• JOYCE (8/5): Beautiful - The proximity to Termini station The main entrance was right on the street, it looks a bit scary. After the initial setback I got use to it. The street is well lite and it is actually safe. Reception on ground floor would have been better

• Tina (10/5): Great place to stay to access all Rome has to offer - This guest house was so conveniently located to all of the attractions in Rome. The host was very responsive and directions were fantastic. The short one block walk to the trade station made it very accessible to the airport. I’m hoping that we’ll have a chance to stay here again.

• Sophie (9/5): Excellent séjour, je recommande vivement ! - Excellent emplacement proche de la gare Termini et de Santa Maria Maggiore, chambre spacieuse et très propre, salle de bains bien équipée. La communication avec le staff a été très agréable, très efficace (par WhatsApp) et le personnel est soucieux du bien-être de ses clients. Evidemment le quartier est un peu bruyant, mais les clients sont prévenus et des bouchons d'oreilles sont à disposition.

• Ivan (8/5): Great choice for stays close to Termini - Great value stay at the perfect location in Rome. Roma Termini is a short walk away with metros and buses nearby. The room was spatious and clean. We appreciated the kitchen and complementary coffee! Getting to the room was a bit difficult if you have a lot of luggage. The noise from the tram is present at all hours, but you get earplugs for free!

• KATERINA (10/5): - Μείναμε στο room 3 ! Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε ένα διαμέρισμα με κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα και Σύνολο 4 δωματια ,το καθένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Για να μπεις στο διαμέρισμα όπως και στην κεντρική είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας, χρησιμοποιείς κωδικό. Το διαμέρισμα ειναι μεγάλο, ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Βρίσκεται σε πολυ κομβικό σημείο, 2 λεπτά απο το termini ,τα λεωφορεία, το μέτρο! Τα αξιοθεατα τα φτάνεις και με τα πόδια αλλα φυσικά μπορείς να χρησιμοποιήσεις και τα μέσα μεταφοράς. Όσον αφορά την ασφάλεια ,απέναντι ακριβώς Βρίσκεται αστυνομικό τμήμα. Το προσωπικό, φιλικό και θέλω να πω ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στον κύριο στην ρεσεψιόν!!! Ο καλύτερος!!!

• Elena (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. The location was perfect—just a short walk from major sites and the Central train Station. The apartment itself was comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided helpful local tips. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
• Talip (9/5): Yeri ve fiyatina gore iyi. Sokak mahalle temiz, tren garina cok yakin, romanin tarihi yerlerine ise yurume mesafesi. - Tren garina yakin olmak istiyorsaniz konum harika. Ask cesmesi, ispanyol merdivenleri gibi turistik noktalara ise yuruyus mesafesinde yakin. Calisanlar cok kibar. Bizi karsiladilar ve ugurladilar. Eger tek, sevgilinizle veya cok yakin arkadasinizla kalacaksaniz oda iyi. Fakat yatak cift kisilik, lavoba oda da acik. Banyo ve wc ise bir paravanla ayriliyor. Cok yakiniz ile kalmiyorsaniz bu tip ihtiyaclari gidermek icin birinin odadan cikmasi lazim. İki yakin olmayan arkadas icin ideal degil.

• Rosaria (9/5): Great place to stay - The property itself is well secure. The room was a great size with high ceilings. Beautiful view from the window looking down towards the nearby Basilica. The room was really well kept and spacious with plenty of storage. The only thing I’d comment about is that the shower isn’t enclosed so water can get on the surrounding bathroom floor. Nothing major though.

• flamm (8/5): Great - The stuff was really nice and the room was clean, the location is really close to the train station and you can easily take a bus to anywhere with ease. allot of homeless people around the hotel area, but its on the 5th floor and near a police station so it was safe.
• Joe (4/5): - This property is near the train station however, if you’re interested in a quality stay in a nice area of town this would not be my choice. If you’re looking for a quick overnight stay, perhaps, you may want to consider this location. Air conditioning was not the best.

• Ashley (10/5): - Had not so big expectations, as this was just to be a little hub for us to mostly go out and explore as well while researching rome theres alot of negativity about personalities of italians being cold and dry & lots of theft/scams. So i was expecting a heres the room chao, and to have to have a gorrila grip on all of our items, i was SO wrong not only is this location insainly good walking distance from the train it feels so safe! And the welcome was warm and inviting the room was cute and clean it is loud but it is busy and theyve done well with the large metal windows ot blocks alot of the noise the view grom the room we had was spectacular the large buildings poking out in the back ground & dont get me started on the food options around this place we went to 2 down the street and have NEVER been served better will be back i am inlove with italy

• Vivienne (7/5): Great location, clean and good value - Good location, close to metro and main train stations and walking distance to some attractions (if not too hot). The host was very helpful and supportive when we had questions. There was a common room for tea/coffee or if you wanted to prepare a small meal. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone visiting Rome to see the sights! The noise was due to the trams running close by, but if you are from a large city shouldn’t be a problem. Also the outside noise is reduced as the room has double glazed windows, a blackout door and the host provides ample ear protectors if needed (I only had to use them once)

• Joao (10/5): We're very happy and wouldn't hesitate to contact DM69 again if we were to revisit Rome. - Clean and tidy room that was perfectly fine to accomodate a couple who spent most of the time outdoors. Very friendly reception, and the host was always available to assist via mobile phone. Great location, a short walk away from the city's main railway station, with good restaurants and supermarkets around. The street's got a reputation for being noisy due to the ancient trams that transverse it, but it wasn't a problem for us at all. Legitimately nothing.
• Αδρονικη (7/5): Not so good. - The room was clean and beautiful, in a perfect location for getting around the city, sightseeing, etc. The hotel staff were helpful. There was a shared kitchen where you could make your coffee. Clean. It was very noisy as a tram passed by. The area may have been central, but there were a lot of sketchy people and strange incidents. People were using drugs below the building. A rather run-down area.
