• April (2/5): - The room was decorated nicely, hot water in shower ran well, close to colosseum Walls were really thin. You could hear all noises from outside as well as rooms next to it. I booked for a twin bed room, when we arrived the beds had been put together and the staff didn't seem to want to rectify straight away, and they wasn't aware of the pull out bed which had no sheets for. The bedding was really thin and I was cold.

• Anne (8/5): Great location! - Fantastic location - 10 minutes’ walk from the Colosseum! There’s a lovely park called Celio nearby, which you can walk through to get to the centre. It’s a bit noisy, but only to be expected when you’re so near the city centre.

• Ditano (2/5): Su 5* ne do appena 2 scarso - Niente. La stanza era in un sotto scala,la finestra si apriva a metà marciapiede,la finestra doveva rimanere sempre chiusa perché ai vedevano solo motorini e macchine parcheggiate e se si apriva la finestra entrava solo odore di smog .

• Anamelys (8/5): Práctico - la habitación es tal cual la foto, espaciosa y en relación al precio muy bueno, es una zona residencial a 1 cuadra te queda una parada de bus, pero no hay nada cerca para comprar (tiendas de conveniencia o restaurantes) la anfitriona Maria es excelente, cero complicada y dispuesta a resolver y a darte la mejor vibra para q estés cómodo… Solo podría decir, que está algo distante de los atractivos turísticos a 15min caminando y que si son personas mayores y traen equipaje pesado hay q subir y bajar escaleras

• Roderick (8/5): Amazing - Cute room, not really expensive for what you get, we had everything we needed honestly, good AC, comfortable bed, very clean, mini fridge with some water which was free, coffee and so on. The location is very good because It's 15-17mins away from the colosseum by walk which was great then once you reach that, you can walk for another 17-20 mins to Trevi fountain, while you walk there's a lot to see too, only downside is that it was very hot, but we managed. The person that introduced us to the room, her name was Maria was very friendly, approachable and super nice to us, she explained everything to us gave us the keys and we were good to go. All in all it was a pleasant experience!
• Matthew (8/5): Very good - Nice comfortable room with air con, private bathroom and comfortable bed. Relatively close to the Roman Forum so that was also handy. Walls were pretty thin so could hear the people next to me but wasn't too bad.

At 16.10 when we had almost reached the guesthouse, I received a message: I should call 30 minutes before arriving. There was no one to receive us. There was a coffee machine, 2 coffee pads, no teabags A glass in the bathroom would have been nice
• Violeta (9/5): Definitely will come back. - Good value of money even in a Jubilee year,nice and quite zone ,walking distance to the Colosseum and local shop and within 5min from the rooms is located bus stop. Nice staff which was very helpful, as we had a problem with hot water in one day of our stay and it was immediately solved .

• Martin (9/5): Very nice stay in clean secure accommodation - Maria, who met us for check in, is an absolutely lovely girl and a pleasure to deal with. Maria was unfortunately delayed in traffic due to road closures, so we had to wait in the heat for 30 minutes. However, her charming personality made us quickly forget this inconvenience.

• Jamie (10/5): Lovely Place! Would Recommend to Others! - Clean room with all the essentials you would need. Lovely toilet/shower room. Hair dryers provided. Free of charge safe to use for valuables and passports. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum! Felt like a very safe building, which was reassuring for us as a couple on our first holiday away together.

• Ken (9/5): Superb - We only stayed two nights. The location worked well for us. We could walk to the colosseum and Trevi fountain. Our room was comfortable for two, internet and TV was good. It had a kettle and coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was good and had a very nice shower. A shower mat would have been nice for us older folks, as shower base was a bit slippery when wet. Hosts were nice and a very pleasant couple. I would definitely stay here again. There are no restaurants close by.

Free coffee Netflix worked for the early night in. Could have benefited having milk for tea or coffee but it wasn’t the end of the world not having milk.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - loved the location and cleanliness of it. it's so close to the colesseum and center of rome, everything's within walking distance. room itself was spacious, bed was comfortable, and coffee machine with pods and a kettle was also provided. staff super friendly too! we had a late check in, and as they don't have a reception, had to call ahead to be let in. had absolutely no issues with this and were met as soon as we arrived! super friendly and helpful too, pointing out places to eat nearby!

