avuto contezza che la struttura è dotata di una telecamera che guarda il passaggio stanza/servizio igienico in un luogo comune con altri. Sappiamo che viene usata. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni su dove vadano le immagini e NON ci è stata data alcuna risposta. Cosa che ci preoccupa, tanto più che si passava dalla camera al bagno in déshabillé. Non viene neanche chiaramente indicato che se si arriva dopo le 20 si deve pagare un supplemento di 25 euro e se si arriva più tardi ancora il supplemento sale a 50 euro. Infine la spazzatura del cucinino non era stata asporta.
• Maite (8/5): Todo correcto y agradable - La ubicación está muy bien conectada con múltiples autobuses. La zona, aunque poco turista, te permite pasear tranquilamente por sus calles y conocer otra perspectiva de Roma. De hecho, os recomiendo pasear por Garbatella porque fue lo que más nos gustó de nuestra estancia. La ventana de la habitación da directamente a la calle por lo que daba poca sensación de intimidad. Pero no era realmente un problema, nos acostumbramos a tener siempre las cortinas cerradas y la persiana ligeramente más baja de lo normal mientras nos alistábamos para el día.

Esterno nel senso che si trovava difronte alla camera e per andare dovevi attraversare il piccolo ingresso. Un po' scomodo con bambini. Ma niente di drammatico ☺️

• David (8/5): Good location, nice owner, good value, bathroom access a lttle inconvenient - Location near Via Appia Park, extremely nice owner Each room has a private bath but across the hall. So you have to get dressed, and you may meet other guests on their way to the bathroom

• Franziska (9/5): Great stay in a lovely neighbourhood - The room was just as advertised: Comfortable beds, mini fridge in the room, air con, nice bathroom (private but does not connect to the room, was across the hall). The host was super friendly and flexible with check in times which we grately appreciated. It's close to roma ostiense and from there you can reach everything by public transport, quite easily. Might be an Italian thing, but two duvets/sheets are always nice, even on a double bed. Very minor thing though. Do be aware of the tourist tax that has to be payed when staying anywhere in Italy. It says in the description but it's easy to miss.

• Miguel P (6/5): - The unit could use a little deep cleaning. We found a T-shirt behind the nightstand. The owner was so nice. But the access to the unit was a little challenging. Limited transportation. The room was small and crowded.
• Andranik (6/5): A Convenient Stay with Pros and Cons - The Attica Guesthouse is located on the first floor of a residential building and offers corridor rooms with separated private bathrooms and a small shared kitchen. I will list positive and negative points from my personal experience (4 nights stay) . Among positives: -Friendly host: Maurizio is quick to respond and always eager to help. -Room amenities: The room comes with a fridge, and complimentary snacks, drinks, and yogurt free of charge. -Location: Walking distance to historical landmarks like the Baths of Caracalla, the Appian Way, the Colosseum, and convenient for La Nuvola convention center. Among negatives: -Distance from metro: nearest Garbatella station is 1.5 km away, which can be inconvenient for walking, especially late hours. -Value for money: The price for a corridor room is comparable to a studio or budget hotel, plus additional costs like €20 for cleaning and €7 per person/night for city tax (payable on-site) add up. -While the bathroom is private, it's located outside the room in the shared corridor, which reduces the level of privacy compared to having an ensuite. You still need to step into the common area to access it. Mornings can be quite noisy as other guests use the shared corridor for their bathrooms and the kitchen.

• Vugar (10/5): Very nice and comfortable. - 1. I will start from the attention and attitude of aparment-hostel owner Mr. Maurizio. RESPECT. We arrived by night flight, very late and he personally himself meet us at the entrance at 2 am as agreed. ( See the fee details for late check in reservation page). Mr. Maurizio was available by what's app always and did support us, replied to all questions. Very supportive gentleman and my great respect to him for all things. 2. About apartment: It is new renovated small hostel with 4 rooms, modified from apartment. All rooms have got separate nice bathrooms. Bathrooms are not in the room but close to the door of your room, with 1 meter distance, which is absolutely no issue and we did find it very comfortable. We stayed in biggest family room for 4 person with 2 very comfortable quin beds, with perfect mattresses and clean white covers.Room is enough large with refrigerator, TV and good furniture. In reality the rooms are more beautiful than in picture of the Hotels com. 3. Location : The location of this place is not far from center. There are 2-3 bus ways to the center, one of them is central way which is 400-500 meter, another bus road is 300 meter from this apartment and takes approximately 15-20 minutes to get to the he center. Price is 1.50 eur and you may use your bank cards or by a ticket which can be used for metro and will be available for 100 minutes. Even we tried to walk from center back to the apartment, it was ok and not hard, it took 35 minutes.
• James (8/5): short and sweet, a good location and spacious room, but the bathroom was across the hall. - The overall size, cleanliness and common area to grab coffee. The bathroom was not in the room. You have to cross the hall to get to it and the motion detector light is full bright, so if you use the bathroom in the middle of the night, it's a bit of a shock to the system.
• Taylor (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay. We felt safe walking in the area. Check in was easy and we were greeted by staff upon arrival. It was a good home base for our 3 night stay. The location was about a 20-30 minute bus ride to the must see areas of the city. Would not consider this walkable. We did walk it one evening and it took around an hour to get to the Colosseum. The room was nicely appointed, however the private washroom is not attached to the bedroom. It is located across the hallway which is shared with other guests. The bathroom also gets very humid so it’s something to keep in mind for anything you leave in there.
• Dominika (6/5): I would recommend only if you want to sleep and you are leaving in the morning and you are back in the night - very good location, nice park around and quiet neigbourhood no service during our 5 nights stay, no fan in the bathroom so you could feel unpleasant moisture and also so so thin walls - we could hear alarm clock from our neighbour :(
• Ringa (9/5): Lovely place to stay in Rome - The hosts were super sweet and helpful, absolutely made our stay ! :) The room was nice and the bed was the most comfortable ever. Nice shared kitchen with coffee machine. Nice and peaceful neighbourhood with big park nearby. Location was quite far from the city by foot. Wouldn’t be a problem if the bus worked how it should, but they didnt show up on time.

