• Blanca (5/5): Aceptable para estancias cortas. Deben arreglar la ducha. - El acceso fue fácil. La cama era muy cómoda. Disponer de mini frigorífico fue todo un plus. La ubicación tiene su parte positiva (al lado de la estación central) y su parte negativa (se pasa miedo por la noche). A pesar de no ser el mejor barrio, el edificio en sí parece habitado por personas trabajadoras y no problemáticas. El tamaño de la estancia es adecuado para una escapada de poco tiempo en la que vas a estar todo el día fuera, ya que es solamente una habitación y un baño. No es un apartamento ni un hotel. Es una casa pequeña convertida en habitaciones individuales de alquiler privado. Se siente como una habitación de hotel, todo reformado... Menos la ducha (elaboro en la siguiente sección). Lamentablemente tuvimos un incidente con la ducha. La "alcachofa", fija en la pared, es pequeña y antigua. aparte de no estar a la par con la modernidad del resto del baño y la habitación, tampoco era funcional y estaba claramente defectuosa (quizá por obstrucción/ falta de limpieza) ya que enviaba el agua en diferentes direcciones y era muy difícil ducharse. Además, las puertas que hacían de mampara no se cerraban completamente ni en vertical ni en horizontal abajo: el agua que salía disparada por la alcachofa acababa irremediablemente inundando el suelo del baño. Tampoco había fregona, así que tuvimos que usar las toallas para quitar el agua. Menos mal que solo estuvimos dos noches. Animo al dueño del alojamiento a ducharse para comprobarlo por sí mismo. Realmente me da lástima poner una valoración mediocre porque el resto de las instalaciones están muy bien, pero fue una situación desagradable e inaceptable. Por último, tengan en cuenta que el calentador que se encuentra en la habitación número 1, donde yo me alojé, se escucha perfectamente cuando los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones usan el agua caliente.

• Angelica (9/5): - Stanza mollo bella, arredata con gusto. Letto comodissimo. Posizione ottima. L.'unico punto negativo a mio parere è la caldaia nel bagno. A quanto mi è sembrato, si accendeva (facendo un rumore fastidioso) anche quando non la usavamo noi ma le altre stanze. A quanto pare era collegata.
• Petr (10/5): Moderní apartmán v centru Neapole - Potřebovali jsme ubytování na jednu noc před odletem domů a toto se jevilo jako dobrá volba. A volba to nakonec byla skvělá. Ubytování se nachází v centru Neapole, hned vedle stanice metra a vlakového nádraží. Vedle vlakového nádraží je také zastávka pro Alibus (letištní autobus), což je odsud velmi blízko. Pokoj je čistý a moderní a personál milý. Nebyly žádné problémy.

• Simone (7/5): Convenient location, but amenities fall short - The room was nice, and the bed fairly comfortable. The location is very convenient, especially if you need to be near the train station. Overall, I would recommend it to those who prioritize location. The bathroom didn’t have a toilet. TV channels like Canale 5 and Italia 1 had poor reception. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and mobile phone signal was weak. On Saturday, despite my planned checkout at 11:00, housekeeping rang the bell at 9:20 and again at 10:30, waking me up. The area near the station is not particularly pleasant.

• Chunhong (7/5): Good - This hotel is advertised online as Napoli Forever Bed & breakfast in Naples, Italy, but it actually doesn't provide breakfast at all!! It would be great if the owner could update the online information to avoid misleading potential customers in future. Also, tea bags and instant coffee are available in the room but no milk provided.
• Juan Gustavo (6/5): - This accommodation consists on three renovated rooms in an old building. The rooms are in the ground floor so there is no need of an elevator. Notice, however, that in the street, there is no sign on where the rooms are, so it is mandatory to stay in contact with the owner to get instructions for accessing the building and the rooms. He sent those via WhatsApp. In general, the room and the bathroom were quite clean, but the lack of proper ventilation made the room smell like humidity. Regarding the administration there were two things I disliked. First, the owner entered the room once we were installed in it to proceed with the registration and to collect the city tax. We arrived at 15:00 and he went to the room at 19:00-ish (once we were resting). In my opinion, the registration can be handled in the hall and there is no need for the owner to enter the room. Alternatively, he can show up at the arrival time and no much later. Second, in our room there was a closed with the clean sheets and towels for all the rooms. So, whenever the cleaning lady required something for the other rooms, she has to enter ours to take it. Such closet can be put in the hall!
• Michał (6/5): Good overall except from the bathroom. - Close to train station, clean room. Tiny bathroom, limited shower gel and toilet paper, no hangers, faulty boiler. There was no information from the host how to get into the building. After the call he sent us info on WhatsApp (btw. the code has 4 digits, not 5 as it seems on the video), but we had to wait for him 30 minutes to conclude the payment. Be prepared to have some cash for city tax. The host is very friendly, but the communication could be much better.
• Uta (9/5): Superb - Super close to everything, Metro, bus, tram, train, supermarket 1 min away and a store that makes sandwiches to order around the corner, other restaurants 2-5 mins away, old town in walking distance, couldn't be more convenient I would have liked a table lamp to turn off the over head lights and some place to hang towles in the bathroom

