• Eva Cecilia (7/5): - Quiet and good location. Clean room and had what we expected. Beds were ok. Very loud fan in the bathroom that couldn't be turned off and still have the light on. Late check-in time (5:00 pm). No staff in place to talk to for advice and tips. Only contact was by WhatsApp, booking.com or by phone.

Множество ресторанти и барове в квартала, в който се намира пртаментът. Чистота и удобство на самия апартамент и дружелюбен и винаги отзивчив персонал. Посещавам този апартамент за пореден път и винаги всичко е прекрасно. Ще го посещавам и за в бъдеще.

• Hussam (8/5): - The room is clear, with easy access and walking distance from Vatican If you park your car on a public street in front of the hotel, be careful—thieves may break in if they see anything inside. Unfortunately, this happened to us. However, when we asked the host, he helped us by suggesting safe places to park our car. Sad that this was too late.

All you need for a few night in Rome. Bus station very close by. The shower head was broken, not a biggie. And soundproofing was poor but that is typical of most places!!

Could be cleaned a little better, but actually fairly typical for a facility.. cleaning staff are often not very good at really cleaning in all the cracks and crevices, and floors are often only wiped over, when in fact they need to be washed thoroughly..

Shouted at in front of my family and accused of purposely blocking their bathroom From the first moment I arrived the shower would flood when I first used the sink and flushed toilet and then recede down the drain. Disgraceful behaviour and will never be returning.

• T (10/5): Exceptional - We stay for 3 nights and after that i can recommend this place to everyone!!! The place is clean and quiet at the night we had house keeping everyday, we are very pleased. Around the place we found a fantastic restaurants with homemade pasta, just fabulous. The communication with the stuff of the place is just great, the place is on fantastic spot, cross the street and Vatican is there, also there is a bus stop and you can go everywhere. Price is very reasonable and the comfort is great. Mattress is firm the pilows are soft, the bed is big. There's a wardrobe desk, chairs, everything you need. On a hotel description it doesn't say nothing about iron and iron board, but actually there is, so thankful for thta. Excellent!!! We would stay there again!!!

• Odalys (10/5): Excelente location!! - I recently stayed at BePlace Holy See near the Vatican, and I must say, its location is absolutely excellent. Being just a short walk from the Vatican, it made visiting St. Peter’s Basilica and other attractions incredibly convenient. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. The area is lively and perfect for exploring on foot, as many points of interest are within walking distance. Everything in the hotel was impeccable, just as shown in the photos. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience Rome! N/A

Cute little modern ikea style room with new and modern shower bath. Also proper blinds to full block the light in the morning if you like to sleep a bit longer as we do ;) We personally do not like ground floor rooms too much - if that is not for you either you should be aware that the rooms are in the ground floor apartment.

• Renate (10/5): A gem, this would be the perfect description of this place. - Simply beautiful. Squeaky clean room and bathroom with plenty of space to enjoy. Complimentary coffee and tea are always well stocked, and there is great air conditioning (we were even a little cold if it stayed on too long). The hosts are more than kind and attentive, as well as helpful. Ernesto was always checking in to see if there was something we needed or if he could do anything to make our stay even more pleasant. The location is a 10/10 as it is incredibly close to the Vatican (3 min) and Sant'Angelo Castle. Reading other reviews, i found that many complained about the noise coming from outside. i didn't have the same experience and had a great sleep in the comfy bed. You can't open the blinds to see the view due to safety. However, that's understandable since the room was on the ground floor. Overall, it's an amazing place and definitely the best in Rome. We can't wait to come back! If i had to name something, it would be the water pressure. It was a bit too low for my liking, but nothing you can't work with.

The room was newly renovated, very comfortable and quiet which allowed good rest after long busy days of exploring the beautiful city Rome. Overall love it - We did not have a breakfast in room we went outside and it was a nice breakfast place just a few steps outside Only one concern: this is very small place, looks like it was an apartment before, and was decided in 3 rooms with common kitchen, because of it , can hear everything what happen outside of you room. We were lucky our neighbors were very quite but we can here when doors were open in close in common area. Everything else was outstanding.

Andrea's really helpful too with checking in, keeping our luggage and booking a taxi service. Location is superb, a few minutes walk to St Peter's Basilica, restaurants and souvenir shops. The spacious room was tidied everyday and there's free coffee and tea too. Heater worked well given the breezy weather. It'd be nice if bath towels were replaced at least every 2 nights/days.

I like that they thought about every detail, like the automatic light in the bathroom or the convenience of checking in and out. I wish you had a little bit more facilities in the common area like luggage storage/ washing machine or an oven. But you can't be perfect:)
