Kompetente, hilfreiche und freundliche Besetzung der Reception mit Sean. Einrichtungen wie Schlafplatz, Nasszelle, Appartement-Lounge mit Angebot sehr gut. Appartement zum Hof hin steht zur Verfügung.

Alfio und Sean von der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie gaben uns viele Tipps und kümmerten sich um uns. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Mailand sind, wählen wir wieder CROSSING MANZONI. Ein Tischchen mit zwei Stühlen wäre wünschenswert. Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt war dies nicht nötig. Aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es schön.

• Mari (10/5): - I cannot recommend Crossing Manzoni highly enough. From the moment we arrived—late in the evening—we were warmly welcomed by Sean, who waited to personally show us to our room. That level of attentiveness set the tone for the rest of our stay. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our experience feel personal and special. A standout moment for me was when Sabrina helped resolve an issue I had with a bag I purchased at La Rinascente. She not only translated and advocated on my behalf but even offered to go there herself to exchange it for me. On our last day, Alfio stayed late to help us look up train schedules and make sure we were all set for our departure- just one more example of how thoughtful and helpful the team was throughout. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and the hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. If I could give this place more than a 10, I absolutely would. This is a place I’ll be recommending to all my friends and family—and I’ll definitely return!

But the best?! The people. An incredibly nice team - Sean & Sabrina. Sean welcomed me in the first day & helped me with basically everything. I needed to rent a car, carry my luggage, recommendations for some nice restaurants, everything. Sean did it all. All with a genuine smile and a desire to help me have a great stay. I traveled quite a bit, but, thanks to this experience, Milan & Crossing Manzoni rank 1st in my go-to destinations. I am looking fwd to return to Milan & stay here again!

• Anonymous (9/5): Quiet luxury in the heart of Milan - Crossing Manzoni is not your usual hotel. It is a collection of beautifully renovated and furnished rooms with a concierge service that is staffed during the day until early evening. Quiet, luxurious, elegant with friendly, helpful staff. Located on a side street off Via Manzoni, the hotel is just a few minutes walk from shops, Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. There is no gym, restaurant or spa onsite but there is a small but beautiful lounge with water, tea, coffee, small cakes (muffins) and savoiardi. Cafe Moroneotto is a few doors away for a breakfast espresso and cornetto, or lunch.

We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Important to know: after 6 PM there’s no staff on-site, and you manage entry yourself. Not a problem, just good to be aware.

The property is perfectly located, beautifully decorated with a very clean and contemporary yet warm feel. I won’t come back, even though the location and the vibe wer - I liked the location, it was perfect: right in city centre, but streets away from tourist crowds. I liked people working there. Dedicated, nice and helpful. The minibar in a common zone had free water, coffee and tea- always nice to see that. The overall vibe is what they promise. You live in a beautiful room in an apartment hotel completely as on pictures, In an old house next to locals. It wasn’t clean. The bathrobe was dirty ( there was a stain from some red sauce on a collar - so probably, they didn’t wash it- just put it back- made me hope that they at least washed the towels) There was a looot of dust on a dresser, probably not cleaned in months ( i’m rather tall, so the dust was always on my sight) . The shower floor was dirty, so showering was uncomfortable. Bottoms of slippers got completely black after one evening.

• Bella (3/5): Poor - The only positive things about this place were the location and modern room. This place is far from how it's represented on the website and looks like a scam. It definitely feels more like AibBnb experience rather than the hotel, especially with this price tag. First, there is no reception, just a gate, which is closed from the evening. You will be entering the yard with the dark staircase into the old building where the rooms are located. There is no single person, so it feels very creepy, not welcoming and dark. The next door guides to the shared space with shared coffee machine with another room. Second, if you pay such a high price tag you would expect comfortable conditions without worrying you might not have hot water in the shower. So when I woke up my friend was lucky to have it and I didn't, so I was left with no shower. Same was for the next day. Third, and now come the worst final points: this "hotel" doesn't let you feel safe at all. My friend and I came back in the evening seeing our room door was unlocked and slightly open, although we definitely remember closing it before leaving. We tried to close it before going to sleep, but the door lock didn't work and I had to contact the manager to fix it the next morning. Is it worth 450 euros per night to pay? Definitely not, especially we didn't feel safe at all. And finally, is this nornal that you catch the hotel manager sneaking into the room when you are away? I really don't think so. That's what happaned to me when I was about to enter the room and saw him opening the door. So want to give a big warning to the future guests as this place dind't let us feel safe there, especially with having this person being the main host there.

It feels like you done have privacy. Nevertheless, the rooms were fresh and clean including the shower. The air conditioning is amazing. The location is also really good in a quiet street.

• Rachel (10/5): Wonderful Contemporary Hotel in Central Milan - Crossing Manzoni is a fantastic place stay in the centre of Milan. Only 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and close to metro and tram lines in the city. The room was absolutely fantastic, contemporary look without compromising on comfort. The most comfortable bed and bedding I've experienced in any place away from home. The shower room was wonderful and lovely products available to use. We were also fortunate enough to have a walk in wardrobe. Espresso machine, milk frother and mini bar are available to use thoughout your stay which is an absolutely fantastic bonus. But most importantly Sean and Max were both amazing, we got a tour of the reception areas and the controls within our room. They are always on hand should you need any help with your apartment or outwith l, Sean organised a wonderful dinner reservation for us in Milan on a busy Saturday night. Thank you Sean and Max, I would highly recommend Crossing Manzoni to anyone planning a trip to Milan.

Our room was located a floor below the reception and had a lounge area with free drinks. Room and bathroom was pretty clean with free Sky. Decorated well as well. Not much as everything was great for me but I saw a room right behind the hotel desk where a guest was staying. It might be a little awkward staying there as there would be more footfall outside your door.

Pillows are not comfortable. The way the hotel is laid out means you are basically staying in a flat with a shared communal area. Some plugs don’t work & the locking system is a faff.