The room overlooked courtyard with very little natural light, bathroom was very narrow and awkward, external keys didn’t work well, not a pretty area of town

• Aaron (6/5): Poor, unattended High crime area, avoid with kids. - The rooms are exactly like the photos, nice and clean, toilets are smaller than they look but still a good size for all. Free waters in the fridge, some tea and coffees and plenty of towels. We had no message from the property about how to get in the building or where the property actually was within the building as it’s in a massive local block of flats, we had to physically phone the property and then they told us they would WhatsApp the information over, it would be a bit more professional to just send over that information within the booking.com messages. Also, yes the property is right next to the train station, but this area is one of the most deprived and high crime areas in the whole of Naples, if you have kids or you are only women/a single traveller I would recommend just paying a bit extra to keep away from this area. If you do intend to use this property just keep away from the train station later in the evening when it gets dark and be alert.

• Joseph (7/5): What it says on the tin - The hotel essentially is what is described. If you get in late from a flight and want an easy place to check into near the station, it works. I noticed others have mentioned the area being a bit dodgy, but didn't seem terribly frightening to me. It's cheap and easy and fine for one night. How to check in was sent to me over whatsapp that evening. I would have preferred having this information ahead of time, in the event I had internet data problems. It was fine though. We were able to check in without a problem.
• Irfan (5/5): Passable - I like just 500 meter away from the train station The location of hotel near to train station it was good but the street of the hotel is the whole street full ashes and canabis like this smokers stayed the street and other thing if some gust come to out of country and u don't internet or mobile charging then u can not find the any kind of hotel service because there is no body they just contact u on Ur WhatsApp and guide u on WhatsApp so i thinks its difficult for new guests my opinion for hotel owner they must provide reception service like other hotels. otherwise its my first and last time thanks
• MICHAEL (4/5): - Not a hotel. Basically 3 remodeled rooms in old noisy building where you hear every time a door is closed. Management not on top of giving check in instructions like other places. Had to reach out when I was there for them to let me in. I was charged the 3 euro tax right away though ‘the boss’ knocked on door later asking for it again.

• Anna (6/5): Pleasant - All 3 rooms were facing 2 quiet court yards, and the windows provided additional protection from noise. The windows also had bars, so it was possible to have the windows open without worrying somebody breaking in. All 3 rooms are located on the ground floor. The rooms are newly remodeled and very clean. We appreciated very much that the owner let us check in 50 minutes early. The mattress was comfortable. Air-conditioning worked very well. We were given the smallest room (Room #3), which was quite tight for 2 people. The walls between rooms 2 and 3 are not well- insulated, so you could hear everything that was going on in room 2. Also, the doors didn't provide much sound protection, and so at 1 am we had to listen to people talking for one hour as their voices echoed in the small hallway. The mattress was covered with a flat sheet that was too small, so it got undone every night, making sleeping uncomfortable. Despite the small size of the room, there was a large wardrobe closet that was locked and not available to the guests. Probably this closet provides storage for the condo. The outlets on either side of the bed are not the standard European type and accommodate only the old-fashioned Italian "linear" plugs. The only standard European outlet was in the bathroom. Communication with the owner was difficult due to the owner not responding to questions in a timely manner. No check-in instructions were provided, despite letting the owner know of our arrival time. There was no hot water on one out of three mornings, so taking a shower was a challenge. No waste basket, no cups, no water bottles, no coffee, and no tea were provided in the room. The owner didn't check even once if everything was ok. Overall, we had the feeling that we were unwelcome.

• Doru (9/5): Superb - Very clean, very quiet place (you cannot hear anything outside), the rooms are situated into an inner courtyard, safe and cozy. The cleaning lady was very nice (also romanian) and I can confirm this is a plus for the host and property. Garibaldi Square is not the best location to stay in Naples but the location of the property is right behind the restaurants area, and right next to the central train station.
• David (8/5): Superb location for a traveller passing through Napoli - very convenient for rail station and then bus to airport. Central location, restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed and brand new bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. We were able to leave our bags in advance of the checkin time, We could not lock the door with the room key or the flat key. The outside door was unlocked at night. There was nothing to make a cup of tea or coffee.

• Ma. (8/5): Very good - The room is small and basic but it's clean and it has good air-conditioning. It's near the central train station, piazza garibaldi, metropark bus station and all sorts of hotels and restaurants.
• Ava (10/5): Fantastic accommodation in Naples - My partner and I absolutely loved the accommodation. The staff were fantastic, they made the process very easy for us. It was very close to the center of Naples, the main metro station and train station were a two minute walk from the accommodation. I couldn't recommend this place enough :)

• Daniela (10/5): Napoli forever is an amazing place to stay!! If you’re looking for something central, nice and clean, this is the place - The property was clean. The AC was perfect in the middle of one of Europe’s biggest heat waves. The host is sooo friendly, sooo helpful and very attentive. I wish the window was bigger, but that’s a tiny trade off in my opinion.
