Mia (7/5): Comfortable - The property was modern, clean and comfortable. For some reason myself and daughter had a bit of a tricky time unlocking the door. But the chap the showed us the apartment. Helped us with this problem. I didn’t like that we were charged an extra 5euros on top of a 15euros late charge. We arrived two mins over the 15euros late charge but got charged a further 5euros. Felt very money first mentality.

Abdelmoneim (10/5): Wonderful! - We had a wonderful time at the place! The apartment wasn’t big, but it had all the necessary features you might need, it was super clean and quite modern. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions you might have. They even brought us a whole pack of water, even though we were staying for only one night. It’s a 30 min walk from the city center, but if you don’t feel like walking you can take a bus, as the bus stop is very close. We would definitely come back! Nothing

Meiswinkel (9/5): Definitely a true Naple’s experience with the best sleep! - The room was clean, quiet and wonderfully dark at night to keep out the street lights so we slept really well, which we needed as we are backpacking through Italy. It also had all the things needed to make our own food. For a small space, it had enough cupboard space as well. The host was attentive, quick to respond and helped us out with a clothes rack for our washing. Might just be my assumption but there was no coffee stove top, which I expected every place would have in Italy so I wasn’t able to make my morning coffee but there are enough cafes around so we managed. Location: it was a 25 min walk from the station but you can take a bus.
Dante (10/5): Perfect place to stay when visiting Napoli! - This is a really nice place in an interior patio. The building is full of history. You’ll be really close from the wonderful Orto Botanico, the Pizza Carlo III that is full of bars and restaurants. This is a perfect place for a family. The neighborhood is calm, local and eveyone has been really nice during our stay. My biggest appreciation to Mr. Salvatore who has been an outstanding for us.

The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the apartment has all the commodities you would need. The humidity is a bit high inside even with AC on, which creates a humid smell, and there is a bit of mold starting to appear on the walls near the door, but this was minor. Great place!

David (8/5): - The apartment's location is in a neighborhood outside of the main tourist area. The apartments were easy to find on Google Maps App. The taxi was 15 Euro from the train station and the same cost to the airport. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the property. We stayed in the renovated small church. Ikea-style reno. Very sleek. Clean. Comfortable. Spacious for 2 people. No soundproofing at all. You hear everything outside in the busy neighborhood. Studio style with an additional tiny extra bedroom that only fits a bunk bed. Naples is not a clean city and it's overcrowded. You feel that everywhere in the city. I didn't feel unsafe and the neighbors were somewhat friendly. You will need to take transportation or walk 25 min to go to a good restaurant. My only complaint is the internet connection didn't work while we were there which was very inconvenient.

You cannot walk in the apartment with naked feet as it is too cold because a slipper is not provided. Shower head pressure is too low. You get charged extra for checking in late on top of what you’ve already paid. There isn’t any chair to sit down to relax. The property isn’t cleaned regularly.

Er entschuldigte sich dafür und sagte dass das gebuchte Apt. derzeit nicht zur Verfügung stehe. Guter Service geht anders. Würde es nicht empfehlen.
Josie (6/5): Pleasant - The property was very clean, Salvatore went above and beyond to try and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The WiFi was broken and there was no phone service from inside the room so we had to leave the apartment every time we needed signal. Despite being very communicative before we arrived, after we got there and flagged this problem Miriam didn’t respond to us. The area also wasn’t particularly nice.
Dan (10/5): Short but very comfortable stay! - Salvatore one of the property manager’s helped us with Checking in. There was a mix up on which room we had as part of our booking and he was immediately helpful getting us in separate bedrooms like it was agreed when booking. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Was helpful with restaurant tips and parking. If your working with Naples just a dirty town and the area is a little sketchy. But if you’re looking for a nice place near the airport this is a good one.

Seb (9/5): A very pleasant stay in a modern-feeling property which maintained its period features with beautiful high ceilings. Wou - It was extremely clean and well kitted out, with great air conditioning and super comfy bedding. Plenty of space inside to accommodate up to 4 people. The property seemed extremely modern and up to date, whilst maintaining the period features of the chapel building, with beautiful high ceilings. Finally, the owner was extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring our stay was as good as possible. The location was slightly out the way and noisy, yet this didn’t detract from the enjoyment, and you could easily catch a bus into town at one of the multiple bus stops nearby.

Stefanie (8/5): Solo 1 night stay 🙏 - Grateful they were able to accommodate my very late check in (for a 20€ fee) close to midnight! The gentleman who was waiting for me was very kind. I stayed only for one night and it was perfect for that. Very clean and comfortable. This particular room only had a high window in the bathroom and a tiny window in the main area so if i had stayed multiple days, it would have bothered me as i need windows but that’s just a personal preference :) easy to walk to main areas and the space was very big! Thank you!

