• yukiko (10/5): - ビルディングは古いですが、お部屋はとても広く綺麗で素晴らしかったです。 ヨーロッパでは珍しく歯ブラシも付いてました。 体重計、スリッパもありました。 6階ですが、シャワールームも水量温度共にGood‼️ 場所もとても便利、プレシビート広場、ベヴェレッロ港やスーパーマーケットも近く本当に満足しました‼️ ナポリに行ったら又泊まりたいです。 建物とエレベーターが古いです。
• Lenart Fužir (10/5): - The host was super helpful and very responsive on WhatsApp. The host helped us book a taxi to go back to the airport. While we were exploring the city, the whole room got cleaned, all of our clothes were folded, and the whole bathroom got cleaned. They really pay attention to cleanliness. Our room got upgraded to Bellavista room, which had an awesome view to Vesuvius and also the hill above Naples. I would recommend Belavista apartment to anyone.

The location is excellent – very close to the port area, the beach is just a short walk away, and you can easily take a boat trip to explore other places. We felt safe during our stay, and the host provided us with a helpful map showing local attractions and dining options, and was always available whenever we needed assistance. I warmly recommend this accommodation and would be happy to return on another occasion. -

• Juan (5/5): Good place to sleep, poor communication and lame breakfast - Location is great, very clean and very updated. Can’t say anything bad about the room and decoration. Staff was friendly Even tho they were very friendly communication was really bad. When I checked in there was no instructions oh how to get into the “hotel” there was no signs or anything on the street had to ask several people. There was no one at the lobby and texted the hotel had no early response. They didn’t explain how does the Entrance door works at night, to my surprise when I went back to the hotel the door was closed and locked and I had no clue how to open it, texted the hotel, the owner, the assistant and NO One gave me an answer. I had to stay outside until a guest arrived and explained how to access the door. The so called included “BREAKFAST” is a voucher to claim a coffee and a croissant in a nearby cafe, I would def not call that a breakfast. For the price I would be better in a real hotel, and that’s what I will do in the future

Location is great, peacefull street, only 2 min walk from center and 10 min walk to the beach. Very safe, building has 24/7 security. Breakfast is nice, good coffee, juice and warm pastry. The owner Massimo is an amazing host, he gave us helpful tips and helped us with everything. Trip from airport is easy, there is a direct metro line 1. I highly recommend this hotel and will certanly come back! :)

• Bartosz (10/5): Polecam serdecznie! - We spent a week here with my wife and son, it was a great time for us. We explored Naples on foot and by public transport. A 10-minute walk to two metro lines that connect the most interesting locations in this beautiful city. Three are many nice restaurants nearby and wonderful coast. The room is clean, well equipped and comfortable and the owner is very nice and helpful. After a few days, we got a larger room than we had booked, which made our stay even more comfortable. Lucky us! :) Thank you ! the bar that served breakfast didn't have the nicest service

Ragnatela importante con tanto di ragno, qualche capello nella doccia, lavandino con lo scarico leggermente occluso, qualche macchia su coprimaterasso e asciugamano, condizionatore troppo rumoroso e non molto efficiente, letto con una gobba al centro un bel po' scomoda.

• Secundo (10/5): Relax tra Arte e Mare - Il sig Massimiliano è stato molto professionale ed ha saputo fornire indicazioni utilissime. La stanza era meravigliosa ed abbiamo scoperto che aveva anche un soppalco con il letto singolo. Il letto era super confortevole. La stanza è stata pulita tutti i giorni nonostante non fosse un hotel, la struttura viene gestista come se lo fosse: pulizie giornaliere, cambio biancheria, reception. Molto bello il palazzo all'interno del quale era situata la stanza. Ottima la posizione a due minuti dal Lungomare, a 10 minuti dalla metro Municipio e a 7 minuti a piedi dalla piazza Plebiscito. Super consigliato!

• AVSHALOM (10/5): - I highly recommend this place! The rooms are located in a historic building, but they are beautifully maintained and very cozy. Special thanks to Massimo — such an incredibly pleasant, attentive, and caring person. He was always there, helping us and finding solutions to any questions we had. If I could give him not just 10 points but 100, I would! The location is excellent, in a quiet and convenient area. Without a doubt, I will come back here again.

• Pavel (10/5): Pleasant Stay in Naples - Pleasant Stay in Naples The accommodation met our expectations – the rooms were clean, nicely maintained, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude of the owner, who was kind and supportive throughout our stay. A big plus was his quick response when we realized we had accidentally left a passport in the room after check-out. He called within an hour to let us know he had found it and kept it safe for us. Parking was available just across from the property, seemed secure, and the staff we interacted with were also very friendly. Overall, we had a positive experience and were satisfied with our stay. -

• Vanja (10/5): Semplicemente perfetto - Struttura si trova all’interno di un bel palazzo pulito e accogliente . Posizione dell’alloggio vicino al mare è facilmente raggiungibile al centro , direi in una delle più belle zone di Napoli . Stanza pulitissima , comoda con tutti confort necessari per soggiornare. Eravamo una coppia con un cane di piccola taglia proprietari sono stati molto gentili e hanno accolto anche il cagnolino senza alcun problema . Ci e’ piaciuto tutto .

• Guest (10/5): Busy city this location was comfortable and safe the host was so helpful. The room was very occomidating. - Clean and welcoming. Location was perfect. We had to pay for parking but at least car was safe. We were ok with that.

• Reuven (10/5): מיקום מעולה, חדר מצוין ושירות נעים - נקי מאוד, נעים ושמור. החדר היה בסדר גמור, והמקלחת צמודה ונקיה מאוד. זהו בעצם מעין מלון דירות נקי ונעים במיקום טוב. תמורה הוגנת בהחלט למחיר. בבוקר מוקדם היה רעש חזק של בניה מבחוץ, אבל זה כנראה בכל מקום באזור הזה

• Guest (10/5): Phenomenal guest house staffed by the kindest people. - Staff was exceptionally kind and helped advise me through some of the best spots in Naples. Bed was comfortable, WiFi was great, and the location was amazing! Would absolutely stay here again.

• Puccetti (10/5): Comodo e molto consigliato per un viaggio di lavoro. - Camera confortevole, personale molto disponibile e posizione ottima, sia per chi partecipa alle tante conferenze che si tengono negli hotel del lungomare, sia per chi viaggia per turismo.
• Paolo (10/5): Struttura molto carina e gestita benissimo - Tutto. La camera spaziosa, pulita, arredata con gusto, con anche soppalco. Letto comodo. Tutto il necessario (frigo, macchina caffè, microonde ecc ecc). La gentilezza dei proprietari/gestori super. Premurosi e sorridenti, hanno soddisfatto anche la mia richiesta di poter tenere l aria accesa per fare stare al fresco i nostri due cagnolini quando noi eravamo fuori. Davvero, io e mia moglie siamo rimasti entusiasti e visto che ogni tanto io per lavoro torno a Napoli torneremo sicuramente presso di voi. Grazie ancora per l ospitalità!

• Lara (9/5): Ottimo, ci ritornerei sicuramente - Posizione ottima per raggiungere tutte le maggiori attrazioni della città comodamente a piedi, facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi. La signora che ci ha accolte é stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nell’indicarci le migliori soluzioni per spostarci in città Leggera presenza di polvere (diventata un problema sol perché tra noi c’era un individuo ad essa allergico) e il fatto di aver dimenticato di avvisare il bar, in cui é offerta la colazione, della presenza di una celiaca.
