We had an issue with the AC one night which was promptly corrected by the staff the next day. Staff is excellent and the service was great. Borgo Pio is a pedestrian only street, but the side streets give easy access. Taxis will likely drop you off at one of the through streets but still very convenient.

Our hotel room was quiet, comfortable, and fantastic AC. The staff were exceptional, professional and helpful with all our enquires. We had breakfast every morning which was fresh tasty and offered many options. We ate twice at the restaurant and had evening cocktails every night. The hotel offers luggage storage and there is also a guest lounge to shower and relax after check out. We will be recommending this hotel.

- Leanne (10/5): Charming Stay near The Vatican! - We stayed in the “Design Room” and absolutely loved it! Spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, quality bed. We look forward to the lovely breakfast each morning before our easy 5-minute walk to The Vatican. Fantastic location on a charming cobblestone street full of great restaurants, gelaterias, souvenir shops, grocery store and a pharmacy. Our favorite dinner was at Roberto Cucina and we enjoyed the pasta carbonara from a small takeaway place called EGG Pasta Fresca. Of all the gelaterias nearby, Hedera was hands down the best! The hospitality was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Our rooms were beautiful, very clean and the air conditioning was a delight after a long hot day seeing the breathtaking sights of Rome! Our breakfasts were always fresh and delicious. We had drinks and dinner twice during our stay. Once we "people watched' while seated at the outdoor restaurant in front of the hotel and the other day we sat in the peaceful, quiet "dream garden" behind the hotel. Both were fantastic! The food was terrific but in all honesty it is the staff that makes your stay special. Camilla at the front desk was sweet and welcoming while Giacomo took care of all our needs while dining. Giacomo and his chefs and waitstaff couldn't doo more for us! We were treated like family and we can't wait to go back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff are beyond kind and outgoing, the restaurant is so amazing with a great variety. The rooms are so clean and modern. We had to leave before breakfast but they had 2 sack breakfasts waiting at our departure. This was honestly like staying with family.

This is one of my favorite areas in Rome because it’s close enough to everything yet set aaprt from the chaotic historic center. Room was small & we had tight quarters but the bed & pillows were both extremely comfortable. Very clean room, excellent water pressure, and the staff was incredible! Upon check in they asked for dietary restrictions in order to accommodate for breakfast. They had Gluten free breadfor me and will toast it. - Juan (10/5): - Staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Room was big, we had a nice view to the street. We couldn’t hear any noise from the street. There is everything walking distance from you. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff at the restaurant is great. You have a lot of food and shopping options in the same street.
- Malcolm (10/5): - The staff was always attentive and pleasant. The area was extremely close to the Vatican City which made it quite easy to get around walking.
- LUPITA (10/5): - Hotel has just been updated rooms are spacious, and it is two blocks from the Vatican. Many restaurants nearby as well. Loved the free breakfast options.

- Douglas (10/5): - This place was wonderful! The rooms , the restaurant and the food was the best , the lobby although small was beautiful clean and Chiara behind the desk was the best part of all. Always greeting you with a big smile and very helpful with all your needs . Very modern facility and a stone’s throw from St Peters . Maria and Jon our servers were incredible, anticipated your needs and learned your favorites . My wife Debbie and I hated to leave and gave everyone hugs. We’ll be back !!!
