• May Naomi (5/5): Centrally located, clean, area might not be everyone's cup of tea, a little below our expectation. - Good amenities, kitchen and 2 TVs included, responsive staff, reacted quickly, when I had a question, gave good tips for the area, close to the train station and airport transit bus. The room vaguely looked like the pictures but only if you squint a lot and have the best lighting ever. There was a construction site with scaffolding right next to the bedroom. When we asked the host whether it would be noisy, he said that no one had complained before and that the scaffolding had been there for a long time, but he didn’t think anyone was working there. Sure enough, on the next weekday, we woke up to construction noise, with workers sitting right outside our window and hammering.

• Ildi (10/5): If you want a real review, READ THIS. This property is great. - We loved the house. It had everything we needed. It was comfortable, CLEAN, minimalistic, and overall very cozy. I loved the way that we had every service possible close to the house: pharmacy, bars, mcdonalds, very good pizzeria, metro, train station, fast food, shops. The fact that all these services were maximum 4 mintues away by foot, is a great deal. When we came everything was so clean , we could smell the cleaness(and this is not to hyperbolize). Keep up the good work. Only the dining table was just a little bit not stable, but it was it very good condition, and the onljne check-in process which takes a bit of time with many steps, but im sure it is for safety procedures. To be honest i cannot complain about anything.

• KEdit21 (9/5): Nápoly központja - Totál központban volt, a metró és a vonat 5 perc séta. A közelben az éttermek is nagyon jók voltak. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A lakás szép és felszerelt volt. Az ágy törött volt, cserére és javításra nem volt lehetőség, de szerencsére a matrac nagyon kényelmes volt. A lift nagyon kicsi, nagyobb bőrönddel nehézkes volt a be- és kiszállás. De a lakás és Nápoly feledteti ezt a pár kényelmetlenséget.

• Maria Asunción (5/5): Podrían mejorar muchas cosas - La ubicación esta muy bien, cerca de la estación central y la luminosidad de las habitaciones es magnífica La incomodidad del sofá cama, la escasez de toallas grandes pues sólo había una grande y el resto de lavabo y bidet. Poco papel higiénico. El suelo bastante sucio. La puerta de seguridad no tiene nada, pues se cerró la puerta con la tarjeta dentro y con un simple carnet abrimos la puerta. No habia ningún numero de contacto en el pasillo para posibles incidencias y el n° de contacto que consta en la información de Booking resulta ser de una persona que ya no trabaja en la empresa. En Booking ponía que las tasas eran de 72€ y en el check-in nos cobraron 80€. Nada simpáticos y no voy a volver a este apartamento

• Diane (10/5): Best location price and size for 2 people to share. - It had all the essentials to cook a light meal and rehear a pizza. There is an oven in the apartment which is unusual for this price. The neighborhood is safe quiet and the bed and sofa bed was very comfortable. There is an elevator and 2 exterior doors to get into the apartment. So it is very secure. Also extras like iron, hair dryer. Toothbrush (thank you) 😊 and clothes drying rack.
• Kuba Szyma (8/5): Very nice apartment with very good localization, comfortable sofa but double bed requires repair. - This is a very nice two rooms apartment in the nice house at very convenient localization. Area is not bad, much better I woudl expect from close to Garibaldi location. Clean, nice bathroom, small but nice balcony. The instructions to get into apartment and Luca assistabnce were great, no issue. There's an elevator in the buildiong. At the foot of the house there is famous confectionery with some really good stuff. No issues with TV or WIFI, capsule coffee express in the kitchen. Comfy sofa. No issues with hot water :) Big, comfy shower cabin. I basically have one but quite major issue - the double bed comfort. The bed support is broken and it was already repaired, without sucess. The frame requires bottom support, which is missing and you just fall in and roll in the central hole in the materace. Acceptable (maybe) for one small person, not acceptable for two. You basically roll on each other, very uncomfortable. Other that that are minor - there were no capsules available on arrival, would be nice to have at least two to get a quick arrival coffee before going to the grocery. I would also be pleased to find wine glasses in the kitchen. Registration process is a lot of hassle, really could be simpler.

