• Jennifer (6/5): Clean, basic, requested cot not in room - Located close to Termini train station which was convenient Didn’t realise it was an aparthotel basically an apartment with locks on each bedroom door then a communal kitchen area. Very noisy with other guests coming and going. We also requested a cot which was not there when we arrived, we asked for one then and were told it would be delivered but by 7pm it hadn’t. We chased again and were told it would be dropped off at 9pm! Which was not appropriate or convenient as our baby was already asleep for the night.

Location is fantastic in front of Santa Maria Maggiore (no view). no handsoap in the bathroom and two empty cans of instant coffe in the kitchen that tricked me in not buying any. There were capsules and a coffe machine. Elevator is tiny and it's on the 3 floor.

W kuchni dostępne herbaty, kawa i ekspres do kawy. Niezwykła dbałość o czystość, sprzątanie codziennie, nawet za często. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko na dworzec kolejowy i do zwiedzania najważniejszych punktów miasta. Ciasteczka na powitanie to miły gest. Trochę za mało przestrzeni do rozpakowania zawartości walizki, przydała by się chociaż jakaś komoda. Brak półki na kosmetyki pod prysznicem. Kuchnia jest ogólnodostępna na wszystkie pokoje, za mało w niej blatu. Przy tak małej kuchni przydałby się czajnik w pokoju (był tylko w kuchni).

Mon mari a été hospitalisé en urgence à l’hôpital et je suis restée 1 nuit supplémentaire dans l’établissement. J’ai payé une nuit en espèces comme il me l’a été demandé sur Whatsapp et je n’arrive pas à obtenir une facture informatisée pour être remboursée par Mondial Assistance. I have a problem that is still unresolved. My husband was rushed to the hospital, and I stayed an extra night. I paid for that night in cash, as requested via WhatsApp, but I can't get an electronic invoice to be reimbursed by Mondial Assistance.

• Ludmila (7/5): You get what you pay for - Perfect location, few minutes by foot from Termini station. Plenty of dining options nearby. One could hear every water flushing from the neighbours. Air conditioner / heater is quite loud, impossible to sleep with. Bathroom start showing its age. If you are taller than 170 cm, you might find the bed to be short.
• Parmaria (9/5): - Very clean and beautiful room in a very good location. Both the lady that cleans the rooms and the host were adorable and always willing to help and provide. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wifi was sometimes disconnected during Netflix. With mobile it was ok.

Rooms are better than the pictures, which is saying a lot. No problem with heater, water pressure or temperature. Lift available. None

Ottima anche la posizione accanto a Santa Maria Maggiore. Un ringraziamento va all’host gentilissimo che con la sua disponibilità ci ha aiutato con il check in e ci ha fatto trovare in stanza degli snack di benvenuto Nulla, tutto perfetto.

• Christina (8/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία όπως ακριβώς φαίνεται και στις φωτογραφίες - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο Termini και μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια σε πολλά αξιοθέατα. Επίσης έχει σε κοντινή απόσταση διάφορα για φαγητό, γλυκό και καφέ. Χρειάζεται περισσότερη ηχομόνωση και υπήρχε και κάτι σας flash που αναβόσβηνε πίσω απο το ερμάρι. Δεν καταλάβαμε τη ήταν. Χρειάζεται και επιπρόσθετος κάλαθος αχρήστων εντός του δωματίου, όπως επίσης και είδη υγιεινής ατομικά.

Parking was a nightmare - to be expected in a city like Rome and if you are not very fit you won’t like the stairs

Paramos em um estacionamento quase ao lado (indicado pelo proprietário) e nunca movemos mais o carro. Limpeza espetacular e a acomodação tem tudo necessário. Nada.

• giuseppe (8/5): Posizione favolosa. Scendi e sei davanti a Santa Maria Maggiore - La posizione e l’arredo. Stanza con bagno interno arredata con gusto ricavata all’interno di un appartamento dove ci sono altre 2 stanze simili. Cucina in comune attrezzata di tutto. Condizionatore molto rumoroso.

Es un espacio acogedor y muy pulcro. Marco siempre fue muy atento. Mandó instrucciones precisas para el check in y además me permitió dejar la maleta un tiempo más luego del check out. Dejo atenciones té , café, agua y leche. Sumamente atento. Recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento. Nada. Todo estuvo muy a gusto.
• Alexandra (9/5): Conforme à nos attentes - L'emplacement à proximité de la gare (5 min) si vous voyagez en train, la place magnifique. C'est un logement avec plusieurs chambres dont espace cuisine en commun. Les explications et photos envoyées par messages nous ont permis de trouver très facilement du premier coup. Un réfrigérateur est à disposition dans la cuisine avec des compartiments par chambres. Petit plateau de bienvenue avec petits gâteaux, café, bouteille d'eau... petites briques de lait mise à dispo dans le frigo Climatiseur dans la chambre.. Logement propre, ménage fait quotidiennement. Taxis à proximité si besoin. Le seul petit point négatif serait le peu d'espaces de rangement dans la salle de bain mais pour 2 jours ça a été.

• Yasaman (1/5): Bad - Sauber Everything in the room was good — the bed was clean, the bathroom and toilet were very clean, and the air conditioning worked well. We were happy with the room’s cleanliness and comfort. However, unfortunately we discovered that the kitchen, fridge, kettle, and coffee machine were shared between our room and two other families. This important detail was not mentioned in the hotel description. As someone who is very particular about hygiene, this was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing for me. During our entire stay, I had to buy food and cold water from outside every day, as I could not use the shared fridge and kitchen. I chose this accommodation based on the listed private kitchen and appliances, and would not have booked it if I had known these were shared.
