I don’t drink, and I didn’t even know they had hard liquor. Seal was broken, I guess next time we check all the seals. Unprofessional.

- Luma A (10/5): 5 start hotel but very noisey - The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and it really 5 star hotel but they have a club at the first level where they stay until 4am. I was at the 3rd floor but still hear the music and vibration. I didnt get a good sleep because of that.

Good lighting and latest in door key tech. Walking to many restaurants and groceries. Breakfast was plenty choices and good quality.staff were excellent. I only spent 1 night as I was connecting to another flight next day but managed to use most including the pool which has an attendant. Great place and decent price.

- FARID (2/5): 2 nuit passe avant de reprendre un vol - Un hôtel où il faut payer pour les lit extra bed pour enfant ,la chambre et grande mais il manque de la fraîcheur, seul point positif la salle de bain qui est digne d un 5 étoile le petit déjeuner 3/10 je dirais même un hôtel 2 étoiles et supérieur. Et j ai passer mon temps à la réception car j avais 2 réservation séparé et j ai voulu garder la même chambre du coût une longue attente 30 mn a fin d avoir une réponse ou on n à proposé de m installé en face à l accueil pour me libérer finalement et aussi j ai était prélevé de l argent sans savoir d ou ça venait après vérification c était la garantie hôtel , j aurais aimer savoir avant . La piscine c est du 2 étoiles le maître nageur et cacher derrière la porte d origine indienne ne sert à rien . Bref à 250€ la nuit avec le petit déjeuner sans lit pour enfants plus un cartier ou vous avez des rats au tour !!!! Passez votre chemin svp

- HYUN SOOK (6/5): 상세후기 - 방 사이즈 좋았고 컨디션 좋았습니다. 비행기 소리났으나 고된 여행일정으로 모르고 잤습니다. 조식 3일 모두 거의 95% 동일했습니다. 그래도 매일 배터지게 먹었는데 종류가 다양하지는 않습니다. 중국인 관광객이 조금 있어...조식 먹으러가서 시끄럽기도 했습니다. 호텔에서 여행지로 가는 길에 미래도시 같은 풍경의 미래 박물관 앞 도로를 지나가서 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔 근처 로컬 야시장이 있습니다.

I had to find an alternative in the last moment because the Hotel Manager denied. Additional there was working at the Hotel so it was very loud. The breakfast variety was very poor. The rooms are very beautiful but the management is very bad! I won‘t come again!

A distinctive hotel in an excellent location, the hotel decorations are simple and elegant, dim lights، Spacious and soundproofed rooms are excellent, spacious bathrooms are characterized by a large and beautiful bathtub, most of the accessories are inside the room, The hotel's Arab staff are very helpful )Mohammed duty manger & Rami), the hotel is located in an area where most services are available, and there are various restaurants and a supermarket in abundance, parking is free and available. Cons😒: * The number of elevators is few and a little late، * The hotel staff (non-Arabs) at the reception is uncooperative. * The sound of music is strong when you are on the 1 - 2 -3 floors, because there is a night club in the hotel.

Have booked one adult and 3 kids 12,10,7 room when came for check in front desk guys they said my kids are 13,11,8 how he calculated my first child is 21-aug-2011 and we check in 5-july-2024. He said she is 14 so we have to add her as adult and charge me 250$ extra. Told them she will be 13 in august but they insist if its 1 day after 12 its 13 weired logic. So told them that means if kids born week old then its 1 year old.

- Ken-Inge (8/5): Flott hotell. - Veldig bra hotell! Veldig bra frokost. Litt langt til T-banestasjon i 40 varmegrader, men billig for vanlig taxi i Dubai. Noe flystøy fra flyplassen når man slapper av i bassengområdet.

- Uzma (10/5): Excellent 👌 - Bathroom was nice and big, good pressure. Rooms are big beds are comfy AC very strong amazing hotel would recommended and go back. Nice reception area with complimentary tea and dates. Amazing swimming pool and massage.

- Sagheer (10/5): - I stayed 11 days in Asiana grand hotel. It was a very good experience. It was new and very well maintained. The room was spacious and staff was helpful and very welcoming. I rate very high and it was a wonderful experience.
- S A D (10/5): Great hotel with a great team. - Had a great stay, a very nice and clean hotel. Close to local amenities with strong transport links. The staff was lovely and most of all kids loved it.
- Syed H (6/5): - The reception desk was really helpful and so was the doorman. The room cleaning and providence of bath towels were terrible. Door was left open by the cleaning staff and bathrooms were not great. There was an aweful smell and the staff at the night club were very unfriendly as we were passing by them to go to the lift. Breakfast was ok but couldve had more options. Coffee had to be paid for. I'm not sure how the hotel obtained a 5 star ratings. Either dubai standards have been lowered or these operators are given permission to operate without inspections. There was no one who offered the services that hotel will assist with. Not sure if it was a 5 star hotel and it was sub-standard. Cleaning cloth was left in the room, cups were not washed. I guess hotel owners are trying to cut costs but it gives a bad image to Dubai's reputation
- Junaid (10/5): - One the best I have stayed in Dubai. They are constantly cleaning and staff are super friendly. Mr Lwin and Mr Shayan (and a lady, don't recall her name) were always available to help.
- Leo Marlon (10/5): Asiana Grand Hotel - repeat customer - The hotel never fail us, very clean, nice hotel, comfortable, very friendly staff. Excellent room and its a highly recommended for the people looking for hotel to stay somewhere in Rigga. Kudos to Barbara and Shajan in the reception.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Overall best hotel, good price, enough parking, best desk staffs and good swimming pool for adults(1.5meter deep all over) Disappointed about the swimming pool as 1. Not kids swimming pool 2. Kids lessthan 5 years can't swim with adult. Hotels.com must mention #1 on their website.
- Jacob (2/5): - I reserved my stay through Orbitz for 2 adults and two children in a suite. They refused to a add an extra bed and asked for almost a AED160 for 3 nights! I didn’t like their attitude in dealing with the situation.