There’s construction outside and the workers are inside the apartment working at 8am, safety and privacy issue! Also you can’t use the balcony or terrace and the apartment is dirty, dirty walls etc. Also they don’t want to give you a refund and booking doesn’t do anything to make up for it. • Yana (7/5): - Many reviews mention that the area near the bus station is unsafe, but we didn’t get that impression. The entrance to the apartment building is extremely dirty — though that seems to be typical for this neighborhood (someone really needs to teach them to mop the floors and stop leaving trash around!). The hostess is a nice person, but she could be a bit more polite and welcoming, considering she works in the service industry. The furniture in the apartment is quite old. The balcony is great — from there we could watch local scammers amusingly trick unsuspecting tourists :) Overall, Naples is wonderful, Italy is magnificent, and the city has its own unique atmosphere — with delicious food, beautiful sunsets, and charming sunrises.

Et indeklima, hvor vi ikke brugte air conditioning, og som alligevel var udtørrende og medførte at vi hele tiden var tørre i munden. Kun service til 1 person i køkkenet.
• Megan (8/5): Great apartment near central station - Very conviniently located close to the Central Train station and metro station. Good size and distribution of rooms within the apartment. Coffee and cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, sugar) were supplied. Equipped with coffee machine, kettle and iron. Easy check in and check out. Great local recommendations on places to eat out given by Luca, our host. Also recommended a good luggage storage place for after check out. Decent internet connection The building entrance is shabby and the lift is very small and old, but inside the apartment is great, very modern and renovated. The shower sometimes ran cold suddenly and the drain clogged up a bit. Also the ventilation in the bathroom could be better, but all works well enough. It is s bit noisy when all the wndows open (due to central location) but good sound isolation from outside when closed. You can hear everything in the inner hallway, so if guests to other apartments make noise as they come and go, you will know.

They don’t think about your stay, just want your money - The shower was broken and in terms of cleaning, looks nice but then we realised that was really bad, there were insects (antz and cockroaches) everywhere and lot of hair on our bed, disgusting. The worst thing was the attitude of the woman in charge of the check in, Cristina, who didn’t let us know in advance about the rate of the late check in, she did an extra fee of 40 euros which is more than double price for just one night and she doesn’t care. Is not value for money.

• Venushka (7/5): Good apartment, couldn’t say the same for the location unfortunately - Really nicely decorated apartment, clean and tidy. Bed was firm and comfortable. The host was really nice, even came to meet us to check in and explained all details etc. While it was handy to be close to the train station, the outside didn’t feel very nice and safe. Lot of people loitering/hanging around all day in groups, some playing music loud etc. and specially in the evening we didn’t feel much safe to go out. Even the building entrance for the apartment looks abandoned and dirty and the road it was on was quite dirty as well. Inside the apartment wise, there could have been a few more bits like a kettle to boils water in to make tea/coffee, and more toiletries not just for the first day or so in sachets packets. One more thing, the toilet flush was so loud and it’s just on the wall behind the headboard of the main bed, so anyone going to the toilet will definitely wake up anyone sleeping.
• Felicidad (8/5): Met my expectations 100% - It was exactly what it was presented in the advert. Spacious and clean. Well located They should have advised that the building is covered with scaffoldings and therefore there is no real option of opening the windows.
• Kristal (8/5): Short stay in Naples - Spacious clean, secure apartment closely located to naples central train station. Great location for trains to pompeii, vesuvius and sorrento. The surrounding area is shabby, and my son was advised at a local bakery not to wear his expensive looking (fake) watch. Kind of locals look out for tourists. Police & security presence around the train station area was reassuring. There was building work and scaffolding around the apartment during our stay, so noisy from builders starting early (7am). The apartment was modern and well stocked with excellent communication for check-in, as well as helpful recommendations for local eateries.
• Gabriel (5/5): Passable - The host is very nice, friendly, and responsive, but the house itself and the experience weren’t that good. First, the street is so sketchy, almost not safe to walk at night. The building is too old, and the street is not clean. There was this pungent detergent odor that didn’t go away for four days of our stay and was not so comfy. They were renovating the building right outside our window and doing excavation work, which made us wake up very early and see people working right at our window. If you’re a group of guys, this can be okay, but for women and families, it’s not the best option.