• Meral (10/5): - Great Stay! Mauricio was super accommodating and helpful. This property is a 15-20 minute walk from a tram line and less mins to many buses. It’s an apartment with about 5 or 6 large bedrooms that are divided into the guest rooms and has a shared kitchen and private bathroom for each room.

• Josip_p (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice room, nice kitchen and bathroom. Host is very friendly. We stayed 4 nights and all was fine in the apartment. It is far from the city centre. By bus it sometimes took us 2 hours. Buses are not reliable.
• Tim (8/5): Fabulous Hosts - We arrived late in the evening & Maurizio stayed late to check us in. He showed us around the place & explained the operation, as it was a shared bathroom & kitchen. He actually walked me around the neighbourhood to show me some highlights & took me to a grocery store to buy some essentials for the morning. Maurizio is a most kind & friendly host as is his wife Audrey. Audrey had provided a welcome package of 2 cokes, apples, chocolate bars, yogurt & a bottle of wine. The next day I had to give her back the cokes as we are diabetic. When we got back to the room after a day out there were 2 Coke Zero in the fridge. The area was a quiet suburb of Rome. The bed was very comfortable & they had just installed a new fridge in the room. They are in the process of renovating so that each room will have its' own bathroom. We look forward to returning there to see the results.

• Robin (10/5): Wonderful hosts and location - Wonderfully friendly hosts. Always available to help. Super clean and recently renovated rooms. Not in a touristy suburb, however quick connections into central Rome (10 minutes on 2 bus routes, or €12 taxi) and advantages of proper/authentic Roman restaurants etc frequented by the local residents.

• Esteban (10/5): Nice and Cozy - The place was very secure in a nice quiet residential neighborhood with a nice cafe around the corner. Maurizio, who manages the property, was very attentive and helpful with getting situated in our room. The room we stayed in was large with A/C, TV, and comfortable bedding. He and his wife even gave us complimentary wine, bottles of water, and a few personal hygiene products. We even had access to a well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and oven. Central Rome is only a 15 minute ride by taxi or city bus. The price for staying here was fair. The only thing I did not like, but got used to, was having to share a bathroom with 3 other rooms, but luckily, only one room was reserved along with ours, so there were no conflicts. The bathroom was well maintained and cleaned twice daily. Maurizio told me that sometime later this year, he will be remodeling his hotel and each room will have its own private bathroom.
• Tobias (10/5): Exceptional - The guesthouse is located in a beautifual and quiet neighbourhood near the Appia Antica Park and well connected to the city center. The room was clean and nicely furnished and Audrey and Maurizio have been amazing hosts who have spared no effort in making my stay enjoyable, recommending beautiful places to visit in Rome, and providing some snacks, coffee and tea in the kitchen. The price is also very reasonable, given the level of comfort provided and the great location of the place!
• Cathal (9/5): Fantastic place to stay, great owners who are very friendly and very close to the main area of rome. - My partner and I loved the room, it was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The room was extremely clean with toiletries, towels and toothbrush kit on the bed for us when we arrived. The room we booked has a chest of drawers, wardrobe, tv, air conditioning and a ceiling fan which was fantastic given the heat outside. The bathroom was a nice size with great water pressure, nice large sink and a nice big shower. The only issue we experienced during the stay was the rubber O-ring on the shower head had broken and so the water came out the side of the shower head however I messaged the owner via whatsapp and it was fixed by the time I had woken up the next day! The shared kitchen was nice and the owners even left some snacks for us in the fridge for us to enjoy when we stayed with them (yoghurts, coke, bottles of water, and fruit). The two owners both spoke Italian and English and were extremely helpful and friendly with Maurizio showing us around the area, giving us advice on which public transport to use and restaurant recommendations. The guest was very secure with a gated entry, a locked front main building door, an electronic lock on the guest house entry door which is controlled via a pin code panel on the front and touch controlled from inside and both the bedroom and bathroom and locks. Overall my partner and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! :)

• Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - The owners of the guesthouse were very kind. They showed us whete everything was located and how we can access the bus to get into central Roma. The room was very cozy and there was an accessible kitchen with yogurts, fruits, and treats in a tray inside the refrigerator, designated for our room. The shower and bathroom were shared with the other rooms but we didn't have any issue using them with other guests. I would highly recommend booking your stay here.
