cristins salvadori (5/5): - Il villino è bello esteriormente comodo ai mezzi di trasporto La prima volta avevo almeno la macchinetta per il caffè in camera a questo soggiorno invece solo nella cucina in comune dotata solo di cialde e the, neanche un tovagliolo ne' qualcosa per la pulizia, in camera nessun cestino per l' immondizia che purtroppo dovendosi comperare tutto ho dovuto stipare su una borsa , le pulizie , durata del soggiorno 3 notti, solo una volta. Da sola ho pagato 134 euro a notte non credo sia poco, in più se si dorme al 1 piano ogni volta che qualcuno entra o esce si sente il portone sbattere

Guest (7/5): Alloggio trovato all'ultimo minuto, è servito per quello che dovevo fare, esperienza non perfetta. - Posizione comoda, zona tranquilla, struttura nuova. Ben gestito il sistema accesso. Pulizia e gestione della camera non hanno funzionato bene. Purtroppo la tavoletta WC era staccata quindi assolutamente non confortevole. Appena arrivata ho trovato della carta igienica nel WC e delle carte nel cestino del bagno... senzazione sgradevole di trovare un bagno usato mentre avrebbe dovuto essere pulito e non usato. Lo scarico del lavabo era intasato quindi acqua non defluiva. Trovati capelli in camera a terra. Vicini di camera molto rumorosi... ma questo non credo dipenda dalla struttura...

Bettina (9/5): Gerne wieder! - Zimmer geräumig und ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen. Alles sauber, tägliche Reinigung & Handtücher. Aufenthaltsraum hatte alles für Kaffee&Tee/kleiner Küchenbereich. Kontaktloses einchecken via Handy problemlos. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fußläufig. Durch das naheliegende Krankenhaus hört man häufig die Krankenwagen Sirene. Mal mehr, mal weniger.... Ein Herd ist vorhanden, aber keine Töpfe...wer es braucht.
Lea (6/5): Was ok for the value - The property is pretty, the rooms are large and clean. The organization was a bit chaotic. When we booked the room, we specifically booked for three people . However, the second bed was not made up up on our arrival. We then had to go into the linen closet in the basement ourselves. Unfortunately, they did not have enough linen. So that was a bit annoying after an exhausting trip. Also, our other group had issues and we were locked out of the rooms in the middle of the night. Thankfully, we were able to reach a staff member.
Nestor Fabian (10/5): Excellent rooms - The entire place is very clean. The rooms are spacious, very confortable and clean too. The street is quiet so you sleep good. Close distance to train or bus transportation. Walking distance restaurants There is no receptionist. I you need to leave bags during the day after check out there is not vigilance or lockers to store them.

Kapešová (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was awesome. Room was clean and had a lot of space, also a fridge. There was a kitchen for the rooms together. Public transport was about 3 minutes away and to the city centre it took about 20 minutes. Ideal spot. We heard a lot of noises from outside the room, in the apartment, but nothing what we can’t endure.

Nguyen (9/5): Peaceful - The room and surrounding areas are squeaky clean. The building lock will need some adjustment, as we have to push really hard after unlocking from the web. This hotel does not provide breakfast which I think is a must for traveller. In summary, I slept so well there and don't have any other complaints except the minor ones already mentioned above.

Adriana (9/5): Lovely accommodation, would stay here again - Very good stay in Rome, gives you the vibe of staying among locals. Bus station 5 minutes away. Local shops nearby. Very clean and quiet location. Nice and well-kept house and garden. Large room, comfortable bed, mini-fridge and coffee machine in the room. Complimentary water, prosecco and coffee pods in the room, we really appreciated them. Nice bathroom, good pressure shower and very nice, good quality cosmetics (including shampoo, conditioner and body lotion). No keys or card for entering the accommodation. The access is very simple, through an app. Keep in mind that you need your phone and Internet to be able to get into the garden/ house/ your room. Although the bus station is just 5 minutes away, it takes a bit to get in the city centre. Our room had a very long corridor at the entrance, I think that a closet could be placed there, as there is no closet in the room, just a metal support with hangers. Bathroom feels a bit cramped, however it is nice, modern and has everything you need. Check out is a bit too early (10 am).

Kevin (5/5): Despite the new amenities, the stay was disappointing with a musty basement room and poor service—wouldn’t recommend. - I was pleased with the overall appearance and quality of the amenities. Everything seemed relatively new, which was a pleasant surprise as this is not very common in Italy. The bathroom facilities were also quite nice, with some high-quality toiletries like shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion available for use. The building itself appeared well-maintained and modern, adding a nice touch to the experience. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I paid for an upgrade to a “Studio” expecting a spacious apartment with a kitchen, sofa, and TV, as described. Instead, we were given a damp, basement-like room with an additional small room that had an uncomfortable couch, hardly a place you’d want to spend time. The TV only had Italian channels, about 90 of them, with no other options. Additionally, there wasn’t much to do in the surrounding area, which felt quite limiting. Before our arrival, I was contacted via WhatsApp and pressured to complete the check-in process and pay the city tax immediately; I was told that without this payment, we wouldn’t be allowed into the property. However, on the booking platform, it clearly stated that city tax could be paid after the stay. Honestly, the small savings were not worth it, and I regret choosing this place. It wasn’t a pleasant stay, and I would recommend finding a different option.
Martin (9/5): Monteverdi / Trastevere Stay - The whole accommodation was spotless, cleaners were in every day. Very impressed with the keyless automated gates and doors. The communal area was fully equipped should you want to use it. Public transport was only 5 minutes walk away taking you directly into Rome Centre, and Trastevere train station is only 15 minutes walk away. Only fault was the main front door sticking which made it awkward to open and close . I reported this, so hopefully it will have been fixed.