• Mariana (3/5): Worst than expected - The flat was clean and it is very central. The flat is very central but the neighborhood felt very unsafe. The door to the flat was broken and was being kept by a simple single screw. We were 4 people and the extra bed was not assembled and we had to do it ourselves. The kitchen is not so well equipped and in the sleeping a lamp was broken and a night table was missing. There was no soup or small amenities in the bathroom and the warm water sometimes didn’t work.
• Tereza (8/5): Perfect location - The location was just perfect. Check in was smooth, perfect communication with the host. The water in the shower was cold, and although our host showed us a trick to pressurize the boiler, it didn't really work.

• Philipa (8/5): Great for a short stay for a family of four. - Host was really lovely and accommodating. Allowed us to leave our bags early, which was awesome as we arrived in the morning by train. Really close to the train station so don’t have to lug your luggage far. Bed was comfortable and Sofa bed was comfortable for 2 adults. Good security to apartment. Apartment is on the 4th floor, so having a lift was a big plus! (there are a couple of steps up to get to the lift) Would be great to have some more facilities in the kitchen. A kettle and toaster would be great. The hot water was a little tricky to get working in the shower, but the host was very responsive on WhatsApp and we got sorted.
• Adrián (8/5): Very good apartment and close to the train station - The apartment was well prepared, modern and very well located, close to the main train station, very helpful if you need to take the train several times. Good balcony and natural light. Valerio was very kind. The entrance to the building seems to be a bit old, dirty and does not smell good. But once you get into the apartment, everything is fine and clean. The neiborhood is not the best as it is close to the station, but there is no problem with that.

• Stian (4/5): Disappointing - We had to wait for the host for 70 minutes out on the street before we were let in to the apartment. The neighborhood is very central, but it felt very unsafe having to wait outside with all our luggage for this long. After reading about the area (it is just by the central station), it is considered one of the most unsafe neighborhoods in Napoli (this is obviously not the hosts fault). We actually left and came back later because the host was not nearby. We understand that the host was unavailable because of something outside his control (another rental in another place was late for their check-in), but they should have a system in place where someone else could let us in to the apartment. It is not pleasant to wait for such a long time when we are on vacation and already had traveled the whole day. The host actually messaged us the night before and wanted us to give him exact time of arrival. We messaged the host 70 minutes before arrival, and then again 30 minutes before arrival in order for us to optimilize the check in process. This should have been handled better. The host was very nice and apologetic when he first showed up. The bed was way too soft for us, with two people in the bed you kind of sink together in the middle. The room was not clean (se pictures). My socks got stuck on the floor from a spill from previous tenants. There were stains in the bathroom and the floors were very dusty. We left the apartment after one night and checked in to a hotel instead.

• Nam (10/5): - This has to be stated up front: The area that this flat is in is NOT THE MOST APPEALING. I was surprised at how run down much of Napoli is, and the area of this flat is an example of that. Me and my family were left in shock when we first arrived, just a short 3-min walk from the Terminale Central. I personally did not feel UNSAFE, but my two female companions admitted to this. Despite all that, I would stay at Central House Napoli again. You CANNOT beat the location for getting around! It's steps from the Centrale,which takes you to Pompeii/Sorrento and everywhere in Napoli. There are many--MANY!!--eateries within 1-2 blocks, and despite its ugly look, it comes alive at nights and on the weekends. Some may be taken back from its lack of prettiness, but the area is actually fun and has many places to visit if you can look past its esthetics. As for the actual flat; it's a GREAT PLACE! Almost everything is new, or very recent: kitchen, bathroom, lighting, windows, etc. We loved how much sun and breeze come in when you open the windows! Again, when you think about its neighborhood, walking into this flat is the polar opposite. We were in the Panoramic flat, 4th floor, great views. Definite 5-stars for the flat. The only negative about the flat is that it seems best for two people, or small family with 1 child. The living room gets very small when you open the sofa-bed, so three adults does feel cramped a bit. Overall, I would still give this stay 5-stars despite its location.