• Yee (8/5): Worth the value - Consider clean, and we are able to leave our luggage before check-in. Owner was friendly and helpful. It’s just 15 minutes away from the Colosseum so location wise it’s not bad. Might have some noise issue. You can hear footsteps, door opening, car passing by etc, which might be a little difficult to sleep

• Ivana (9/5): Overall good stay - Quiet and clean apartment. Everything you need for your stay. Quick walk to Colesseum and Roman Forum. The bathroom had a bad odour coming from the plumbing (sewage-y). Wasn't overpowering but just a bit unpleasant. A little bit far to get to the main restaurant area if walking- recommend scooter or uber etc

• Dominik (6/5): Pleasant - Location is good, 15 min walk to the Colosseum. There is also a bus stops nearby so you just can hop on a bus and go everywhere you want. The room itself looked nice and beds were pretty comfortable. Communication with the host wasn't very pleasant. Our message on booking was left unnoticed till this day and there were some problems with the check-in on the day of our arrival. It's not very pleasant to wait and sit on the street for over an hour after 10+ hours of travelling with the message "i have a problem with a car" without further info. Sure, these things happen, but the communication could be a lot more professional. BATHROOM! There was a huge mold in a corner of the room. It is on a perfectly visible place so i just cannot understand how it is left unnoticed. Also, the room could be cleaner. There were chunks of dust under the entire bed. For me, being a person with allergy, this is a problem. Overall the apartment was nice, but the mold in the bathroom should be resolved ASAP!
• Nikolaos (8/5): Very good - It was a very quiet street in a safe neighbourhood, 10-15 minutes walk from public transportation. The room was clean and big enough for two people. It's a semi-basement, which limits the daylight. In summer when it's hot, it's a very good thing, but I don't know how it would be in winter.

Maria adds value! - We liked the looks of the room, it looks new and Maria was super helpful and very kind. the location is not very good, it is far from metro station and bus station is near but the busses are usually very late or inaccurate. the noise was also big from the room next door, we could hear everything like there were paper thin walls, so we could not sleep at night, as the neighbors were very loud.

• Asya (10/5): Exceptional - The room was well-furnished and squeaky-clean. The location is in a lively neighborhood, 10 min away from the Colosseum, close to bus stops and metro. The hosts are very welcoming, ready to satisfy all of your needs. The things we were missing were a shelf in the shower to put your own products and lighter curtains or blinds to use during the day, but these were not a deal-breaker. Overall everything was great!

• Ivana (10/5): Great location and great accommodation. - Superb property within walking distance of most of the attractions but recommend getting a bus (bus 81 takes you from the property past most attractions to Vatican). Very spacious room, clean and cosy. Even gave us breakfast vouchers for breakfast at the local cafe. And we left a bag for a few hours on the last day before going to the airport. Very accommodating and responding immediately The room was underground, so the window was at the level of the street. The glass was tinted, but still it was a bit uncomfortable.
• Mariya (8/5): Nice place in good area near by Coliseaum - The hostess was super friendly and nice! The place is near by Coliseum in a nice quiet zone. The room is big enough maybe the only one thing that is not perfect is the floor but we did not spend so much time in the room anyway.
• Kieran (10/5): A very enjoyable stay in a room close to the colosseum - Staff were amazing and really accommodating. Room was super clean. If you’re light sleeper you may need ear plugs if your neighbours come in late or get up early. A second set of keys would be useful……my friend and I got separated on a night out so if proved to be quiet difficult for us both to gain access.
• Mario (8/5): Very good - Not an issue with the property, but finding a taxi in Rome these days is virtually impossible. Very difficult to move around Rome.

The lady was very helpful and recommended us some interesting restaurants. Shop next to the Colosseum, about a 10-minute walk. A key safe, electric kettle and a fridge are available in the room.