Roree (3/5): This should be a last resort for your stay - The bed was comfy, the aircon worked really well, and the room had a good sized tv. The cleaning lady was also really nice. These are just the things that I can remember, there were probably more: - even tho they had a kitchen with a stove and oven, they didn’t have any pots or pans to actually cook anything with. - the shampoo and conditioner made our hair more greasy?? - the wifi was spotty a lot of the time - we didn’t have a do not disturb sign so after coming back from outside (30+ degrees Celsius), we’d come back to our aircon being turned off. - there is no elevator or disabled access - the lock on the door was kind of dodgy and I felt like if I put my back into it, I could probably rip the whole thing off Bla bla bla

The service from Belen was great too. The location is a bit far from all the attractions, but if you want an awesome place to come back to after a long day of walking, this is it.

They don't clean room or bring you new towels but if it's 10am at your last day they come and scream to you in italian "5 minutes, you should be gone by now". It is not as stated on booking that is close to Vatican or anything at all. To all important location minimum 8 stops via bus, or bus then metro.

We didn’t like the checkout time, we think it should be around 11-12, depending on the person of course.
Jan (10/5): Beautiful hotel in an amazing, calm location - Flawless communication on WhatsApp and online check in, no cards or keys, just make sure your phone is online and charged upon arrival, amazing cosmetics included for when you forget anything, beautiful garden, calm location (there's a hospital nearby so you can hear some sirens from time to time, but if your windows are closed it's all good), you can either take a bus or walk (~30 minutes) to the city center, I highly recommend getting a coffee at the local bars on the main street, the locals are very friendly and welcoming Can't think of anything really, maybe only the toilet seat which sometimes falls down when you stand up and makes a very loud noise, but that's a detail really:)
Michal (9/5): Youroom Monteverde is a great option for people looking for a clean, modern place to stay at :) - Overall the accommodation offers great value for the money! When someone enters the building you hear every step, I missed some kind of sound proofing.
Hanna (8/5): Amazing, comfortable, spacious, just worth every penny! - Room is very spacious, with a huge corridor before the main area of the bed. Bathroom's also quite big and very well equipped and everything just feels proper and organized. Colors of the room are easy on the eyes, furniture is very comfortable and user friendly and bus stop is just a minute walk and buses are very frequent. Whatsapp response with the staff is immediate. Cleaning lady comes every day and leaves the room just spot on. The neighborhood is a bit shabby, not too bad but not too nice. You have to open 3 doors electronically using an online link and application before you are inside your room, which is a problem if you are a tourist and don't have internet/wifi. Noise is sometimes too much from the common area outside and late at night.

Verified traveler (6/5): - Smooth check-in process. Modern and well equipped place. Great location! Could get the tram or bus to any where from close by stops. Very service oriented staff but not perfect. Had problems with the air conditioning. It worked for a total of 12 hours during a 7 day stay. Rome can get very hot and after a day out, you come home to a humid sauna. Apparently if another guest in the building changes the settings on their unit, it blocked our suite’s A/C. And it’s not easy to sleep with open windows due to traffic and ambulances of the nearby hospital. Their staff were always quick to respond to any questions over WhatsApp and they were doing their best. Free parking on the street nearby which was a huge plus. Easy location to get to without running into traffic. Very nice little garden outside to enjoy.

Ana Maria (10/5): - We booked the room on the top floor that came with a cozy terrace, a wonderful place to sip coffee and admire the view in the morning.The place was really clean and beds were very comfortable. The area is nice and there are a few nice dining options around, while a Conad supermarket is also close by. The tram #8 station is only a two-minutes walk away and the tram takes some 25-30 min to drop you off right at Piazza Venezia from where you can easily access all major sites. Overall, it was a nice stay and we were super happy with this place.

The room is very spacious, super clean and comfortable. Everything you need is provided. The cleaning lady even brings water bottles daily. As for the location it might seem a bit far, but using tram 8 to reach center is very convenient, so even this is not an issue. Highly recommend

Daniel (8/5): - This was almost a perfect stay. The facilities were awesome, the receptionist was super nice, helpful and always available by whatsapp call/text. Left me a complimentary bottle of champagne in the bedroom. Full kitchen, patio, dishwasher, etc. The only issue was that you needed your phone to access the property. There is no concierge on site, and there is a website that they use to unlock the gate/front door/room door. If there was a physical key it would be perfect, but my phone died while I was out one night and I nearly was unable to access the room.

It's a 5 minute walk from a bus stop that will go to the center of the city. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The access to the apartments and to the room was easy and effective. Nothing went wrong, on the contrary, but I would suggest including breakfast in the future, it would make everything even better.

Donha (10/5): Recommended! - Very clean, really spacious & beautiful rooms, easy to check-in online, comfortable beds and value for money. We also had a welcome prosecco and 2 bottle of water available in the room which were unexpected and a coffee machine was also available in the kitchen. The room looked exactly as the pictures. The location was a bit uncomfortable at night as there were a bunch of homeless people sleeping around the area however not in the same street as YouRooms.

Alpa (10/5): Excellent and would most definitely stay again - The room was beyond my expectations, the room was big and the bathroom was clean and a good size. Definitely deserves 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only problem I had was getting into the building. If you don’t have interest service then you would be in trouble 🥲

Georgia (10/5): Exceptional - Room is pristine. The unit is large, the bathroom has everything you could want in it, the bed is super comfortable and the AC works great. Lovely building and garden. And quiet when you sleep. Hosts are very responsive via cell. Would definitely stay there again. Might be a bit far out of the city center for some. We chose to be away from the noise of city. Luckily, the bus stop is a five minute walk and will take you anywhere in Rome. Good Chinese restaurant down the street also.