Salvador was a great host meeting us just in time with a big smile. Very clean, great for spending a night in Naples Bed was quite uncomfortable for our taste . During the day you can hear the airplanes from the nearby airport really well but it didn’t bother us during the night. A bit far from the centre but we didn’t mind as we were there only for one night

There was also a well equipped kitchen, although we were eating outside. The location is outside of tourist attractions, but there are nice little local and cheap restaurants around and the train station is easily accessible by foot or bus. The apartment felt safe regardless the location. Salvatore was kind and helpful, making the check-in and check-out smooth and easy. We would recommend this place. Grazie mille! It's a pity there weren't any real windows. Bear in mind that there is also an extra fee for late check in, which is comprehensible since it's not a hotel.
Sayuri (10/5): Great apartment- would highly recommend - The apartment was fully furnished and very clean. The only downside is the location but we realised that most of Naples looked like that, overall it was a comfortable stay and the host was very helpful in booking our transfers.
PETER (10/5): - Great apts if you need to be near the airport or in that location. There is no exterior signage and the area surrounding the building had lots of food trash scattered around. Taxi was 25 from airport, 18 to airport. The kicker was that they do not do self check in and they charge you 20 euro to check in late. So to arrive at 11pm it cost me an extra 20. The room itself is new and pleasant, and the host very prompt and nice.

The owner's hospitality was exceptional, always there with a friendly smile and ready to assist us. The complementary water and free cleaning service during our stay were wonderful surprises that made our visit even more enjoyable. Additionally, the convenient location with excellent bus connections and nearby cafes, pizza places, and a supermarket made exploring the area a breeze. Our stay truly felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend The Quarters Naples Apartments to any couple looking for a comfortable and welcoming accommodation experience.
Jasmine (9/5): Superb - Multiple bottled sparkling water bottles were provided for free. The owner/manager was extremely accommodating, hospitable and helpful. Location is not bad, but could definitely be better.

Neil (8/5): Comfortable, good value for money, excellent help from the host - With the cost effective daily public transport ticket (5 euros), location was not a problem, being either 10 minute bus ride or 25 minute walk to Piazza Garibaldi (main train station). The property was very well presented with modern accessories. Nothing worth mentioning. The photos on the Booking.com website show a grand old style apartment - ours wasn't of that style, so that was a bit misleading. I understand there are a number of rooms / apartments available within The Quarters.
Anna Laura (10/5): Consigliatissimo - L'host è gentilissimo e super disponibile pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Tutto molto pulito, ristrutturato da poco, quindi tutto nuovo e arredato con ottimo gusto. La struttura è completamente in piano quindi adatta a chi è in carrozzina (appartamento Orientale) presente solo uno sbalzo di 2 cm; la doccia e lavabo non sono perfettamente accessibili, bisogna essere molto agili o farsi aiutare. Secondo me potrebbe essere più accessibile la doccia dell' appartamento The Church, guardando le foto del sito, ma non ho potuto verificare. Nell' angolo cucina non manca nulla c'è anche un bollitore. In bagno abbiamo trovato anche sapone, shampo e doccia schiuma che non è poco. C'è anche il phon. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, la notte. Il centro dista a 2,8 km circa ma a pochi passi sono presenti 2 autobus per andare in centro (accessibili a chi è in carrozzina) sono inoltre presenti una farmacia, un piccolo supermercato, un fruttiventolo e un tabacchi. Che dire, tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo!

Valentina (10/5): wonderful place to stay, I would come here again - The apartment is wonderful, well furnished, clean and with everything you need close by. Although the are does look a bit rough, the apartment isn’t and you can feel very save here. A big advantage for us was that we could walk to the train stations and a nice restaurant area in around 15min Everything is fine in the apartment. We thought that it might have been practical to have a washing machine for longer stays but we where only here for two days so we didn’t need it.

Iván (5/5): Passable - It was clean. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The apartment has no utensils, cups, plates. Also it needs at least one chair. The window is minimal, very difficult to air the space.

Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean place to stay in Naples, clearly just renovated so everything was brand new. Host was very helpful in getting in to the apartment and walking through the details. Location was great for the airport, less than 10 minutes away. Easy distance to the downtown of Naples for some of the best pizza! Would definitely stay here again!
Dominique (9/5): Very cozy and nice experience in napoli. - The 'apartment' is really cool. Bcs its inside of a church. Its really big. So familys can use it as well. Its very clean and you have the important things you need for a few nights to stay. The shower is nice and strong, no problems at all with the waterflow. It is not in zhe centre but a good location. If you want to be in the centre you need to deal with much louder noices. So its always a balance. I found it perfectly located for what we wanted. Centre, restaurants where reCheable by foot or bus. The host was very friendly. He explained to my partner what we can do, restaurants and helped us flexible with the taxi to the trainstaition when it was raining. Very uncomplicated and friendly. I cant say i didnt like it. But for me the bed was to soft and a bit to humid. But i think those are very personal opinions. I do know i have a strong opinion on humidity ;) The location is close for napoli. Depends what your searching for