Valerio who checked us in was friendly and helpful, the perfect host. We had a terrific short break in Naples.

• Janet (9/5): Superb - The apartment was exactly like the photos. Very new and very clean. The bed was not comfortable. Very soft. For a long stay it’s not the best bed we had so far. We stayed 4 nights. The area is noisy. Lots of people around very crowded. Probably because it is very close to the train station.

• Claire (10/5): A lovely apartment for our first holiday! - The apartment was perfect for me and my partners first holiday together. It’s a really modern and comfortable space with all kitchen essentials to be able to cook if you wish to. The bathroom was great, nice and clean with a good power shower! Comfy bed and sofa/chairs/table seating area to use at our leisure. We were cautious when going out with bags etc due to other reviews and being close to the train station but we didn’t feel unsafe at any point - there were also police/army always in the area which made us feel safer. Our host was brilliant, good communication via WhatsApp to check us in early when our plane had landed. We were shown into our room and given the key. We asked about the area and where to go and was given great recommendations of the main areas and how to use the tram system! Lots of lovely coffee shops/bakeries within walking distance and McDonald’s just downstairs. Tram is easy to use and Spanish quarter plenty to do and see! Air conditioning wasn’t working, when we turned it on there was an unpleasant smell so we left it off but I’m sure the host would have fixed this if it had been flagged as an issue as he said to contact with any issues and was around daily with the cleaners in the mornings! We luckily had good weather so didn’t need it.

We even left our passports and cash behind by mistake, and the host happily arranged to fed-ex it all to us at our next location all the way in Puglia! We would have missed our flights home otherwise and could have ruined our trip. I couldn't recommend more. A beautiful central apartment in Naples. The host was great, and easily accessible by message the whole time. Nil to report.

Good location for easy access to the main station and not a long walk from the historic center/main tourist areas. The area is a bit dodgy and the overall building where the rooms are in is rundown and sketchy on some of the other floors. No issue with noise and safety though.
• Ingrida (8/5): Appartment is nice, very near the station/metro. - Apartments is close to the Garibaldi station/metro. It has everything that is needed: privat bathroom/kitchen, some toiletries, hair fan, plates. Staff was super nice The neighborhood is not the cleanest or safest and apartment had few minor issues with the cleaning.
• Elva (9/5): Great! - Apartment was clean, good daylight. Location 4 min minutes walk from central station. Best Sfoglietelle downtairs.

We checked in earlier 10.00 instead of 15.00 which we really appreciated! - We didnt have warm water in the shower - Uncomfortable beds - We didnt have any duver cover - We didnt have any extra pillowcases for the extra pillows - A lot of dirt under the bed - The toilet was not 100% clean, it was still dirt in it - there is propably some bed lice, cause both my fiance and I woke up with bitemarks from some type of bug every day. - We left the apartment one day earlier because we didnt like the neighborhood and the area we lived in

• Samantha (4/5): This apartment is lipstick on a pig, don't be fooled by the photos. The location was very unsafe! - Leaving The apartment was superficially cleaned, floors, toilet and showers were not cleaned properly. Things didn't work properly or were unusable.
• Freya (8/5): Really fantastic host, great property in a accessible area. - The place was clean and tidy. The property has aircon, which was good to keep cool without opening windows to the noisy city. It also had multiple windows to let natural light so the place is light. It was located near the train station and the bus shuttle stop from the airport so ideal to get to places such as Pompeii. It was also right next to an amazing bakery, which is really popular with the locals. Additionally, the host was great and extremely helpful. not really anything bad, it was a bit noisy when the windows were open but it’s a city so it’s expected.
