- Diana (9/5): Great value for money - The place is kept very clean. We had a private room with air con and a little fridge. The bed was very comfortable. We arrived late but the self check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The shower is just too small to have a nice shower in.

- Andrea (5/5): Fuori prezzo per i servizi che offre, non è una struttura da € 150,00 a notte ... - Ho chiesto il cambio asciugamani il giorno dopo consapevole che era a pagamento, tutto ok, rientro molto tardi la sera e trovo gli stessi asciugamani sporchi buttati a terra nel bagno dove li avevo lasciato. Oltretutto sia per la struttura che per i servizi è molto caro, ho pagato € 150,00 a notte oltre al parcheggio auto di € 7,00; per questi soldi mi aspettavo molto di più. Camere arredate con mobili molto datati messi lì senza un minimo di gusto.

Nonostante siamo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio, col check in compilato on line, la stanza non era pronta e ci hanno fatto aspettare. La mattina alle otto, mentre eravamo a letto, qualcuno ha provato a entrare in camera. Non c'era il bidet nel bagno.

- Magdalena (7/5): - Organizzata su due piani sul piano terra ci spazi in comune mentre nel piano superiore le zone letto Purtroppo nonostante la suddivisione sia una ottima idea la maleducazione delle persone non ha limiti ed il fatto che il personale sia presente in struttura fino alle 22 non è possibile regolamentare il silenzio notturno, ma per il resto tutto impeccabile!

- Ralitsa (8/5): Perfect for a short stay in Milano. - We had a private bathroom and the space is clean. There was an air conditioning in the room, so everyone can set the right temperature for themselves. I have good communication with the host. The place is far away from city centre but you can easily reach the place by public transport. Our room was pretty small, but there are a lot of opportunities in the place, so I think you can choose a bigger room. There was no enough electrical sockets in the room and the hanger at the entrance was broken.

TV funzionante, ma senza antenna. Bagno cieco senza aspiratore. Mancanza di bidet. Mancanza di ulteriori coperte. Check in on line che richiede obbligatoriamente selfie con documento in mano. Secondo il mio parere il prezzo non è adeguato alla tipologia di alloggio.

- Daniela (9/5): Un'oasi di comfort e tranquillità a Milano - Posizione comoda ( tra l'università Bicocca e l'ospedale Niguarda), in zona molto tranquilla e immersa nel verde. La struttura in generale era molto pulita, con spazi interni ben organizati (ampia area relax con distributori di bibite calde e di snack, distributore acqua, scaffali con i libri, tavoli e divani). Aggiungerei in camera una luce piccola (anche quelle a clip da Ikea) per leggere alla sera e un appendipanni al muro e in bagno posizionerei un piatto doccia (il bordo di gomma sul pavimento non tiene e quando si fa la doccia si allaga un po' il bagno) però in generale la camera e la struttura mi sono piaciuti molto.

Il check-in online viene fatto con una procedura esageratamente farraginosa e con un sito non ottimizzato. Nullo il supporto del customer service. Le istruzioni su come entrare dal portone principale sono errate, non si usa il codice ma un badge annesso alla chiave da passare in un punto che va trovato alla cieca in quanto non segnalato. Nelle ore notturne ci siamo trovati a non sapere come entrare, al numero di telefono per il supporto non ha risposto nessuno.
