• Elshan (7/5): Amazing Place but rude staff - Amazing location, amazing facilities, breakfast was great, you can chill in the balcony whenever you want and there is even vending machine if you forgot to buy drinks. The owners and the reception were also great people very friendly and welcoming I wouldve given 10 but the cleaning ladies / breakfast staff were really rude and loud. They literally woke me up from my sleep since 7am cuz they were shouting and working extremely loudly. One of them kept asking me something multiple times even though I told them multiple times I don't speak Italian.

• MARINNA (9/5): Boa - A localização é central, os quartos tem um bom tamanho, e são confortáveis e o café da manhã é bom.
• Alexandra (5/5): Convenable solo et pour deux nuits - Le libre service, nous avions un panier sur la chaise qui permettait de pouvoir utiliser certains besoins, comme bandeau pour les yeux, brosse à dents etc. La literie, confortable. Le moindre petit bruit se faisait entendre. La chambre était plutôt petite et la douche encore plus !!!

• Gaia (7/5): Bel soggiorno a Napoli - Fantastica la posizione, ci si muove agilmente in tutta la città con la metro sotto casa! La struttura è situata nel "lato bello" della piazza, con ristoranti davvero apprezzabili e tutti i serviI necessari, presidio giorno e notte di polizia ed esercito, una sicurezza!! Camera molto spaziosa e con bella vista aperta sulla piazza e molto luminosa. Letto comodissimo. La mancanza di ventola nel bagno, la camera non perfettamente insonorizzata, la tenda rotta.

• Juliane (9/5): Perfekt für den Kurz-Trip nach Neapel - Die Lage ist super und der Self-Check-in hat sehr gut funktioniert. Preislich wirklich top und wir waren auch dankbar für das Frühstücks-Buffet. Der Plaza der Garibaldi ist natürlich ziemlich laut.
• Prinz (9/5): - Нам сделали онлайн чекин и отправили видео и фото инструкции как пройти до дверей и коды от входных дверей. На Завтрак были разные мюсли, кофе, бутерброды соки и сладкие пироги. В комнатах кроме одноразовых гелей для душа и мыла, также были тапочки маска для сна и ещё некоторые мелочи по типу ватных дисков и иголки с нитками. Очень практично. Местоположение супер! Недалеко от вокзала и буквально в 15 минутах ходьбы от старого города.
• Johanna (6/5): Centrale ligging - De ligging van de locatie was echt fantastisch. Je stapt zo centraal station op. Zo kom je makkelijk overal. We mochten al eerder inchecken. We waren al vroeg in de stad en dit was geen probleem. Wat erg fijn was. De douche was erg beschimmeld. De aromatische geuren kwamen je bij binnenkomst al tegemoet. Ook was het hotel erg gehorig. Je hoorde andere gasten in en uit komen.

Dobra robota, ręcznik osobny chyba do każdej części ciała. Śniadanie, które jest serwowane w obiekcie również jest smaczne z dużym wachlarzem wyboru, każdy znajdziecie coś dla siebie. Kontakt z gospodarzem szybki, prosty. Polecam to miejsce również za wygodne łóżko 🫡

Localização excelente ao lado central ônibus metrô tudo muito perto inclusive comércio local com preço muito acessível .... Banheiro com box pequeno quase não passávamos pela porta.
• Anđela (8/5): - Location near terminal and historical center. Nice terace to sit. Qick response on booking messages. We have room near entrance and it was noisy by people entering/leaving slaming doors. Breakfast is mostly sweet. There was no fruits. Staff is kind but do not speak english.

Veldig vanskelig å åpne døra inn til rommene. En måtte taste koden og tviholde på asteriksen mens den andre dyttet opp døra. Trengte flere forsøk.

Abbiamo apprezzato la fornitura di asciugamani e di tutto il kit per gli ospiti (ciabatte, spazzolino, tappi per orecchie, filo interdentale, cuffia, kit cucito, mascherina etc). Terrazza coperta molto piacevole per rilassarsi la sera (dotata di distributori automatici di bevande calde e fredde) Colazione completa dolce e salata. Accesso alla struttura facile. Il responsabile il giorno del nostro arrivo ci ha mandato un messaggio di benvenuto con tutte le istruzioni dettagliate. Posizione molto comoda vicina a stazione e bus per aeroporto.

• Florin (9/5): Cazare excelentă pentru city-break în Napoli . - Apropierea de conexiunile de toate transport / acces facil / amabilitatea și sprijinul total ptr a ne simți bine / orice am rugat ref la lăsarea bagajelor după check out / micul dejun puțin mai devreme ca să avem timp să prindem excursiile programate / terasa ptr fumat și nu în ultimul rând breakfast suficient de hrănitor. Nota 10 ptr ptr doamna ce servea micul dejun. Recomandăm !

• Pascal (9/5): Belle situation, personnel disponible et efficace, bon confort général sauf la douche minimaliste - Tout d'abord, accueil par SMS le jour d'arrivée avec toutes les instructions, il suffit de suivre, deux ouvertures par codes puis boîtier à l'entrée de votre chambre pour récupérer les clés qui vous serviront ensuite pour le séjour. Situation de l'établissement, très bien avec Métro, Trains vers toutes destinations à 5 mns. Plusieurs commerces pour petites courses et restaurants alentours. Secteur toutefois peu sécurisé en soirée malgré présence visible de policiers et militaires en patrouille. La chambre : Très pratique avec TV (Aucune chaîne internationale), Frigidaire, Coffre, literie confortable. Une armoire de rangement fermée pourrait-être envisagée. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche trop et très petite étroite pour un adulte. Un tuyau de douche abîmé qui serait à changer. Nous étions côté place Garibaldi avec toute l'agitation, bruits de voiture etc... cela n'est pas le fait de l'hôtel mais un double vitrage pourrait-être envisagé. Chambre faite chaque jour par le personnel. Petit-Déjeuner : Très commun, pièce sous tonnelle fermée et / terrasse froide en hiver, il serait nécessaire de proposer du pain frais chaque matin et pourquoi pas pâtisserie locale (Sfogliatelle) 1 jour / deux, pour le service café un distributeur automatique par le client serait judicieux plutôt que d'imposer à la serveuse de préparer les boissons chaudes. Personnel du petit-déjeuner très bien, disponibles et sympathiques. Douche TRES petite et étroite même pour un adulte de petite corpulence Absence de pain frais au petit déjeuner Froid et courants d'air au petit déjeuner

• Martine (8/5): Bon séjour - Self Check in très bien expliqué, le personnel vraiment très gentil. L'emplacement impeccable près de la gare, le centre historique à quelques minutes à pieds. La chambre propre et agréable. Ayant eu des voisins très bruyants les 2 dernières nuits, nous avons avons pu constater une mauvaise isolation entre les chambres. Le petit déjeuner suffisant mais manque de fruits.

• Никол (5/5): - The location was good There was a strange smell in the room, and it wasn’t very clean. The toilet was located up a small staircase on a mezzanine level, which was very inconvenient. When taking a shower, the water flooded the entire bathroom, and there was nothing provided to dry the floor afterward. The breakfast was poor and very limited. Everything was very old.

• RaffaellaDon (10/5): Lo consiglio vivamente - La posizione, l'accoglienza e la camera che è super pulita. Il letto e i cuscini erano molto comodi, come il bagno che era molto spazioso. Anche la colazione era buona. Insomma, nulla da ridire e lo consiglio vivamente. 😊
