• NATA VON LAU (9/5): Nice place, but noisy street. - Place was clean and spacious. New remodeling. Bathroom nice. Hall place had coffee and tea. Some snacks and water. Maria was helpful and very nice. Very noisy street!! Impossible to sleep.

Trevligt personligt bemötande vid ankomst och vid avfärd bokade värden Maria taxi till flygplatsen till bästa priset. Fick bra tips för aktiviteter som visade sig vara riktigt bra. Rummet fräscht, välstädat och tyst trots allt vardagsliv med trafik på gatan som vi satt och betraktade från ”innebalkongen”. Mkt sköna sängar! -

• Aurelia (10/5): - The apartment was beautiful, very clean and a good size. We had refreshments waiting for us in our room and there were also always pastries and snacks available in the lobby area. We were able to get our room cleaned whenever we wished, and it was lovely to come back to a freshly made bed and clean room after a long day. It was in a good location, close to both Porta Nolana and Garibaldi, where we could get the train to places outside Napoli or get the Metro into other parts of the city. It was also a very short walk to Via Tribunali with lots of restaurants and shops. The area felt safe and it was quiet during the night. Mary was very friendly and kept in touch via Whatsapp so it was always easy to get hold of her if we needed help. She gave us some recommendations for places to eat, and outlined the area we were in and how to get around.

The owner was kind, attentive and very helpful with all my needs, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the little details made it feel special. I left feeling well cared for and would definitely stay again.

They went above and beyond to help us and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We felt so welcomed and cared for—it honestly felt like staying with family. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples, we will definitely return!

• Elena (10/5): Très agréable - L'emplacement était vraiment idéal, on se trouve à deux pas des rues principales, à 10min à pieds de la gare et une vingtaine du port pour aller sur les îles. La chambre est bien rangée, la salle de bain est top rien à signaler tout était très bien. L'hôte était très attentionnée et sympathique. Il y avait une petite odeur d'égouts pendant deux jours mais ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôte.

Mención especial a Roberta que deja las habitaciones impecables. La situación de 10, a 10 min de la estación y al inicio de vía Tribunale, una de las principales calles de Nápoles y con más vida. Si vuelvo a Nápoles volveremos sin duda. Na todo genial

Apartament jest bardzo elegancki, czysty i wyposażony w wygodne łóżko. Składa się z trzech pokoi, z których każdy ma własną łazienkę. To doskonała opcja na city break w większej grupie. Do dyspozycji gości dostępna jest kawa, herbata, woda oraz włoskie słodkości — bez ograniczeń. Gospodyni obiektu, Mary, to przemiła i bardzo pomocna osoba. Przez cały czas pobytu była dostępna przez WhatsApp. Jest możliwość pozostawienia bagażu przed i po zakwaterowaniu. Gorąco polecam!

• Monika (10/5): Very Nice! - I really liked how clean it was. And also when you enter the hotel, there is a common room with treats, coffee and Tea for everyone to use. Mary was really really nice and did everything to make the stay a special experience. There was also Netflix with a signed in account, which was really cool :) You walk 3 Minutes to the historical center and around 20 to the main train station. I felt really safe and me and my friend were two girls so there’s always need for extra caution. Across the street is a little supermarket (Conad City) but there’s always water, tee, coffee and little sweets in the hotel.

• Sarah (9/5): - Alles zeer goed ervaren. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die ons veel uitleg gaf over de stad, bezoek aan Capri en bezoek aan Pompeï. De kamer was zeer netjes en werd elke dag gepoetst. Zeer dichtbij het centrum. Als we ooit terugkomen naar Napels, zouden we hier zeker terug verblijven!

Very friendly and attentive hotelier even when we arrived very late on the first night. Everything was perfect. Very useful breakfast bar and lounge area. Beds were firm. Street side was a little noisy with dustbin men early in the mornings. Also it is very close to some lovely restaurants and ice cream bars. Would recommend this accommodation. Thank you Mary.

• Vicki (10/5): This property is absolutely the best place to stay in Naples. - When opening the heavy wooden door to this apartment, one would not begin to expect what was behind. This property is absolutely amazing and in the centre of everything. Three rooms branch off of a well designed foyer which consists of an espresso maker with treats and a seating area. The design factor continues on when entering a very generous sized room with a lovely bathroom. It has everything you need for your stay in Naples. Our hosts Mary and Dominico went out of their way to get us settled in. I can highly recommend this property and will be staying again.

Mary was super helpful with local recommendations and anything we needed to make the most of our stay.

• Anthony (8/5): This is a good location for visiting the Napoli Centro Storico. The B&B is very maintained with modern decor and ame - The property is very close to Napoli Centro Storico. The place looks like it was recently renovated. It has the modern look. The soundproofing works really well and drowns out the noise from this lively neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and let us have access to the unit even though we arrived early from the ferry from Sorrento. The staff showed us how to get around the historic area. The staff also prearranged a taxi for us so that we could leave very early at 6:00 in the morning ( which is before normal taxi hours). Through no fault of the property owners, I did not like walking the historic center with all the scooters driving fairly fast in the walkway. I understand that this is the common ways for the local population to get to work and shop near where they live. I just don’t like the how hectic it felt.

It was easy to walk to good restaurants and all the sights I wanted to see. The breakfast bar was also very convenient. A very short walk to Via tribunali and let's face it, close to everything. The Duomo is less than a ten min walk. A stones throw from Napoli Centrale train station The owners and staff are just beautiful people, wonderful and accommodating with all your needs. If you are looking for a safe and quiet location in the very center, these rooms are the ideal choice.

We were two girls and fell in love with the whole environment 😍 There was room service every morning, and it was soooo clean 10/10. Every morning we had restock of croissants, muffins, espressos, orange juice and water. The security lvl of the apartment and building was on high lvl.
• Daavis100 (9/5): Great experience during our stay in Naples - The staff at the B&B was really friendly. Don't expect perfect English, but that didn't affect communication or the overall experience. Everything was clean and tidy, even the lobby. The instructions about check-in and check-out were perfectly clear, but even then, Mary was proactive and checked in with us multiple times during and our stay to ensure we were doing well. Overall, it was really good value for money. Formally, breakfast was included, but don't expect much more than a croissant and coffee. We would say that the location is right on the border between the nice part of the city center and the sketchy side near the Central Station and its surrounding area. Walking from Elegance Rooms towards the city center felt safe, and it is within walking distance of the main streets of the city.

Situated between Centrale and the Duomo metro Station it was perfectly located and within easy walking distance to the main sights and the Spanish Quarter. Situated on a side road ensured it was quiet and free of noisy traffic at night. The facilities were excellent and clean. The courtesy refreshments station was welcome and supplies were replenished daily. Mary and team went out of their way to make our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. • Ariella (9/5): Lovely stay! - The location was a little off the beaten track, but close to tourist centers - and just a short walk to one of the local markets! It was great to be in a real neighborhood - loved the balconies for people/street watching. The bathtub was fabulous - a real treat. A little weirdly configured since there's really no privacy between the toilet and shower and tub - wasn't an issue for us - can work around that. All in all a really lovely room!
